I kind of think the is a bit pricy for that last ability. I can really only think of one card that's comparably costed for a similar effect.
In addition, you're not returning the creature if the card leaves play. Is permanent exile the flavor intent here? I can totally see capturing an annoying 3/* creature only to Shock the mirror to oblivion, taking the creature with it. Or better yet, bouncing the mirror.

You seem to be entirely unaware, so I think you oughta know: The triggered ability resolves before combat damage is dealt.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

No, I didn't realize the ability happens before combat damage. I was thinking it went on the stack afterwards. Makes the mirror even more interesting. That makes it less of a possibly to shock the mirror but increases its combat/flicker options. Reminds me of the Oubliete-like shenanigans now.
In development terms, I think maybe this is too good for green/blue. Maybe you should bump the cost of the activated ability a little bit. This would also create a window for the opponent to seek answers, which is always cool imo.

Hands to the sky
Give a round of applause
For the great Miss Y!
Oh yeah sub... I knew it was missing something. Thanks.
Think of the flavor as “there’s something so mysterious about this mirror that I have to look in it”
Built to Last and Blaze of Glory would make for an interesting combination here.

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
