Woah been forever since i've had a chance to hit the coffee shop.
It's been a busy week at school, and it's just gonna get worse as tests come up and Japanese foreign exchange students come over.
I had a speech meet today, I'm set for second alternate to go to my state meet in 3 weeks. pretty good, but not as good as last year, oh well.
I'm doing pretty good. I'm going to go see The Number 23 in about an hour, which looks pretty awesome. Although its hard to imagine Jim Carrey outside of a comedy, he is a really awesome actor, one of my favorites, so I'm sure he will do well.
EDIT: Wow, where is everyone? It's 4 hours after I made this post, and there have been no new votes!! Well, I really liked The Number 23. Jim Carrey did an awesome job, I think. I know it didn't get a lot of good reviews, but I thought is was a creative and well-done movie. I definitely suggest it to you guys.
Goodnight everyone! Ill be posting tommorrow and ill respond to people tommorrow as well. I had a long day today but i will be on aol messenger and msn messenger if anyone wants to talk to me tonight. See you all soon! Take care and best wishes to everyone! *hugs and blows kisses to everyone*
Yeah well it's not midnight were I live, and everyone should be going on my schedule, because I'm awesome :D. I just always seem to be around when nothing is going on.
Good night Cecilia!!
P.S. I hate Mondays with a passion. I just thought I'd throw that out there.
Actually three...
Mondays are my worst days, followed by Wednesday, then Sunday, then Thursday, then Saturday, then Tuesday, then Friday at best!
(I can explain why for each if anyone wants...)

I have to work one of my longest shifts on Sunday, so Monday sort of feels like a break to me currently, because it's a shorter work day. My days off are Saturday and Wednesday. Wednesday feels more like my weekend than anything.
So, tonight I'm gonna watch Pick of Destiny (story of Tenacious-D). That should be good, hopefully. Then I'm gonna start on the Blood+ that finished downloading yesterday. It's 50 episodes, so it should keep my busy for a couple of weeks, at least.

Pick of Destiny was hilarious. But you have to be prepared for the stupid stoner/college humor. If you are going into that movie looking for plot and theme and all that junk, then it will be awful.
In other news Movie of the Week will be up later today.
Howdy folks.. to FL for the 2800th post!! Sorry I wasn't on yesterday- I wasn't feeling like posting cuz I was reading "Angels' Flight" all day... and talkin' to Arguas late last night.. at midnight i was reading, I do believe.. .either that, or talking to Arguas. then around 1:20 I went upstairs to bed......just woke up..am gonna make my final vote on BotU ... I feel sad, nobody seems to have voted.... this deserves to be much more of a race than it was.... Anyway I'm off to vote, then probably gonna play Kingdom Hearts for a good long while.. and then maybe read some more.... I reeeeeeeeeeaaaallyyy wanna see Bridge to Terabithia... I think many of us learned our lesson from the last couple of BotU's. That's why I'm basically abstaining.

[16:23] Alacar Leoricar: maybe if you do it'll make the porn more meaningful
BOTU deserves no emotion. It's nothing more than a pool for drama, and fights.
You are a nugget.
Well, good morrow, everyone. We got home very late last night and I was silly enough to spend two hours writing a Debate post. As such, I ended up sleeping until noon. Bah.
@Dragonstar: Hey, there! We've missed you. How've you been?
@Bridge to Tarabithia: I remember liking that book. My grandma got me interested in it via an old movie, but I also had to read it in elementary school.

Monday seems to be one of the most popular days for the House..
Maybe because people like to check in. The days I feel I post the most here are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday. However, weekends (including Thursday) are days in which a lot seems to go on.

