Give and Take - Interesting effect, but why the "Nonland" clause. It makes it tricky because as it reads, there's nothing stopping a player from just aying they have all lands in their hand. Either remove the limiting clause, or force a hand reveal. Not sure I like the exile prevention either, but that's more personal, so take it or leave it.
Ritual of the Lost - Interesting, tough to gauge. I'll need to ruminate on this one.
Call of the Graveyard - Urgh. Yawg's Win flashback, sorry. I don't think skipping the first main will make up for the fact that this doesn't exile when casting.
Vocrania - OP. Period. First Strike and Deathtouch isn't something that should be done too muchin the first place, but this guy is all but unkillable in combat. At the vary least, in normal circumstances, you'd need to throw 4 3/x's at this guy just to guarantee a kill. This guy, will, but the time first strike damage resolves, not only be a 6/6, but wil also be indestructible to boot.
Saliaxi - WAY undercosted for what it does, legendary be damned.

The Simic fuse card beat you to the name. A few thoughts. Rules wise what are you going to do to enforce players discarding nonland cards. Colour wheel wise, why am I losing my draw step then giving all players a free card draw on their upkeep :confused:. The last ability is a nice one for a black card but it needs a different card to go on.

Instead of 'whenever a creature dies' why not make them both sacrifice activated ability to weaken Vocrania a bit. Actually second thoughts that might make her too strong (though I prefer the flavour of sac over any death). Needs some big changes to be balanced either way.

As a 1 drop this is absurd. Just absurd. I would price at least at 4 mana for just a 1/1. Replacing unblockable with lesser evasion might get use on track to creating a balanced creature.
Unholy Ghast: Huh? Can't be blocked except by two or more creatures, plus deathtouch? That's really strange, can't say I'd recommend it. Given that it's a 1/1, if they block with two creatures, only one of those will die, and the other just can't block other things that turn. Meanwhile, you lose your deathtouch dude. Most of the time, this is just a more expensive Typhoid Rats, just so you know.
Give and Take: So, rather than drawing as normal, you have to draw then discard during each player's upkeep. Okay for graveyard filling and similar tricks. It does help your opponents too, though, since they get to go through their library at a faster pace looking for the right cards to make you lose. Ouch. Rules note: You can't make players discard a nonland card. Since hands are a hidden zone, someone can claim to only have lands, and therefore not have to discard anything, regardless of whether they do have a non-land or not. Rules baggage, sorry. You'll need to change it to just "draw a card, then discard a card."
The pay 5 life deal is terrible and has nothing to do with the card at all. Get rid of it and just fiddle with the cost instead.
Ritual of the Lost: Nice idea, I like it. Food for thought, though: why not make the search effect variable? I.e., "Sacrifice any number of creatures, then search your library for a permanent with the converted mana cost of X or less and put it on the field tapped, where X is the total converted mana cost of creature sacrificed this way."
Call of the Graveyard: WTF levels of broken. Play Dark Ritual. Play it again from your graveyard. Repeat ad infintum. Most mana acceleration goes infinite with this. It's why Yawgmoth's Will exiles the cards after they've been cast. Skipping the first main phase of your turn mostly just keeps you from recasting creatures with haste, which is an awkward workaround that does nothing to the truly abusive combo with this, Lotus Petal plus this to get a two card infinite mana combo on turn 3.
Similar to the card two above, drop the pay 5 life bit. Same reasons.
Vocrania, Soul Stealer: Nice one, but a bit too crowded. I'd go for dropping the +1/+1 trigger. As it is, it's a hugely powerful lifegain effect, being a much more powerful Proper Burial. Power as well as toughness, all creatures.... You could even drop lifelink from this.
Saliaxi: Way, way undercosted. Repeatable discard and a growing source of damage? Yeah, not for one mana, even if it wasn't unblockable. Reference: Slith Predator and the other members of the cycle.

Why is give or take say a non land card. I want to mess with people's hands badly but not become broken remember just how powerful completely locking down someone hand is. Why skip draw phase because every player draws two cards and discards two cards and it needed a balancer since you would be getting an unprintable amount of card advantage if you drew a card as well.
Ritual of the Lost stops at five because I didn't want turn 4 Greisbrand to kill everything.

Call of the Graveyard has swung the other way. You cannot cast anything from the graveyard this way now, as Call will imediately exile it. The wording you need is "if a card would be sent to the graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead" or an approximation thereof.
Vocrania is more balanced now. Much better.
Salixi, similarly, is balanced more now.
Pact of the Demon pretty much negates the need for mana, but can screw your game over pretty badly. But you need to have a reveal regardless t prove nonland. Either that or make it a may clause.
Keeper of the Pit gives free spells off of itself. Is that intentional?
