I need some help with an enchantment I want to add to my set. I think it might be a little over powered so im just looking for some suggestions. Maybe have a downside. Anything you guys can think of will be greatly appreciated. I definitely want to keep the first ability as is but the second ability might be over doing it a bit.
Also, should it be Legendary? Im thinking it should seeing how 2-3 of these out would cause all sorts of problems.

Enchantment - Rare
Whenever a land an opponent controls produces mana, you may add 1 mana of any color to your mana pool.
2UU: Target spell you control gains Flash until the end of turn.

Well, you could start with changing the first ability to make it more streamlined with other cards and re-wording the flash ability so it makes sense:
- Whenever an opponent taps a land for mana, add 1 to your mana pool. (The colorless mana downgrades the brokenness by a little)
- [mana cost]: The next spell you cast may be cast as though it had flash.
Seems a little strong, so some further changes may need to be implemented, but these should do for now.

Choose one - Equipped creature gets +4/+0; or Double Strike; or "When this creature deals combat damage to a creature, exile that creature"; or t, unattach ~ from this creature: ~ deals 5 damage to target creature." t: Equipped creature gains flying until end of turn.
