CMB's Submission is a pure incarnation of Phyrexia!

Basically our deck thrives on repeatable enters the battlefield effects & activated abilities that put our dudes in the bin. With a multitude of ways to return dead creatures to our hand or play, we get serious mileage out of our mana ramp dudes, removal friends, & utility guys, & allows us to play one of the best card filter engines of all time, Bazaar of Baghdad. Also allows us to abuse the legend rule against anyone running, for example, Lyzolda, the Blood Witch

Combined with a relatively low curve (for EDH), we have a few ways to punish shaky land bases, & since we tend to bounce back from a board wipe quickly, we will ideally emerge from a Wildfire smiling. This is further complimented with the Crucible/Life From the Loam/Fetchlands/Cycle Lands engine.

We also have a few decent combos, Sneak Attack & Oakenshield & Titan = an explosive mana base & a swing for 6 for :symg::symr::symr::symb: each turn, or instead of Titan, Wurmcoil Engine which are happy to swing in & die, leaving us 2 3/3 tokens regardless. Kiki-Jiki in the graveyard & Necrotic Ooze in play = on opponents End Step, replicate & untap with ~infinite Oozes with whatever other activated abilities they may have, or even just swing in with an Ooze army.

Consistency is pretty good here - lot of redundancy to ramp our mana base, & although we have chosen to forgo artifact ramp in favour of creature-based ramp, I think it's a fun choice. Also, between Imperial Recruiter & Dimir House Guard, nearly our entire deck is tutorable.

In our sideboard, we have a bit more removal, including the recurrable legendaries Jiwari & Arashi. Null Rod seems like a great side-in since most decks rely so heavily on artifact mana, furthering our punish-the-manabase scheme. Magus of the Moon is decent, since we can almost guarantee having out 1x or 2x basic Forests/Swamps.

A very fun deck to play, although the land-sweeps *will* paint a target on your face, so play wise We deliberately avoided the Eldrazi, although it would be easy to put in Emrakul & friends to ramp up the power level of this deck.

Basically, it's all about turning the Tremor ability on T&L into a full-blown weapon of mass destruction. Many other creatures in the deck also benefit greatly from the same cards that T&L benefit off of. Against fliers that resist the Tremor ability, it's best to clip down their wings with either Thundercloud Elemental or Gravity Sphere.

Even without deathtouch equipment or the like on T&L, they serve as an excellent token slaughtering machine at the worst; most tokens don't have flying and a lot of them are X/1s.

After fleshing out the deck with the synergy cards (deathtouch equipment + Charisma) and those that benefit from said cards, the rest is basically a lot of good utility cards and a smattering of assorted finishers. You get access to a fantastic color combination due to the amazing card pool, but your general isn't Jhoira or Niv-Mizzet; both of whom are already proven generals that can really draw some hate. T&L give you some obscurity while still giving you the ability to play a solid deck at the same time.
