I'm trying to work on improving my development eye. What would be potential color and converted mana cost for the following spells. I may be omitting names and other factors to prevent potential bias while you determine your guess. I'm more curious about casting cost if the cards were designed with constructed in mind (Modern, Standard, etc.) than limited.

Exile target creature. If the creature is exile this way, exile it with three time counters on it instead of putting it into its owner's graveyard. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. (At the beginning of its owner's upkeep, remove a time counter from that card. When the last is removed, the player plays it without paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)
1: reach is Gr, toughness boost is non-red, so should be monoG. Card disadvantage in a strategy which is usually very weak, so probably 2 cc is correct. WotC might do 3.
2: Reminiscent of Notion Thief, so could for sure be UB. I could also see UW or monoU. I think 2 would be a little crazy, even for MR, so 3.
3: Pretty similar to Witchbane Orb, really. Clearly monowhite, 3 cc or 2 if you really want to push it.
4: monoG or UG. 3cc is probably acceptable, but I would probably go for 4, and WotC would do 4 or 5.
5: monoW, or maybe UW. Could get away with 5, but it might warp standard a bit. 6 seems right.
6: probably monoU or UW, but could maybe bleed to monoW for nostalgia. 2 seems like the correct cost to be good, but it's probably worse than PtE so it could be 1 if you really wanted.
