I was about halfway through when I stopped playing. I played Dragon Quest IX before that and VI just couldn't live up to it. Not even close. So if you like DQ6 and haven't tried out DQ9 yet, I highly encourage you to do so. And it just gets better once you play it with a friend in co-op. I promise, you'll spend dozens and dozens of hours on treasure hunting.
You can easily find the game (new, sealed) on ebay, if everything else fails.
Yeah, I have dragon quest 9, and it is pretty awesome. I think I finished it awhile back(the main storyline).
Also, thanks, I'll try to look getting it on ebay. Not sure if I'll have enough money to get a game for awhile since I want to buy lightning returns next year.
This might sound kind of sad... but I actually played through an old version of Oregon Trail a week ago. My general strategy is to buy a ton of oxen, then run butt naked to Oregon. Doesn't work as well on the more modern versions.
I want to pick up the new Monkey Island special editions soon.
I think I spent about 45 hours on the main story, I did do quite a bit of level grinding and was building up my classes though too. Other then that though I haven't done anything else.
The Mega Man X iOS port. Before that, Rayman Origins.

What you are about to read the absolute truth about the deck that once nearly killed WotC's revenue.

God I hope they don't screw that game up, or else I'll riot.
Yeah, I hope so too. I have a feeling it's going to be good. Well hopefully. I am excited about it still. I saw a trailer on it and it does look really awesome.
Ramped the difficultly up to Insanity for my play through with my Adept. On this mode you get a lot further by commanding squadmates to take specific points of cover, a function that was available but totally unnecessary to get through on the lower setting. I like it.
Last game the I beat on PC was Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines about 2 months ago
Last real console game I 'beat' was Dark Souls a week ago, technically I've done it about 10 times on 3 different characters.
Right now I'm playing Blazin Lazers on my Turbografx 16, but as it's only about an hour long, you just kind of keep playing until you don't want to play any more, and 'beating' it isn't so important as doing better than you did the previous time through.
Oh, I resumed and finished Assassin's Creed II after an I-don't-even-know-how-long break, promptly started Assassin's Creed III. Don't really like it so far, but it's holding my interest - it's definitely the worst in the series I'd say at this point.

Just re-finished Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando on my first playthrough. And I actually just got my first Platinum Trophy on the ps3 in it. That was kinda neat. I love the game. I'm not sure if it's as good as some of the others, but definitely worth playing through a few times.
My son & I just finished Skylanders: Giants. Now we are going to go back through it levelling up some different skylanders and trying to get 3 stars on everything.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning finished 12/30/12 (207 quests and 140 hrs, no DLC) Resident Evil 6 finished 1/2/13

That game's so much fun. I will say that the PS3 port for the Collection has one of the most annoying trophies ever, though.

Very good game, and I definitely recommend it. The stealth was phenomenal, and it had one of the best ending sequences that I can remember.
