The spider is cool. Nice twist on the reach ability. I like Cytoplast Grove, too. Especially how it gives you a little reward if you use up all the counters.
I think it's too easy to get the card from the grove. It's not hard to play 3 creatures in a single turn, especialy if you do it all at at once with Scatter the Seeds or such. I do like graft enchantments, kinda reminds me of Afiya Grove.

Wandering Undead: No problems. Not exciting, but that's what filler is for.
Harbringer of Wrath: I love it.
Ghitu Agressor: Okay.
Auriok Lancer: Okay.
Web-Bound Arachnid: I like. Simple little idea.
Taunting Guardsman: This doesn't really feel red to me, and yet I see why it is. Okay card though.
Dementia Rats: You completely obsoleted Rats of Rath. Oh wait, that's a bad thing?
Arresting Officer: Good in draft.
Forge Elder: I'm not sure whether I like it or not.
Cytoplast Grove: Very nice.
