And everyone knows Jaya Ballard is beastly than either Zur or Jon Finkel. A hot chick can beat up on a pair of nerds any day of the week.

This one is tough, but I think I'm leaning towards Zur as the culprit. Thats my vote anyways. Its not due until the end of the week, so I'll have time to change my mind 50 times before.
I think I'm going to like the new Core Set idea. I love the fact that Black Knight is on his way back.

@Auron: I love the idea of "Back in Black" in honor of black knight. We should wait a little though, we might get a few black bombs in M10. *Hopes Phyrexian Arena, Dark Confidant, or Damnation gets reprinted*
@Contest: I have no idea who to vote out, but it seems Dimir are voting for us for the most absurd reason ever, and the NYC dark knights want us out regardless of criteria.:-/ Annoying, but alas, unavoidable.
@M10: I love the idea of it (no more half-assed excuses to justify printing extra cards), and new cards in it makes it awesome. Silence is intriguing though... that "cast" seems odd, and I definetely look forward to the explanation behind it.

I doubt Arena and Dark Confidant will be printed side by side considering that they perform similar functions. If two clans are voting against us...we should vote with the next most popular choice.

Yeah, I highly doubt Arena and Bob will be in the next coreset together. I'd prefer Arena though....with the Apocalypse art!
Yeah, Lord of the Pit is really sad. I still want that alternate Art Akroma so bad its not funny. Does anyone know when they are released? They'll probably just do 1 mythic each like they did in Jace v Chandra.
As for the contest, I will scope it out tonight and see who everyone's planning on voting for. That way we can cast our vote strategically and not be kicked out.

Ok, sadly saying, it looks as if we may be the one going out. So, I pretty much going to say that we should make our vote take someone out with us. Even if that seems unlikely. I say our final vote is Zur, the Enchanter. We can jump on the band wagon with Izzet and hope for the best. I want to post our vote tonight if at all possible.
EDIT: Submitted our vote as Zur, even though its a landslide loss. I can change it though if you all opt for it. We are still allowed to vote after we are gone, so I say we go after people who nixed us. Sweet revenge is one of our strong suits.

Nothing like going out for pie + coffee after a movie to discuss the finer points of the just-seen flick; my friends + I have had many a great argument over a slice of damn fine cherry pie.
One thing we never argue though, is that good service deserves a good tip, especially when we've been camping at a table for hours nursing that bottomless cup of joe, often with our voices raised perhaps a little too loud. Our group of contestants feel much the same, but all it takes is one bad apple to spoil the bunch . . . (insert NSFW Resevoir Dogs rant here)

I think we've mostly been holding back due to Clan Contest reasons, so as to not mix interests... I don't know if you've heard, but the Izzet are kind of competitive...
So I hear... lol. I think the contests is really a driving force that prevents interclan talking, sadly. Its discouraged me from speaking with you all. I have peeked in and I love how the heart censors boosted profanity use. They are ♥♥♥♥ing awesome!

My profanity-usage has remained the same, if not lessened. I abhor the hearty-censors.
I agree with the sentiment of the Clan Contests discouraging inter-clan relations, even though their primary goal is inter-clan relations. Perhaps we should all adopt the [Soundtrack]'s manner of using spoilers, if only to seperate the conversation (as I know it doesn't stop others from reading it :rolleyes:)?

I agree with the sentiment of the Clan Contests discouraging inter-clan relations, even though their primary goal is inter-clan relations. Perhaps we should all adopt the [Soundtrack]'s manner of using spoilers, if only to seperate the conversation (as I know it doesn't stop others from reading it :rolleyes:)?

Ok, now that I actually read the next criteria, I have to say its either Bob. Being from the Guild of Deals (indirectly but still from Orzhov), he would want to cheat others out of money and getting more for himself. If not him, Miss Promiscuous because she would run off after a guy or flirt with someone in the group so she wouldn't have to pitch in her part. Or you can go the unoriginal route and say Godsire or Ravenous Baloth because there is no logical reason why these two beasts have money...but I like the first two better.
Once again, we have until Friday. I'll double check, but I think we can still vote after we are eliminated.
