Judging from the most recent batch of spoilers for Set 2, Goku and Vegeta get their own Ally cards where Vegeta prevents Events from being played while Goku enables your attacks to do +1 life card and +1 power stage of damage. The two Ultra's leaked are Tag Team (Heroes Only) and Epic Battles (Villains Only) where Tag Team is an Event that does 5 life cards of damage while Epic Battles is an Event that says If both you and your opponent are at 4 anger you win the game, at least it's not as broken as Cosmic Backlash was in Score Z.
The biggest spoiler that was leaked was the Main Personality Set for Raditz 1-4, his Lv. 1 says that you reveal the top 3 cards of your Life Deck, place one of those cards into your hand and banish the other 2. Lv. 2 enables you to name a Setup or Drill to search your Opponent's Life Deck for a copy of that card and banish it. Lv. 3 enables you to name a card to search your Opponent's Life Deck for all copies of that card and destroy them. Lv. 4 enables you to choose 3 cards in your Opponent's Discard Pile then search your Opponent's Life Deck for all copies of those cards and banish them. Aside from that the Ultra Ratio has been changed from 1:1 to 1:2.

Incredible, I just found the spoilers. All of them quite interesting but not groundbreaking. Vegeta is going to be a key ally for future villain ally decks most likely, while Goku will most likely be at the forefront of new upcoming Hero Ally decks. Tag team is interesting, simply being an energy attack for 5 it seems with downside of event? Perhaps the heroes only will matter. Dragon's victory reprint is quite interesting, but it probably won't be a deck for awhile.
But that Raditz is the talk of the bunch. I'm expecting him to be the new cornerstone of beatdown at least, with a power that rivals SSG Goku's. That first ability hurts, but it also grabs exactly what you need and nets you +1. Level 2 is underwhelming, being just shy of naming allies. Level 3 is strong, almost black scout maneuver on a personality is incredible. Level 4 is insane, netting up to 6 cards from the life deck and getting rid of up to 9 cards for good. No rejuv and no recursion.
Raditz either really wants to level up fast, or not at all due to the underwhelming level 2. A possibly good Saiyan deck is the first thing that comes to mind. Red may be underwhelming compared to Vegeta. Black and blue could be strong control due to hand sculpting, but probably underwhelming compared to Krillin's guaranteed criticals. His orange game is definitely weaker than Ginyu's. If Raditz sees play, it will be a Saiyan physical beats deck, which I'm rooting for.
I think the most interesting part is what Nail's abilities are going to be. With Namekian being the full suite of level 1-4 play, MPPV, and energy beatdown, it is going to be hard to make a strong and unique personality while adhering to balance.
Tag team is interesting, simply being an energy attack for 5 it seems with downside of event? Perhaps the heroes only will matter.
As soon as you said this i was unable to take you seriousy at all. Free critical that can only be stopped with a card that cancels an event? This is not an energy attack so it cant be stopped as one. It is just an event that deals 5 lc dmg.

If it is simply an event attack, then the card is extremely powerful, but I haven't known a card to ever be an attack that is neither destroy x life cards or a physical/ energy attack. Does your image / source have a clearer picture that can make out all the visible words?
Being an event is a drawback, not a perk. This one post guy is full of it
I thought as much. He is suggesting that it is an event that just says "Damage: 5 Life cards," and therefore, unblockable. I find it difficult to believe especially considering there are more words following "Heroes Only," and that there are no cards in the history of the game that do that as damage as far as I can recall.
At first I thought the recent nerf on Namekian Knowledge Mastery didn't affect Gohan as much but after some recent playtesting it turns out that Gohan doesn't advance levels as fast as Piccolo does where most of the time you end up sitting at Level 1 or Level 3 without being able to reach Level 4 for the MPPV anger loop since Gohan lacks built in Rejuvenation effects to take advantage of Namekian Knowledge Mastery to gain anger off of where as Piccolo actually does to make up for not being able to passively gain anger off of rejuvenating outside combat which is what Gohan relied on more than Piccolo did pre-errata.
That being said I feel that Piccolo is the best personality for Namekian right now. I playtested Red Gohan when the game was first released and while the deck is more physical based it lacks enough energy stops to stay ahead without decking out, I know Vegeta and Trunks are the most popular choices for Saiyan but perhaps Gohan could be just as good If not better for bum-rushing to Level 4 especially for getting past his terrible Level 1 when all it does is add damage by milling yourself aside from the low PUR and power levels. There's not enough drills in Saiyan for Goku to take advantage of as he's more suited in Orange for getting off his Kamehameha.

