Thanks for the great suggestions rant. As for the 15 opened slots, my first guess would be to give each color 3 more cards which would start by adding back in my proposed cuts listed above). I'm open to suggestions for red additions as I didn't have any changes proposed at the time.
Here's a few things that stick out to me on a quick glance:

-I think you should find a way to include Woodfall Primus and Hornet Queen in your green section. I think you're running a couple of worse 5+CC creatures that are weaker than those two.
-I think you could find a replacement for Krosan Grip. Countermagic in cube isn't as oppressive as it is in Legacy.
Thanks for the suggestions hoodwink. What guild cards would you cut to fit in your suggestions? I'm thinking it would be Wilt-Leaf liege, Duergar Hedgemage and Plumeveil. As for the change log I left it blank as I forgot all the changes from my old unpowered list to my current list, so the change log will be from this point forward.
Hey buddy, I made the switch from Wilt-Leaf Liege a long time ago and it was for the best. I think there are many GW cards better than it (Sigarda, Sledge, and maybe even Loxodon Hierarch). I would look to swap it for Loam Lion.
I think the addition of Geist is really up to you. Some people have found great success with it, whereas others just don't have their cubes set up to take full advantage of it. I would probably cut Plumeveil regardless, but if you find that Geist isn't fitting the bill you could try out Grand Arbiter Augustin IV.
Here's some other multicolour food for thought: Spiritmonger hasn't been as good as I want him to be recently. What do you think about Putrid Leech in his spot? Also, I used to be a big fan of Agony Warp, but I recently changed it for Recoil and I found it had a bigger impact on the game in many times where I cast it.
I also agree with Hoodwink's eval on the green cards. At a cube your size, Wolfbriar Elemental is often not good enough. I might want to change this for Woodfall Primus and then maybe Avenger of Zendikar for Hornet Queen. I can't say enough good things about that card, especially when it gets reanimated in a Recurring Nightmare deck turn three
I suggest Traft because it seems that you're trying to support blue tempo a bit, and you could make a case for him being the best blue tempo creature around.

You also might want to run the full suite of green aggro 1-drops, and look into supporting the artifact deck more fully, since you're halfway there with both archetypes.
As for the green 1-drops, I'm trying to keep green a more ramp/midrange color, but if it seems like people prefer the aggro route I'll switch it over. For the artifact theme, what cards would you add, the 2 Tezzerets?
My understanding of the artifact deck is that you should be running the Tezzerets, Tolarian Academy, Trinket Mage, and all of the fringe-y low-cc artifacts that you're already running. Plus you might want to find space for Baleful Strix. I don't support it myself, so you might want to consult wtwlf's thread for some info (particularly on his post explaining his rise to 450).
As far as green aggro is concerned, my overall feeling is that you should either support it, or don't. I said you ought to consider the green aggro suite because you're already running green aggro cards like Loam Lion, Kird Ape, Edric, Strangleroot Geist, and Rancor. It's your cube and there isn't a wrong answer to the question, but if you and your group find that those cards are ending up predominantly in sideboards, you should add in the 1-drops, or find some midrange/control cards to replace them (Sigarda for Loam Lion, say, or Huntmaster of the Fells for Kird Ape).
I like most of that, but I'd be tempted to keep BSZ. I'd cut Nether Void, Liliana Vess, or (especially) Sign in Blood first. I prefer Spiritmonger to Putrid Leech, but that's because BG is almost always midrange or ramp in my drafts. If it goes aggro for you a lot, Leech is better.
and eidolon, so far in testing Living Death has been going good, but I'd like to bring in the Zenith if you see a cut for it (rant suggested Sign in Blood). I also think you got the other change backwards, as I added in Pyroclasm.
My one quibble is that I don't think Talrand is good enough. I mean, he's OK. I just think games where you will get your mana's worth are going to be the exception. Although Thieving Magpie has gotten outclassed, I think I prefer it to the Sky Summoner.

I might want to change this for Woodfall Primus and then maybe Avenger of Zendikar for Hornet Queen. I can't say enough good things about that card, especially when it gets reanimated in a Recurring Nightmare deck turn three

As far as green aggro is concerned, my overall feeling is that you should either support it, or don't. I said you ought to consider the green aggro suite because you're already running green aggro cards like Loam Lion, Kird Ape, Edric, Strangleroot Geist, and Rancor. It's your cube and there isn't a wrong answer to the question, but if you and your group find that those cards are ending up predominantly in sideboards, you should add in the 1-drops, or find some midrange/control cards to replace them (Sigarda for Loam Lion, say, or Huntmaster of the Fells for Kird Ape).

If I were you, I'd cut Harmonize and Genesis Wave. In exchange, I'd bring in some mix of (in order of preference) Viridian Shaman, Natural Order, Phantom Centaur, Vines of the Vastwood, Berserk, Mire Boa, and Albino Troll. I think you should cut one fatty as well, namely Wolfbriar Elemental.
I recommend swapping out Terastodon for Woodfall Primus.

and eidolon, so far in testing Living Death has been going good, but I'd like to bring in the Zenith if you see a cut for it (rant suggested Sign in Blood). I also think you got the other change backwards, as I added in Pyroclasm.
My one quibble is that I don't think Talrand is good enough. I mean, he's OK. I just think games where you will get your mana's worth are going to be the exception. Although Thieving Magpie has gotten outclassed, I think I prefer it to the Sky Summoner.
