Been binge-watching Steins Gate to stave off having to learn for a critical exam next monday. Question about ep 22 below:
I don't understand how it works. Like, sure. Sending d-mails to null other d-mails sounds logical to me. However, how they got from the B line to the A line makes no sense whatsoever. So, ok. Houhouin accidentally sends a d-mail, which changes the timeline so that KURISUTINA never dies. This d-mail gets logged by SERN and put on a database. And by deleting the d-mail from the database, somehow the d-mail is never sent, which causes them to shift back to the A line, where KURISUTINA did die. How???
Good old Steins;Gate confusing viewers as always. There is an explanation (with visuals) of the entire events of S;G somewhere but I forgot where it is.
I might be wrong since I watched this quite a long time ago. The only one that can see (he does not physically travel between timelines) through different timelines is Rintarou. From what you wrote, if the d-mail is never sent then he should never have gone to B line so he has to return to A line.

But that's the problem! They do not make him unsend the A->B causing d-mail, they just remove it from the SERN databse.

We have laboured long to build a heaven, only to find it populated with horrors.
Okay so I'm 13 episodes into GATE and I'm mostly enjoying myself.
It's far from a perfect series and I might write a breakdown if I can be arsed, but it has JSDF troops fighting Dragons, which is basically all I was expecting.

I've been watching Fairy Tail and I'm really enjoying it so far while I'm already caught up with Dragon Ball Super.

Got a complete day to myself. I binge-watched all of Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash. I really liked the water-colour style backgrounds. Otherwise: it was okay, but it didn't feel like it had enough content for the 12 episodes it had. Watching Overlord now. Like that a lot more so far.

Okay, back on MTGS. Wanted to share that if you haven't seen it yet, Vivid Strike delivers. Specially that episode 4... Asside from that Izetta the last Witch is also a really good anime if you want to watch.
