So, was everyone's holidays fun? Good, back to racing across the multiverse!
Leg 3, Round 5: Clue
With your energy regained, you set your sights on the opposite side of the hill. You can see the Pit Stop, and begin to make your way to it. You begin descending, but before you can get far, the hillside erupts with a massive beast. The monstrosity turns to face you, and you see it is a giant. You throw some of your most potent spells against it, but it slows it not. As the foul smelling creature raises it's humongous fist to obliterate you, you must come up with a plan.
Challenge: Design a hybrid card of your colours that has Chroma and gives a creature -1/-1 counters.
(It must have all three of the above elements. It must give more than one -1/-1 counter.)
You have until 5:40 PM on Friday, December 31st. (12/31/10) Good luck, and know that this round could determine which team gets dropped this leg.

Chroma - Whenever you cast a spell, you may put a -1/-1 counter on target creature for each blue or black mana symbol in the spell's mana cost. The Wanderbrine's hidden waterways contain darkness and blights so foul that once unleashed upon the mortal world they cannot be contained.

Commanding Tethers1(U/W)(U/W)(U/W) Instant (U) Chroma - For each white or blue mana symbol in the mana costs of creatures you control, you may tap target creature and put a -1/-1 counter on it. Those creatures don't untap during their controller's next untap step.

Sorcery (U) Chroma - Reveal any number of cards in your hand. For each white mana symbol in those cards' mana costs, remove a -1/-1 counter from a creature you control. Then distribute X -1/-1 counters among any number of target creatures, where X is the number of black mana symbols in those cards' mana costs.
