The Mediator challenge is off to a pretty good start, actually. Even though I'm about to fight Miluda for the first time, everyone already has the job mastered. I spent too much time raising Brave and lowering Faith.
And its still not to the ideal levels. Of course once I can get the Elemental guns, I'll have to raise Faith to do more damage.

Shin, I want to make one quick comment. I don't know much about your relationship with your family, but I learned the hard way that when it comes to important communication, a letter is a very dangerous way to do it. There's a large potential for miscommunication and since a letter is one-way your mother will have a lot of time to think about what you wrote while possibly misunderstanding part of it.
Obviously you know best what's appropriate, but I strongly encourage you to follow up your letter with a face-to-face visit or at least a phone call as soon as possible.

Granted your post count to spam count is pretty much nill but others that have about your count of posts have a Ton of spam and it annoys me to no end that I have to read 40 spam posts to get to the Real post that I would want to read.*remember the middle of the coffeehouse life and my first leaving the house* I really think the idea of post counts is nothing but a waste of time. I look at it as just a number...

Hell if I cared about post counts I ***** about the 1,000's on 1,000's of post I have done in Outside postcounting forums. Add in the time frame I was in the gutter, mod section, mod chat, SYM, Forum Games BOTU, and such I be higher then you Al. Look at the damned problems we have cause of people caring about there post counts....Problems we could do without. Instead of working on REAL issues and maybe some new stuff for the boards we have to waste our time entertaining the fact of a debateon postcounts... a debate we shouldn't even have...

I think people tend to really only care about their own post counts; I haven't the slightest idea how many posts I have. (2000ish?), and I definitely don't have any idea how many anyone else has. I actually think that displaying the post count just encourages empty posts; if anyone is really going to know who you are, it's because you've made posts that people remember, not because you've made ten thousand of them. (Of course, ten thousand nearly content-less posts still add up to quite a bit.)

You know? I generally don't care much for amateur poetry but I really like this. It's simple in presentation but complex in theme. It communicates something very strongly, but is open to interpretation as to exactly what that might be. Different people will get different things out of this: Is it hopeful or kind of sad? Is the speaker wise or foolish? Do all things happen in their own time or do you have to make things happen?
