WAR brought a bunch of new zombies and the Amass mechanic to brew with !
I started to approach it the same way White Wheenie works, by being as low to the ground and aggro as possible. Black offers of plethora of answers to various MUs, and tiny synergies might make this deck work :

4 Diregraf Ghoul
4 Dreadmalkin
4 Gutterbones
4 Grim Initiate
4 Dreadhorde Butcher
4 Graveyard Marshal
4 Lazotep Reaver
3 Judith, the Scourge Diva
3 Cast Down
2 Liliana, Untouched by Death
4 Unclaimed Territory
4 Blood Crypt
4 Dragonskull Summit
2 Mountain
6 Swamp
4 Midnight Reaper
4 Moment of Craving
4 Duress
3 Flex slots
Initiate with its first strike comboes well with Baron.
Malkin can recycle weak zombies (and Gutterbones) in the midgame and remains hard to block, especially when you have 2.
Reaver is weak but provides 2 bodies for Baron and Judith. Other possible better 2-drop is Eternal Taskmaster.
Butcher is hard to play against, I think the opponent wants to deal with it asap.
Judith appears to be very strong in any BR aggro deck, she has to be played even though it's unclear how many red sources I should run.
The flex slots in the SB are hard to determine without the metagame figured out. The Elderspell, Price of Betrayal, Spark Harvest, Bedevil, there are many reactive spells available.

About a UB variant, I don't see what can be done quite yet, feel free to discuss it in this topic.
