Regardless, it is an interesting card. You can make a good amount of mana in the right deck between the treasures and the Tolarian Academy effect. The main problem with this card is that decks with Academy tend to not care about attacking that much : /
Those decks don't care much about attacking, but they do prioritize having multiple artifacts in play. Even without reliably making treasures with this, it should flip into Academy 2.0 with relative consistency. I like it. I think it needs some testing to really see how easy it is to flip in those decks, but I do like it.
It's too bad the enabler and the payoff are the same type of effect. I build up mana ramp/fixing for more ...mana ramp and fixing! I don't think this'll be too good in cube. Love the multicolor transform cards though, and I'm sure that if this is a cycle there'll be some playable ones from the bunch.
Call me crazy, but I'm really interested in this card for U/R wildfire, U/R upheaval, and U/R general artifact themed decks. It can generally flip pretty quickly in those decks, and this can lead to some pretty disgusting post-wildfire setups.

While this can give you a disgusting amount of mana, it’s going to be a 4-mana do nothing a good chunk of the time since those decks don’t attack frequently.
Not a huge fan of this card. I guess Mirage Mirror can help but that's about it right now. Guessing they'll be some cards in RIX to activate this easier.