I haven't played Gohan, but it makes sense. Namekian Piccolo is still more than fine though.
Just as well I haven't seen a Saiyan Gohan actually. I imagine that since Vegeta Saiyan is an okay tier 2 deck, Gohan may fit the same bill or even less. Not sure though.
And Saiyan SSG Goku can put in work if he draws decently. Personally, I'm waiting for Raditz Saiyan
I've heard a lot people say that Raditz is better in Saiyan than in Black since it doesn't have enough cards to gain anger off of unless they get more that do in Set 2. Namekian needs an answer to allies without having to rely on critical damage effects to do so while we also need a Hero MP that focuses on allies since we already have a Villain MP that focuses on them being Ginyu of course. More Freestyle drills would be nice for Orange Goku to take advantage of aside from Quickness Drill while we also could see replacements for some of the current MP's we have in the game right now, namely Gohan since his Level 1 is terrible.

He's better in Saiyan than black because if you're staying on level 1, he's going to deal about 9-12 damage to you in a game, meaning you more or less want to use the excellent card choice to win the race. Krillin I think can just play a black attrition better as well. Also if you're going off of level 1, you want to make sure you're getting off of level 2, and Saiyan can do this amazingly.
Also, I'm sure we'll get more freestyle drills and "replacement" levels. Just as well, I imagine either Nail or Tien will be Ally centered, as both can carry the flavor for it. I bet it'll be Tien since Nail Namekian Allies seems beyond amazing if it'd be comparable to Ginyu lol.
Orange Goku tends to have a difficult matchup against Blue Piccolo based on my playtesting thus far where as Gohan in Saiyan left me unsatisfied at his Level 4 compared to running him in Namekian where I can still win by MPPV. Seeing as how I do better with Goku than Gohan in the current meta I tore apart my Gohan deck to help one of my friends get stuff for his Saiyan Vegeta deck which actually did quite well against Black Piccolo which was another deck another friend of mine decided to run over Red Gohan which didn't work out as good as he hoped it would. The game itself is starting to grow a little bit despite booster boxes not being available at the moment.
Orange Distracting Beam and Orange Destruction combo nicely in Orange Goku despite Orange Destruction being a dead card in hand early to mid game as Distracting Beam gets it back from your Discard Pile to use later on. Last time I played against Namekian Piccolo I was 10 life cards away from winning by Survival Victory and had I played Orange Destruction I probably would've won before my opponent had a chance to deck me out with his Mastery when I had 7-8+ drills in play. I've gotten Devastating Blow off at least twice while managing to lower his personality a level with Namek Dragon Ball 2 with a couple of Confrontation's here and there. I did alright in the Saiyan Vegeta matchup although Orange Revenge didn't do me much good.

I haven't played against Blue Piccolo yet actually. I still don't like Orange Destruction for that reason though, that it'll win if you have it at a specific time. I'd just rather slam through more energy attacks. Speaking of which, I've actually been more fond of the aggressive Orange decks lately that have been really light on drills, allowing you to play aggressive with the other decks in the meta and not having to devote slots to hit level 3. I like Orange Revenge personally. At worst it's just another energy attack that can score a crit.
I still think Namekian is a pretty bad matchup and the Saiyan decks are hit and miss I find. I've kind of been impressed with aggressive Saiyan Trunks lists though. His PAT is just through the roof and his later levels actually put in solid work.
Orange Revenge seems good but isn't as reliable as Orange Distracting Beam due to being a HIT effect to utilize it where as you can take the gamble of gaining the HIT effect for Orange Power Point since If they don't stop it you get a free drill from your Life Deck. Saiyan Trunks probably has the best matchup against Namekian Piccolo with being able to banish 9 cards from your opponent's discard pile with Trunks' Sword Slash and Devastating Blow.

