White is the one color for equality. So how do you get advantage when you're unwilling to give yourself a leg up? You find a way to turn equality into a weapon. Make it active and offensive. Wrath of God answers this call. Evening the playing field is quite aggressive when you're the one behind. Or you're the one that knew such an event was coming and planned ahead. Wrath of God gives the most defensive color some teeth. - MaRo http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=mtgcom/daily/mr164
It's hard to say with so little information. It sounds like have extra duties that you weren't expecting to have to do, and I'm guessing that makes the job less interesting to you. And you're enduring your boss, does that mean he's hard on you or... what?
Without more details, all I can say is very general. If you don't like your job, take a look around and see if you can get another one that works better for you if you quit. If you can, great, give your boss some notice about when you're going to leave and go for it. However, most of the time it's not so easy and you have to learn to work through it until you come across an opportunity to improve the situation.
More than that very general, probably not very helpful, commentary is hard to give without any more information from your side.

My anecdotal evidence disagrees with yours! EXPLAIN THAT!
Yes, more details would help. Some things might not be part of your job description, but you have to do anyway. On the other hand, there are certain things that are illegal for a boss to ask you to do. In the first case, you might just need a new job. In the second case, you might be able to take legal action against your boss. Without more information, it is hard to tell. What specifically do you have to endure?
