Flavor
The nations of the surface went to a war against the nations of the caves. After the war, the demons lost their territories and an expedition to the lands beyond the demon territory begins. But they have to fight against the inhabitants of the new world, the stone elementals.
ARMULUN
The surface of Armulun is a desertical, its main sources aren’t constant or powerful at all. Few little nations are the inhabitants of the surface, each nation uses its traditional magic to survive the lack of mana. There is not much species diversity, in the surface there is no big creatures, there is no dragons, or elementals.
300 years ago, began a war or the resources of Armulun. The Dwarf kingdom won the war destroying strategical mana sources of each nation. This is how the dwarf kingdom gain supremacy over the other nations and became an empire.
In the present, the relation between the dwarf empire and the other nations is complicated. They are allies of some nations, with the farthest nations, they only have sporadic contact. Only a few nations are still dominated by dwarfs. In general, the dwarfs are despised for the way they won the war 300 years ago and is obvious that they won’t destroy more mana sources to reclaim the domain once again, if they do so, that would be the end of the superficial nations. The dwarfs empire lost the power it had decades ago, but they are still considered the leader nation in Armulun.
Exploding Mines
Armulun is like a sponge, it is full of tunnels and caverns, but the superficial nations have problems using the resources of the maze, most of the mines are made of pure sand, and they have no mana and the other tunnels are protected by demons and gangs of thieves. This is the reason of the quarrels between the demons and the miners.
Ancient Armulun
There are myths that describe Armulun like a plane with powerful mana, the tunnels were mana vents and the elementals reigned the surface, the stories say that when the mana became less powerful, the elementals disappeared. Some people think that they went to the deepest caves were the mana is powerful, like the ancient times.
Drought and Tunnels Campaign
Some months ago, superficial nations stopped to pay taxes to the dwarf empire because a planar drought in Armulun. The Dwarfs knew that a new war against the superficial nations wasn’t the answer, so they declared the war against the demons, with the hope of finding powerful mana sources, like the myths said. Other nations joined in the war convinced that there was no better choice.
Early Explorers
After the war, superficial nations defeated the demons, it costed many casualties. Some nation's armies were scattered. And until they receive reinforcements, they have to wait to visit the new world. After long negotiations, the peace after the war began with agreement between the nations. Early Explorers will have territorial advantage in the future, and only the most prepared explorers can travel in the new territories, but there is ruse this deal, the new lands are dangerous and the early explorers can be sacrificed in their mission. And that could be a big disadvantage for some nations because the early explorers are from certain nations:
Orisen UGUG. Orisian Elves and are the most skillful of all for this work. They come from the dry forests of the surface.

Hi there! Interesting set you've got. Some ideas on it:
First off, I'm not sure I really get the "idea" behind this set. Are the mechanics based on the plot you drafted? Are they based on other general mechanical ideas behind the set? I recommend reading Maro's articles on top-down and bottom-up design. There also seem to be some color pie issues (Descaling Oddfellow is not only undercosted, but blue).
Next, let's talk about the mechanics, from best to worst.
Stability: Stability shows some promise. It seems to work well as an aggressive mechanic, turning your creatures into pseudo-Lava Spikes. I'd be interested in seeing what higher-cost creatures can do with the mechanic.
Broadcast: The first of three cost-lowering mechanics, and also the least problematic. The main issue I can see with it is that giving your opponent a card is too high of a cost for many players to swallow. It's also tricky to balance it on more aggressive cards. Also, watch out with some of those "when an opponent draws a card" cards. Grand Familiar is broken as it exists right now, and you don't want too many effects punishing players for drawing cards.
Handout/Pain Offering: Even more cost-reduction mechanics. These two don't work out so well (in addition to the fact that Pain Offering is reskinned Phyrexian mana). For example, Mystic Grasp, Plundering Thriad, and Shot Claws are all overpowered cards. In fact, literally any card with Handout that fits in a control deck is insane, and the same goes for Pain Offering and aggressive decks. Costing these mechanics will be a nightmare. I'd just stick to a maximum of one cost-reduction mechanic per set - Broadcast in this case.
Steal: Many of the cards with Steal you've posted here would easily be playable in Modern, Legacy, and Vintage. This is not the main problem with Steal, though. The problem with Steal is that "all my cards are Thoughtseize" is not a fun mechanic. There's not much else to say about it, really.
When you wrote bout specific cards that I posted here I felt really exited, you were talking about my cards like any player would talk about wizard's cards. Based in your suggestions, you you have knoeledge about the game and I feel more flattered for your response. And spent your time giving suggestions about cards that not convinced you proofs that you liked my work. That's why I´m feel happy now.
Speaking abouth the favor, Armulun, the plane of my set, Is like a mix of desert and Journey to the Center of the Earth. Inside of Armulun, there is has a maze of caverns and in its surface, bery little. The surface is divided in nations, each nation has a different kind of magic that hetps to its population to survive the lack of mana. Each nation is based in 2 colors of magic (so each nation has its own abilities and its own combination of colors). Yea, I love Ravnica. All nations, jaded for the droght began a jorney to the deepest caverns searching more powerful mana sources. And since the travel began, they found more mana and their magic started to change. All abilities of this ste are new, I haven't used them in the previous sets.
Of course, the nations that appear in this set have been the most successful during this journey. They have appeared in the previous sets of this block and they had their own mechanics. You can read the first post of this topic to have more info about each nation.
Finally, my mechanics. Began a set is the hardest part, making the flavor math with the mechanis is difficult. I didn´t posted this part in the topic. But when finally I found te keywords that I was looking for I felt euphoric, and I steel feeling euphoric. For me, my keywords are perfect, well, I have some problems with them, I need to find a way to create more cards of each keyword without screw up, but soon or late I’ll find it. Yep, I have to be careful with Handout/Pain Offering, I’ll try to focus Handout to agro to not create monsters for control. Pain offering doesn’t bothers me, a deck agro which wins against control but has a hard match against other agro isn’t a big deal.

