It's commonly seen in Pauper/Peasant Cubes, Modern Cubes, and Token/Tribal Cubes. I don't think it quite makes the cut in "normal" cubes just because there's so many good white two drops, unless you start getting to the really large sizes.

One of the things that's nice about all the competition in the white 2-drop slot is that there's a lot of room to customize it to support the archetypes you like best. I think that if you're supporting both token/anthem and spells matter archetypes this could be a legitimate choice, but it's not good enough otherwise. Raise the Alarm is on my radar, because I do support token/anthem white weenie pretty heavily, and with one or two more good anchor cards in Jeskai I could see supporting spells matter as well.

It's not bad, instant speed is nice and if you heavily support tokens it's fine. MODO cube often runs it, and while it does feel underpowered it doesn't feel like the absolute worst.
With both a heavy token support theme and a Jeskai "spells matters" archetype, it can be a serviceable 22nd or 23rd playable for your deck. But outside of that, I think it's a safe exclusion.
I run it as well as Gather the Townsfolk. I recently have a lot of various tokens going on in the cube, coupled with life gain and a white weenie that benefits from "spells matters" cards.
Apologies if this thread already exists. I searched and did not find anything.
How to people feel about raise the alarm in cube? What size would you run it, and is it good even if you aren't heavy on the token/anthem theme?
Thanks!
