Closest comp is Outland liberator. Trading the backside for 3rd power and proliferate option seems mostly worthwhile to me. Expect this to make a lot of cubes.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.
yeah seems solid..
very comparable to outland liberator.
Prob better in unpowered, slightly worse in powered?
Proliferate is a good modal option to have on a card with a high floor.
Most of the time proliferate is worthless, but occasionally it's game winning.
Likely in spots where a disenchant wouldn't be.
Cool card, not too sure if I'd run it over outland liberator, but if I didn't run her already I could see running either.
Probably comes down to how much value proliferate can generate in your cube. I have a soft cap on walkers and not a huge ammount of counters getting put on creatures so I feel like outlander is better as it can get multiple targets if it flips and attacks. Canker bloom is a much cleaner design though and one less mechanic to track.
Edit: On a side note, does anyone else think the special foiling on this looks pretty tacky? Not the "Icor" art style (that's awesome looking) but the pyrexia symbols in the foil.

There are the step-and-compleat foils exclusive to collector packs.
Holy hell this is a great cube card. I personally don’t run any flip cards and have been waiting for both an aggro 2 drop and artifact/enchantment removal. The proliferate ability is just icing on the cake
This looks reasonable and could be compared with Thrashing Brontodon, Cathar Commando or Goblin Cratermaker?
Interested in Custom Card Creation.

I don't have green in my artifact cube and will reevaluate after MoM, but this will likely go in if green is back.
