That's because they're already a part of Dimir and don't realize. Yes, all things are subject to the mischievous machinations of the Hidden House, so sinister are we... Bruhuhahahahah... Well, in any case I definitely fit the job description.
The enchantment-themed block would be interesting, especially in limited construction, but as you proved with those examples, some cards would just be completely broken. Scour is another one that would be very powerful in a control deck.

Scour is actually on a fine line as to wether it would be too broken... atleast in my opinion.

WOW, I just tested out Harm's way, in comparison to LB for my naya, and found harms way better in 90% of the games. I never though I saw the day when white gets a better burn spell than red, but this is definitely an interesting uncommon to be sure.
@ Conant - [The Izzet] only think that they're guild exist's but we know better.
Tempest of Light. It'd be easy to play all the non-enchantment-related cards to form a BOOM, EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DIES NOW AND MINE IS FINE deck. I guess some cards would just be banned from being used in conjunction with this edition.
hey daft, just out of curiosity why did you want to make an all enchantment set?
You mentioned before how you disliked esper with its heavy artifact theme, so why do you think an enchantment theme would be better? Not that I'm saying your idea is bad, just curious.
Man I just thought of how ridiculous spring cleaning would be in this set, 50% chance to reset your opponents board for 1G.

First it won't be all enchanment just have a strong enchantment theme. Secondly I disliked Esper's artifact theme because it connected the idea of artifacts with WUB and I as a WUB fan am not a fan of artifacts. This does not mean that I would be upset if they were to do a Mirrodin type set just as long as all 5 colours are connected to artifacts.

I want an edition that is entirely squirrel-based. Every card would revolve around the small woodland animals, like Sinister Squirrel, Hungry Squirrel, the counterspell 'Nuts to That'. Yes. Surely, it is brilliant. I must begin working on it this instant!

I don't know whether to salute you or slap you with a fish-brick.
I admit that neither of these are mine but I like both of them.
There is no House Dimir. It is not cunningly concealed among the apparently carefree Houses and Guilds of Ravnica. No one would suggest that its members have an agenda within and beyond the city. Nor would anyone believe, should it be whispered, that House Dimir collects vast sums of money and favors in order to further goals that this nonexistent group doesn't have. Moreover, an organization that does not exist certainly cannot have the means to collect intelligence on every mage who lives within areas that it certainly does not roam.
Someone once asked me why, when I talk about House Dimir, I don't put the word "the" in front of it. At the time, I had no answer, but it just came to me. Do we put the word "the" in front of God?

I saw the whole 'the in front of God' part on the forums, but where did you find the description of nonexistent houses bit? It's kind of funny, actually.
Knave! House Dimir must always come first! Unless, of course, you're making decks that involve neither black nor blue. In such case, according to the Clan Pact, subsection C, paragraph 4, your deckmaking falls under the jurisdiction of an outside clan and is subject to criticisms, advice, and commentary thereof.
Milling is optional, but not required, though according to Subsection C, Paragraph 8, without owning a black and blue mill deck, one cannot operate a mono-green deck without breaching the Clan Pact.

Given the fact that you are the people drawn to the clan this furthers my belief that Dimir is Le, Strongly Lawful and somewhere between Evil and Neutral.

Hey archon, long time no see.
@Conant - If your set included a squirrel lord that gave them all +1/+1 and banding I would buy that set in a heartbeat.

Either one would honestly suit me fine. As long as there is love behind the fish slap... and I can keep the fishy afterward.
