Serenity Lilies3 Artifact {C} T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
You may spend colorless mana as though it were mana of any color. Each petal of a Lercotan serenity lily marks the passing of a planar era. The pink symbolizes their long-lasting peace.
The reason why Serenity Lilies doesn't just tap for one mana of any color is that there are going to be a lot of colorless mana sources in the set that the Lilies can be used to fix. Otherwise, it's a typical three-drop mana rock.
Alluvion Entity7 Creature - Ruinid {R}
~ can't be the target of instant and sorcery spells your opponents control.
Prevent all damage that would be dealt to ~ by instant and sorcery spells your opponents control. Made of water, these mysterious variants of Ruinid are icy cold to the touch and resilient to the core.
6/6
Since protection has been demoted from an evergreen keyword, I figured this would be a nice way to bring it back in a single instance and make it relevant for a card type that only uses two of the game actions that protection blocks. I may have posted this design before as another card, but I don't remember.
How to use card tags (please use them for everybody's sanity)
[c]Lightning Bolt[/c] -> Lightning Bolt
[c=Lightning Bolt]Apple Pie[/c] -> Apple Pie
Vowels-Only Format Minimum deck size: 60 Maximum number of identical cards: 4 Ban list: Cards whose English names begin with a consonant, Unglued and Unhinged cards, cards involving ante, Ancestral Recall
I like Serenity Lilies, but it seems odd to me as a common. In my book, it's at least an uncommon, maybe even a rare given its name and artwork.
I don't know, I kind of like it being a common. Is it too powerful as a common?

Not too powerful, but such a rules-changing effect is usually not at common. I'd compare it to Chromatic Lantern, which is also a rare. Although, Serenity Lilies as common isn't anymore a stretch than Undergrowth Scavenger.