Orange Power Point is one of the best cards in the entire deck. And on Orange Revenge, I know I pushed it earlier for redundancy, but I'm actually thinking a different energy attack like Orange Precise Shot. It accomplishes almost the same efficiency for 2 stages less and always has a relevant effect.
Thus, you're right I think about Revenge, in that we have a large enough card pool to not have to justify running it. Orange Distracting beam is definitely better than Revenge no doubt, but I think it may fall in the same category as Revenge (Not running it unless we need redundant energy attacks).
I've found that Orange Destruction is just as good If not better than Goku's Kamehameha in Orange Goku for the same reason that Namekian Overtime is a staple in Namekian Piccolo where as Orange Distracting Beam and Visiting the Past definitely make up for discarding or playing Orange Destruction early game so that you can get it in your hand later as long as your opponent doesn't banish it with Devastating Blow and Trunks' Sword Slash.

If it's putting up results for you then more power to ya. I don't think drill heavy Orange is a strong deck currently, making both Destruction and Goku's Kamehameha kind of subpar in my opinion. Even Goku as the main choice for Orange (besides Ginyu) is starting to wane for me honestly in favor of Krillin for competitive Orange.
Putting the metagame aside how long do you think Panini Z will last compared to other Trading Card Games / Collectible Card Games that have been discontinued in the past due to Research & Development Teams not caring enough, creating unintentional card design choices that leads to unwarranted power creep issues, lack of marketing to help advertise and promote their game(s), lack of organized play and good prize support, or by getting themselves into copyright disputes with other companies that they've been forced to settle a lawsuit for which usually leads to them losing licenses to specific intellectual properties?
With so many Trading Card Games / Collectible Card Games in the Secondary Market right now makes it more difficult than ever for a niche game like Panini Z to become as established as MTG, Pokemon, and Yu-Gi-Oh! which took years of careful playtesting and management to get where they are today though I'm not sure about Yu-Gi-Oh! since I consider it's success over the last decade as more of a fluke than anything else really. There's still a relatively small community supporting Panini Z due to people not having enough disposable income to get into a new Trading Card Game / Collectible Card Game when they already have investments for other Trading Card Games / Collectible Card Games.

They've already made huge mistakes for making the game open and accessible. Panini wasn't very dedicated at first, but now they've upped their game with organized play. Honestly it has to do with 2 factors: How impactful set 2 is and how supported organized play is. Panini needs to continue also to make the game open to new players, such as making actual structured starter decks.
I'd honestly consider it a bad omen regarding their horrible starter deck structure, lack of supply to meet initial demand, and their printing of classic DBZ's biggest staple at Ultra Rare and giving them a villains/heroes only counterparts as well. Clearly, something was amiss with Panini's executive management over this product. It's probably not going to last more than 4 sets considering Panini's track record here, but I still enjoy the game and costs for playable decks are particularly low besides ultras, which isn't too big of a deal to not run them at the local level. I'm trusting Panini, but not so much that I'll invest large amounts of dollars in.
Panini did state that they'll be releasing actual structured starter decks down the road which was actually one of the questions I considered asking them in the Z Warrior Mailbag but someone already mentioned it to them so that sort of saved me the trouble asking about it. I did ask them about how they'll implement Sensei Decks, whether or not If the game will benefit off of a set rotation system, and the distribution of tournament promos being given equally instead of a select few like in Score Z.

Structured starter decks will be a life-saver for this game. Glad to hear it.
Set rotation is interesting honestly. This game would benefit off of it only if it becomes long running and only if secondary prices became too much for new players.
I think if Panini attempts a player-base growth strategy, this game can be successful.
