A certain poster refuses to fix their card but it was a really interesting premise so here's a stab at a fixed version.
Phyrexian Skinsuit 1
Artifact - Equipment 2: Equipped creature becomes a copy of target creature except it retains its original copiable values.
Equip 2
Original copiable values would have to be defined but the intent is obvious and doesn't step in the toes of other designs. It makes slughtly more designs available but not many. This is to avoid making a stacking monster. The goal was an equipment that makes it so any creature can impersonate any other creature without going off the walls with combo potential. I'm skeptical about the use of the word retains but it felt right when writing it. I'll look into this more later.
: equipped creature gains all supertypes, Card types, Subtypes, colors, names, and abilities of another target creature (in addition to its own) until end of turn or until this ability is next activated.
Based on the earlier thread, I feel like the intended design would be more like:
Thingamajiggy
Artifact - Equipment
0: CARDNAME becomes a copy of target, creature except it is a colorless Equipment artifact and retains this ability and has "Equip - (?)" and "Equipped creature gains all the abilities of CARDNAME."
This may or may not work though depending how the layers stack on each other.
The problem here is exactly what I stated was one of my main challenges in creating the Bauble—that this fails to be worth its place in the deck versus control or removal.
For example, even with a split expensure, at 5 mana players will indefinitely opt for Invoke the Winds over this because it's not reliant on anything else to work. You may have stripped it down to something easier to comprehend, but certainly didn't make something more viable.

Fairly clunky but I think it works.