All that I yearn for, for richer or poorer, is to be the light that you see. All that I yearn for, for richer or poorer, is to be the peace that you feel. All that I yearn for, for richer or poorer, is to fill your heart on my own.
But the rainbow is an image of hope for many reasons, as it is a brilliant sight coming out of oftimes dismal weather.
So, I just played KH1 for a bit... The Pegasus Cup is annoyingly frustrating..... I'm right now, trying to decide, after a hour long phone call w/ my mom, whether to play some more videogames (Chronotrigger or Jak II, or more KH perhaps) or read another book (The Guardian, The Dance of Intimacy, or reread The Dance of Anger, or The Child That Books Built) or do some writing in my journal... I'm inordinately hungry lately for some reason.........
Omna: I don't want to see Bridge to Terabithia, mostly because they seemed to have diverged so far from what the book was. It's really sad. If they're going to screw things up that much, they shouldn't say it was even based on the book.
Coliseum: Eh, I know we have it spelled wrong. But it's ALWAYS been Colloseum for 'News and 'Sally. Also, cool that you have a story going for your set!
So, I'm probably going to return Rogue Galaxy to Blockbuster for now. I didn't beat it, but because of a saving glitch, I lost 3 hours of work that I don't care to do again any time soon. This is one of the major things that makes me not want to play video games, mostly since I do it all the time with RPGs. Blegh. I'll probably be renting Crackdown, if I can get a copy. If not, Warioware: Smooth Moves, Cooking Mama (if they have it), or something of the like will be in my system (ha! pun) for a while.
In other other news, I"ll be DMing my first D&D game soon! I'm getting things set up, so it might be a full week before I actually start the game. But I'll be doing it, which is awesome! And I'm also setting it up to be run in my own private world (which I have a Wikispace set up for, and will work on soon), so this will be absolutely awesome. I've wanted to use this world for D&D for years.
@mamelon: thanks mamelon! Have a good one as well! See you soon! *hugs* Also have a good day at work.
@ungenni: thats great to hear that your having a great and relaxing weekend. Anyhow see you around ungenni and take care!
@nai: I want to try out rogue galaxy is that game any good? Well i hope you had a great weekend and see you around and take care Nai!
@shadowfox: thanks for stopping by! See you soon and take care shadow! Also i hope you had a great weekend as well. Goodluck to you and best wishes to you always shadowfox!
@omna: have fun playing kingdom hearts! Take care and have a great vacation!
@ninja: We will be waiting for your movie of the week! See you around ninja and i hope you had a great weekend.
Well I am going to get going for awhile. I will be on aol messenger from now to pretty late tonight. I will also be on msn as well. See you all soon! Have a great week and as always best wishes to everyone! *hugs and blows kisses to everyone*
It's a very good game, a lot more in depth than other games are. There is plenty of stuff to do in the game, for sure. If you like RPGs, it's a good game for you.
I'm going to have another Game of the Week up later today, when I decide on a game to do while I check out Crackdown. I think I have a good idea of which I want to do, but I'm still deciding.
Hey everyone! I just got back from going to a cardshop with my buddies. I bought 5 packs of Planar Chaos and got 1 Damnation and 2 Exptirpates! Then I traded for a second Damnation! I also bought 80 Akroma sleeves. I had a great time!
Week #2 in my ongoing series of 'Movie of the Week'
AMERICAN PIE
American Pie was released in 1999 for very much a target audience. And the audience responded. Unlike my first MotW, American Pie has no amazing backstory, no awards, no international acclaim, just a funny story, good characters, and good delivery on everything. I guess you can call it a right place right time movie, but it doesn't really matter, beacuse for everyone who is currently between the ages of 16 and 28, this movie invokes some sort of party memory.
The story follows around four friends named Jim (Jason Biggs), Kevin (Thomas Ian Nicholas), Finch (Eddie Kaye), and Oz (Chris Kelin) as they all try to get some before they graduate high school. They all agree to get laid on prom night, but in order to do that they need dates. Kevin and his girl friend Vicky (Tara Reid) are having troubles so he may never get it. Jim pines after the foreign exchange student Nadia (Shannon Elizabeth), but after a webcam incident, his chanches with her are blown, literally and figuratively, so he ends up at prom with Michelle (Alyson Hannigan), who subsequently uses Jim as a one night stand, much to the approval of Jim feeling lucky just to have gotten some. Finch never finds a date so instead he nails Stifler's Mom (Jennifer Coolidge), to much praise afterwards, at the afterparty. Oz trys to win over a chior girl named Heather (Mina Suvari) by acting like a nice guy instead of the Lacrosse jock that he is. They do eventually come together. The movie ends with the Jim, Kevin, Finch, and Oz reflecting on their prom night and what is next to come for them.
This movie is a good example of crude humor and outlandish scenarios, but truly has some amazing characters and some lines that I still remember today. To sum up this movies makes me feel like 'Hot apple pie.'
