Create six colorless artifact tokens named Gold. They have "Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."
Distribute those tokens among any number of target players. Then for each player that gained control of two or more tokens named Gold this turn, gain control of target nonland permanent that player controls.
My question here is does it need to say to create the tokens or just "Distribute six colorless artifact tokens named Gold among any number of players. They have "Sacrifice this artifact:"
There is some difference in what is being done and what is being asked so I have to ask which you want to occur. Do you want to create the tokens yourself and give them out so your opponents now control artifacts that you 'own', or do you want your opponents to create their own tokens so that they control and own them?
Currently only +1/+1 counters are distributed, while life totals have been redistributed. So either rules need to be written to cover this interaction or you need to reword it to fit within the current rules.
Choose any number of target players. You may have one of those players create a colorless artifact token named Gold. It has "Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Repeat this five times.
For each player that created two or more tokens this way, gain control of a nonland permanent that player controls.
This is a rough attempt at getting the wording functional, if you want the control effect to target it has to be done different because you have to choose targets before you know who is getting tokens.
Choose any number of target players and up to one target nonland permanent that player controls. You may have one of those players create a colorless artifact token named Gold. It has "Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Repeat this five times.
For each player that created two or more tokens this way, gain control of the targeted nonland permanent that player controls.
I don't think this wording works but it was what I came up with for trying to target what you gain control of.
If I create the tokens, wouldn't I be able to just sacrifice them in response and get the mana before giving them out to my opponents?
If that is the case, then I'd want my opponents to have to create the tokens, and then take the permanent they exchanged for the 'payment of the gold'.

Because the creation and giving happen as part of the spell you wouldn't be given the option of sacrificing them before giving them out. Though even if you did you would be better off giving yourself the 6 tokens because your opponents would not get and gold so you wouldn't get any of their permanents.
