The next card I think could be a good cube include is this Llanowar Speaker. It is a two mana dork that fixes for any color, which is fine on its own, but it is also a threat, as it turns your lands into beaters.

Please put new spoilers in Cube New Card Discussion sub-thread next time
I think this could be a tier 2 in 2cc green creature for the larger cube. Maybe this is better than Paradise Druid, which I am thinking to cut for a run this one.
This seems bad to me. Worse than all the 1-drop elves (think I'd even rather have boreal druid) and I like my 2-drop ramp to either be able to make multiple mana or be extremely likely that I will untap with it still alive. I think the land animation text is mostly a blank TBQH. My current 2-drop ramp creatures are lotus cobra, rofellos, caryatid, and wall of roots (and steve, but he fills a different niche), and I like all of them more than this.

Pretty much this. I don't think this is bad: every 2-cmc mana dork has some sort of niche that makes them stand out compared to a typical one mana dork, but I think this one's niche isn't as valuable as the others.
Rofellos - Explosive
Lotus Cobra - Can be explosive / can generate mana the turn you cast it / can attack while producing mana at the same time
Wall of Roots - Defensive / can generate mana the turn you cast it / can generate mana during multiple turns
Sylvan Caryatid - Defensive / hard to remove
Devoted Druid - Explosive / infinites
Sakura-Tribe Elder - Rampant Growth on a stick
Llanowar Loamspeaker - Defensive / can beat for 3 later in the game
It's versatile, but I think I agree that its lack of explosiveness puts it a step behind a lot of other cards in most circumstances.
I feel like it could be tested over Sylvan Caryatid, but that hexproof is really valuable IMO. But I will say that I greatly appreciate that it's a ramp card that actually does something else when the extra mana isn't relevant. The design concept is great, I just think it had to go a step further or something - for example, I think giving the land trample would have gone a long way.
I think Sakura-Tribe Elder/ Wall of Roots has already passed its prime as there is already sufficient density of 1 CMC dorks/ acceleration etc.

I'm actively maintaining a comprehensive article to help explain to new cube players how some complex vintage level cards work in a cube environment. Vintage Cube Cards Explained
Agree that two CMC ramp creatures needs to be exceptionally resilient or capable of ramping for two+ mana. Also, the feel-bads when your animated land gets bolted or fatal pushed will be immense. The ramp ability will literally just put you at parity at that point.
gonna try it in cube cause I pack all the lands matters dedicated cards and also untap package like voyaging satyr or kiora's follower, so it may have some potential but finding space at 2cmc event with 720 unpow vintage/commander cube, maybe could be better than caryatid in many configurations (sorry bad english french guy)

It’s not Embarrassing, but there’s a lot Of better options that many people don’t play.

Maybe I'm looking at it wrong, is it meant to be more defensive? Mana when you need it and it can block as a 3/3?
I would have been more interested if I could pay mana to animate the land rather than taping.
