This is my 405 card cube. It allows for 8 man drafts with some variation. I have not split the cube up by color, instead by tribe. This was created as a foil to my 620 card allied color cube; with opposite color pairings, a higher power level, and smaller card pool.
The five tribes are as follows:
WB Clerics - The main focus of this tribe is life-gain in a Soul Sisters sort of fashion. Gaining life to fuel things like Serra Ascendant and Ajani's Pridemate. It also pairs with a strong Stax sub-theme. Creates aggressive Soul Sister decks as well as grindy control/stax decks.
BG Zombies - This is the suicide aggro tribe with the mechanical focus being reanimator. Intra-tribe synergy allows it to be a strong classic Reanimator deck or play the aggro game. Has synergy with the RW Tribe at large and any deck looking for disruption.
GU Mutants - Graft and Evolve are the centerpieces of this tribe. This tribe plays out as very mid-range with a bit of a combo element to it. Has the tools to add to the aggro and control decks.
UR Wizards - Storm is the name of the game here. This is also where the aggressive red deck lives. Lots of rituals, lots of counterspells, lots of burn spells. About as Izzet as it gets. Goes great with the Aggro and ramp elements.
RW Angels - All-in-Red is an old archetype from the dearly departed Extended. The idea is to use rituals and artifact ramp to power out fatties way earlier than anyone else and rely on their resilience to carry you through the game at the cost of card advantage. This feeds very well into Storm and Reanimator.
