admirableadmiral!
While I don't have post stats for AA from back in the day to see how many posts he's actually logged on the board in the last two years, you can't argue with going from unranked to fifth place in that time. He has almost 1000 posts on the next contender, as well, which is very convincing.
The secrets to Club Flamingo success is a knack for terrible designs and an unrelenting need to share them with the world.

Grandeur - As an additional cost to cast ~, you may discard any number of cards with the same name as ~ from your hand.

Quest for the Sunken TomeUB
Enchantment (R)
Whenever you cast a spell with the same name as a card in a graveyard, put a quest counter on Quest for the Sunken Tome.
Remove three quest counters from Quest for the Sunken Tome and sacrifice it: you may play cards from your graveyard until end of turn. If a card would be put into your graveyard from anywhere this turn, exile it instead.
Cythare - Hm OK this sort of puts your opponents in a pretty *****ty situation without any major drawbacks for yourself, and therefore it isn't really all that black. Repeated Surgical Extraction for free is a little too good therefore.
I-T - I'm really sad this is on an enchantment instead of a creature. That pretty much precludes its possibility from ever seeing play.
SNL - OK I guess this is a way of getting around nonbasic tutoring, but in this case I'm annoyed that it's an ability tacked onto a creature. I mean I would never drop a 1/1 for 1 if it didn't have some major benefit. It's probably one of those cards that would end up costing $20-$30 just because of legacy, but if you know anything about me I don't concern myself with busted formats.
AS - blah
iphanx - Free flying and double strike on a pwr 3 for 4? absolutely not. Oh and you want to tack on some more beneficial abilities? Your aspirations are admirable if laughable.
Necarg - You did not follow my advice.
PPN - I mean sure OK I guess.
aa - If Clarion Ultimatum only had one target (actually it doesn't target, and that's kind of important), it would look like this. Except white? Or white and green probably. Or just green. Or green and black? Maybe just black? I don't know, but not blue.
Chem - I'd probably play this in my mono u weenie deck. And it would probably continue to lose.
avatarz - I mean sure OK I guess.
AS - That's not how grandeur works.
aa - I don't think we're going to see sorcery win conditions ever again.
Tilwin - At first I wanted this on a creature, but that wouldn't satisfy the challenge. Then I realized this basically gives your creatures haste and +1/+1 for a turn. Then I was like that's actually pretty cool. Then I was like whoa you need a nontoken clause on that thing. I mean talk about hordeling your outbursts.
Atog - Aren't we cute? I feel like it would be a total ***** to set off, though, worse than Pyromancer Ascension. I'm sure legacy would love it.
AMSH - How will your opponents know you're not cheating?
aa - If Clarion Ultimatum only had one target (actually it doesn't target, and that's kind of important), it would look like this. Except white? Or white and green probably. Or just green. Or green and black? Maybe just black? I don't know, but not blue.
Corporality2RR
Enchantment (R)
Each other nonland permanent is a creature in addition to its other types and has base power and base toughness each equal to its converted mana cost.
I really wanted it to be symmetrical, but I couldn't do that without making it super clunky (since you'll obviously just fail to find when instructed to search your own library and remove stuff).

Ok, bleed... I think Phyrexians could carry a motif of (acceptable) bleed. (By acceptable I mean it's an incidental, non-main effect, like Inquisitor Exarch and those veldaken tappy guys.)
White: loss of life (punishment)
Blue: -1/-1 counters (numbness, bad against big creatures)
Red: one shot tapping (racing on tempo) or "return target creature you don't control to it's owner's hand."
that leaves black and green-
Black: put beefy tokens onto the battlefield (3/3, 4/4)
Green:
Tigorok Predator2GG
Creature - Vistal Cat (U)
Trample 1: Tigorok Predator gets -1/+1 or +1/-1 until end of turn.

I also think phyrexians need race types, and the flavors of New Phyrexia could be developed into them: porcelain-fleshy guys, unlife horrors, techno-implanted guys, and predatory evolution (these would be the 'Vistals', from Beast/Primal.) Vistals would be able to evolve in real time to threats, hence the 'shapeshifter' ability.
