Lorgalis - I understand, and I will change it, but I like hybrid for the mana flexibility. What if you are playing UR and only have one type of mana open. To me, charms should be flexible and useable in a pinch.
For example, some Guild magi, like Golgari Guildmage have Hybrid costs, but each of their abilities is very one color or the other. What BB creature would put a +1/+1 on something?
I feel in this set, hybrid manas represent a specific flavor, not allying of colors. In the context of a UR pirate deck, red or blue should be able to accomplish those because the hybrid is not representing one color or the other, but that certain pirates use both of those to accomplish their goals. Though I suppose that is a very Vorthos view of set design.
Mmmm...I think this should read: "Choose one - Destroy target enchantment aura; or Justice Charm deals 1 damage to target attacking creature; or exile target creature you control, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control." Otherwise is a bit on the overpowered side, but not that much.
I'd rather that the first ability reflect all enchantments as opposed to just Auras, simply because I'm not guaranteed on a significant presence of Auras in this set yet. It obsoletes Demystify, but I'm willing to take that chance.
The third ability is an anomaly, because I was originally planning to have it return the creature to the battlefield at the end of the turn (which would go better with the Spoils ability). If I could change it now, though, I'd actually look at having it exile opponents' creatures only.

I chose Dinosaur there's some precedent for small dinosaurs in the set, and it seemed like the right type for a 2/2 token.
@Froxbite: Look at Rith's Charm. I think you can get away with 1/1s.
