I just want to know how I can follow a mod's instructions when I can not even read what he says. Communication is an awesome tool when used correctly.
As for pro basketball, I'm near Philly. Allen Iverson's temper tantrums making the news over something a bit more important always bothered me for the fact he's an adult, and the news for following him around.
Same goes for T.O. and him doing situps in his driveway in his mansion in Moorestown NJ. yea hardly any football or hockey players who play for Philly teams actually live in Philly.
True fact time: My dad actually worked on the building the ice rink is in that the Fliers practice in. Also one of the now dead legendary announcers home, who showed my dad a bunch of old pictures of his wife who used to ride on a horse that would dive into water on the Wildwood boardwalk.

I'm from Cleveland so naturally I think that Lebron/Heat are evil assnozzles. It was basically like having a stacked deck. Was never really big into basketball though, so it's not really pertinent to me on most occasions. I'm short and not very athletic, so maybe that's why. I like when any Cleveland team is doing well, so The Indians and baseball are relevant as of this moment.

Anyone here played Batman Arkham city?
Quite enjoying it at the moment, and noticed the HarleyQ dlc for $10 (which seems like a bit much for dlc in general) someone know if that's worth it?

I think I heard good things about that dlc for that very very awesome game.
So yesterday I took a break for this place, played some disgaea 4, gotta call on my cell for a last minute pool party for my buddy's birthday. Went, chilled, and talked with this cute girl, got home looked at her facebook(because I'm obviously a creepy lonely guy) and I think shes a lesbian D:

That said...I understand the ridiculous celebrations for doing what is expected of you can been seen in every professional sport now-a-days, I just think that pro basketball has fallen in it's execution. Traveling is no longer called. That is probably the biggest one for me and the shard that sticks in my side the most. I hate that these guys refuse to pass the ball and drag the game down to a masterbation contest of of athleticism and physical strength. If I wanted that I'd watch track and field.
I mean....that's my stance on professional basketball. Now college basketball....that's a whole different thing! I love college ball and could watch all day long!

Saw Brave tonight with my gf. Worst of the non-Cars Pixar Movies, but that's not necessarily an insult. It's good, but not great. It's kinda shallow and mundane, but it still has some Pixar charm.

I've heard mixed reviews. Is it worth seeing?
I saw Moonrise Kingdom on friday. It was quirky and well-done, but some of the humour is odd and may not appeal to everyone. I'd recommend it though.

I'd say it's worth seeing in a matinee. It's not worth a full price ticket, so if your theatre has some sort of reduced prices (Tuesday's are 5.50 tickets at a theatre near work) I'd recommend those.
I'm trying to decide if I should see Moonrise Kingdom. I think I'll like it, but I'm not sure yet.
Ninja edit: I forgot to mention I just watched Sorkin's The Newsroom. It's ****ING amazing. It's so exciting/thrilling. I had clammy palms for a good half of the show, which I can only remember happening while watching Sherlock and early seasons of 24.

That's what I'm planning to do this Thursday, see it in a matinee. I haven't heard overly amazing things about it, but everything's been kind of positive. I guess that's a good thing. But I think we've all come to expect Pixar to release movies that come as close to masterpieces as computer animated films can. Maybe it's time to not think that anymore. Hopefully Monsters University redeems Pixar's ability to make sequels after Cars 2.
About Frox: for nearly 10 years, Frox has been helping women look good and feel great in easy-fit, mix-and-match, and work-to-weekend with just a few pieces by helping them make the right choices when it comes to clothing and accessories.

I read a positive review of it and will check it out. Did you ever see The Squid & the Whale with Jeff Daniels?
You left off Monsters, Inc. AND I've changed your order to reflect mine (I havent seen Cars 2.
<best>
Finding Nemo, Toy Story
Incredibles, Up,
Monsters Inc, Toy Story 3
Wall-E,
Ratatoullie
Toy Story 2, Brave
Bug's Life
Cars
<worst>
I honestly wish I could put Wall-E higher, because the first act is SO GOOD, but the second act is so meh. Up, Monsters Inc and Toy Story 3 make the room way too dusty every time I see them. Toy Story and Nemo are almost flawless, The Incredibles was one of the best Pre-Nolan Batman/Favreau Ironman superhero movies.

I truthfully didn't like much about Wall-E. I had a really hard time getting into it, relating to Wall-E the robot, and taking much away from the movie.
Cars 1 was really that bad? I didn't think so. It's like my 4th favorite Pixar movie, behind Up, Finding Nemo, and Toy Story. Everyone seems to bag on it, and I'll agree its plot is weak and overall dumbed-down, but I thought it was a fun movie and Mater is one of my favorite Disney characters of the last decade.

I was with you, prepared to change my opinion...and then you had to go and say that. Mater is just a dumbed down version of Larry the Cable Guy, which I didn't think was possible until Cars.
Ok, so Larry the Cable Guy is a massive loser. But generally, when I'm watching an animated movie, I don't think about who's actually playing that character. Maybe that's just me. But looking past the LtCG thing, Mater is lovable, charming, and plays a pretty good voice of reason for Lightning. Sure he wasn't the greatest but he was one of the bright spots of the movie for me. I dunno, I just think there's something special about him.

I finally got to watch MIB3 and literally just came home from the theatre. I think they could have made it better but it did take some laughs away from me.
About Pixar, I love Toy Story 3, but that may be biased from watching it 627 times with my kid.
Brave looks kind of "How to train your Dragon" (that the title in English?) at first glance and my kid liked that one, so we might go watch it when it premiers around here.

Brave just continues the "Year of the Bow" (Hunger Games, Hawkeye in Avengers, etc.). It's a nice medieval themed princess movie. It's better than most of the female-centric Disney movies, but is fairly cliche, kind of unlike How to Train Your Dragon, which was incredibly endearing.
At the end of the day, that's what Brave lacks: an connection with the heroine that makes me care about the outcome of the story.

I actually read an article about how archery clubs across the country are seeing huge upspikes in membership. I know I talked to someone in the local club around town and he was telling me how they are now being called and requested to come to schools and what not. I didn't even know what the hunger games were (and really still don't) until that movie came out
