Consider running with that color cost I posted back a few, it could easily become an archtype for multicolor designs that will suffer too tremendously being forced into three color confines.
First off, I find the flavor of a bunch of poison frogs surprise ambushing a large flying attack hilarious.
I feel like the name is off, as I was expecting a creature rather than a spell when I opened the thread. You might have been going for a "Poison Fog" pun or something, but it may need to be tweaked to something less evocative of a creature.
This feels like it might be undercosted, but I can't quite put my finger on that for sure, since its conditionally very good and very bad when those conditions aren't met. However, the ability for this to be almost a one-sided wrath is nothing to ignore. Definitely needs playtesting to get a actual sense for costing.
An interesting card but essentially granting indestructible to your creatures so you can block without fear means this needs to cost more.
Thr closest similar card I can think of is Ready & Willing which is six mana in three colors. Being it's a split card it costs more than it has to but that still means this needs to cost four or five mana.

I agree with both of you, I think the cost needs to be at least 5. Also, yes the name is a pun, and expect to see further Frog-related pins in the future :P.