Flavor
The nations of the surface went to a war against the nations of the caves. After the war, the demons lost their territories and an expedition to the lands beyond the demon territory begins. But they have to fight against the inhabitants of the new world, the stone elementals.
The surface of Armulun is a desertical, its main sources aren’t constant or powerful at all. Few little nations are the inhabitants of the surface, each nation uses its traditional magic to survive the lack of mana. There is not much species diversity, in the surface there is no big creatures, there is no dragons, or elementals.
300 years ago, began a war or the resources of Armulun. The Dwarf kingdom won the war destroying strategical mana sources of each nation. This is how the dwarf kingdom gain supremacy over the other nations and became an empire.
In the present, the relation between the dwarf empire and the other nations is complicated. They are allies of some nations, with the farthest nations, they only have sporadic contact. Only a few nations are still dominated by dwarfs. In general, the dwarfs are despised for the way they won the war 300 years ago and is obvious that they won’t destroy more mana sources to reclaim the domain once again, if they do so, that would be the end of the superficial nations. The dwarfs empire lost the power it had decades ago, but they are still considered the leader nation in Armulun.
Exploding Mines
Armulun is like a sponge, it is full of tunnels and caverns, but the superficial nations have problems using the resources of the maze, most of the mines are made of pure sand, and they have no mana and the other tunnels are protected by demons and gangs of thieves. This is the reason of the quarrels between the demons and the miners.
Ancient Armulun
There are myths that describe Armulun like a plane with powerful mana, the tunnels were mana vents and the elementals reigned the surface, the stories say that when the mana became less powerful, the elementals disappeared. Some people think that they went to the deepest caves were the mana is powerful, like the ancient times.
Drought and Tunnels Campaign
Some months ago, superficial nations stopped to pay taxes to the dwarf empire because a planar drought in Armulun. The Dwarfs knew that a new war against the superficial nations wasn’t the answer, so they declared the war against the demons, with the hope of finding powerful mana sources, like the myths said. Other nations joined in the war convinced that there was no better choice.
Early Explorers
After the war, superficial nations defeated the demons, it costed many casualties. Some nation's armies were scattered. And until they receive reinforcements, they have to wait to visit the new world. After long negotiations, the peace after the war began with agreement between the nations. First off, I'm not sure I really get the "idea" behind this set. Are the mechanics based on the plot you drafted? Are they based on other general mechanical ideas behind the set? I recommend reading Maro's articles on top-down and bottom-up design. There also seem to be some color pie issues (Descaling Oddfellow is not only undercosted, but blue).
Next, let's talk about the mechanics, from best to worst.
Stability: Stability shows some promise. It seems to work well as an aggressive mechanic, turning your creatures into pseudo-Lava Spikes. I'd be interested in seeing what higher-cost creatures can do with the mechanic.
Broadcast: The first of three cost-lowering mechanics, and also the least problematic. The main issue I can see with it is that giving your opponent a card is too high of a cost for many players to swallow. It's also tricky to balance it on more aggressive cards. Also, watch out with some of those "when an opponent draws a card" cards. Grand Familiar is broken as it exists right now, and you don't want too many effects punishing players for drawing cards.
Handout/Pain Offering: Even more cost-reduction mechanics. These two don't work out so well (in addition to the fact that Pain Offering is reskinned Phyrexian mana). For example, Mystic Grasp, Plundering Thriad, and Shot Claws are all overpowered cards. In fact, literally any card with Handout that fits in a control deck is insane, and the same goes for Pain Offering and aggressive decks. Costing these mechanics will be a nightmare. I'd just stick to a maximum of one cost-reduction mechanic per set - Broadcast in this case.
Steal: Many of the cards with Steal you've posted here would easily be playable in Modern, Legacy, and Vintage. This is not the main problem with Steal, though. The problem with Steal is that "all my cards are Thoughtseize" is not a fun mechanic. There's not much else to say about it, really.
When you wrote bout specific cards that I posted here I felt really exited, you were talking about my cards like any player would talk about wizard's cards. Based in your suggestions, you you have knoeledge about the game and I feel more flattered for your response. And spent your time giving suggestions about cards that not convinced you proofs that you liked my work. That's why I´m feel happy now.
Speaking abouth the favor, Armulun, the plane of my set, Is like a mix of desert and Journey to the Center of the Earth. Inside of Armulun, there is has a maze of caverns and in its surface, bery little. The surface is divided in nations, each nation has a different kind of magic that hetps to its population to survive the lack of mana. Each nation is based in 2 colors of magic (so each nation has its own abilities and its own combination of colors). Yea, I love Ravnica. All nations, jaded for the droght began a jorney to the deepest caverns searching more powerful mana sources. And since the travel began, they found more mana and their magic started to change. All abilities of this ste are new, I haven't used them in the previous sets.
Of course, the nations that appear in this set have been the most successful during this journey. They have appeared in the previous sets of this block and they had their own mechanics. You can read the first post of this topic to have more info about each nation.
Finally, my mechanics. Began a set is the hardest part, making the flavor math with the mechanis is difficult. I didn´t posted this part in the topic. But when finally I found te keywords that I was looking for I felt euphoric, and I steel feeling euphoric. For me, my keywords are perfect, well, I have some problems with them, I need to find a way to create more cards of each keyword without screw up, but soon or late I’ll find it. Yep, I have to be careful with Handout/Pain Offering, I’ll try to focus Handout to agro to not create monsters for control. Pain offering doesn’t bothers me, a deck agro which wins against control but has a hard match against other agro isn’t a big deal.
