Wolf's Rain also happens to be one of the most depressing things I've ever watched. I've only seen a few episodes, but I always felt sadder at the end of each one. It's also one of those shows that you need to see every episode of in order to track what's going on.

Wolf's Rain is indeed a very sad show. I've seen it through a couple of times, and every time it just gets more depressing >_<;; I tend to wonder, when I experience anime like that, how different the manga must be, but I've never had the opportunity to read any of it, so yeah.
Guh...I hate getting bad news. I'd been smiling all day at the thought of snuggling with the head of Angel Investigations, but now all I can think of is how much I want to throttle random beaurocrats. Typical day in the Photon/Ether household.
Hey all, im doing pretty good...and wow...almost 100 new posts in less than a day here...wow.
Anyways, I have to finish up my speech and be almost ready to give it for english class on thursday. Aside from that, Im just hoping that I can find something to do after that, because i need to get a break from all this work tonight because i doubt i will have the chance again before friday...
I need to re-download MWS, but once I do I have some decks I severely want to try out. I'm rusty in the Magic department, though, because I'd been so immersed in my first two loves (RPGs and Angel), so whoever I end up playing had better be kind or I'll panini their arse. *Sweet smile*
Holy freakin' ****.... We're 40 posts away from 3000! Already......
I still owe Photon that surprise for the 3000th post a couple threads ago. and as promised I'll give the person who makes the 3000th post a special special prize
I'm gonna sleep by the computer for the next few days to post 2999th then jmup like a ninja wizard yay 700 posts for me.
Few days? More like a few hours...we got almost 100 posts in the last 17 hours since I left, 30ish more should happen sometime tonight.
Also...im angry, because my sister apparently messed up the ps2 with her friends last night...so I need to either fix it in an hour...or she will not be happy when she gets back home.
Edit: FL, for us here in the states Panini is like a fried sourdough bread...thats the best way to describe it. The bread is cooked like sourdough or something and then put into a sandwich and then the whole sandwich is grilled to make the bread crunchy and the cheese melty. At least thats what I think panini is (though I may be mistaken).
And I agree with Nemcon, to what he said to Moneen.. you really don't need to be here for days..... it'll happen in hours, I assure you.
And..... Hostess text.
NO SNIPING OR PULLING A YUKORA (Deleting old posts for the award!) this time I will NOT NOT sit for it, because this is going to require the extra mile for me, and I will not appreciate needing to mail something to someone who cheated others out of the win.
EDIT: I'm in a bad mood, so if that seems overly harsh (especially to you Yukora) apologies, because nothing is quite going right today.... I WANT TO GO TO FNM DAMMIT.... but I can't.. and that party I was invited to, the guy said he'd email me today, I haven't seen anything yet..... so my plans go down the drain for tonight, AND my PS2 isn't working.....grrr.... Yes, I've been lazy and haven't looked to fix it yet, but still...i'm cranky as ****.
Panini is a type of Italian sandwich that's become pretty popular here lately. Nemcon's right there. At the teahouse we frequent, I almost always order their panini because they're just so damn good. Better than my grandmother's, even...but I shouldn't say that or her Italian ghost will haunt me forever O_o;;
@Wombat: The bad news is more than just his having to work on Christmas. Believe me, it's sucky.
@Danica: Hey hey...what's the matter with your Ps2? Specifically, I mean.
Mortal, when's the paper due?? If its due tonight, I'd just crank it out.. if its due tomorrow or something, take a quick nap and make sure it IS quick, cuz I know from experience that if you fall asleep when overtired oftentimes you sleep longer than you plan on.
And yes, he means he'll take his panini press to them.... you guys don't remember the panini thing do ya? ? Well maybe not many people were around that time of the House, but when he first came around, he took up the weapon of choice being panini press while Photon's was the waffle iron... so yeah, OFF GOES THEIR HEAD!!!
...i should have a weapon of choice I suppose Omna's Vengeance does it quite nicely tho:p ...either that or lightning bolts ...a'la Helix
I also wish to have a panini right now. The only place that serves them 'round here is closed and expensive, though, so no luck for me. Still!
*Fixes up a few four cheese bacon tomato panini for teh peeps*
Actually, I wouldn't mind having a panini press for Christmas, but I need to prioritize fixing Baofu (my Mp3 player). I scoured the yellow pages earlier and found no one who repairs electronics, let alone Mp3 players, so that got me grumpy. I can't take it to Dell to fix since it isn't under warranty any longer and it was a gift anyway. So yeah...and all this after I shoved another 10 gigs of music onto the damn thing last Friday. Boo.
Charts are the enemy of mankind. Actually, I just feel like bucking against all things intellectual or indicative of intellectualism lately. There's a reason I never set foot in debate ¬_¬;;
That's one thing I'll never miss about school. Projects. The only projects I had fun doing were the ones outside of school, or those that I suggested to the teachers myself. And there were never pie charts.
I hope I can get it fixed up too, Psychoburner. I know it's silly of me to be so sentimental, but it's really one of the only things I have left to remember her by, so it's important. I know if I could find a place/person to repair it, it'd be cheap and take little to no time; the only problem is the up volume button not working and the power button being stuck, really.
I despised projects, and they were the bane of my existence in High School. When I was alone, it was fine, but every time I was assigned to a group, no one else took the assignment seriously and I always tried to get my way out of being in a group.

I've never posted here but upon learning of your pannini predicament, I thought I could help: take 2 bakeing (cookie) pans and put aluminum foil on the bottem of each of them. warm them in your oven and then brush with olive oil. place your pannini inbetween them and put a brick or other heavy, heat resitant item ontop of the top pan. leave until sufficiently pressed. source: Alton Brown of "Good Eats" on the food channel. hope it helps!

Thanks to Zaph and spiderboy4 at High~Light Studios for the kick ass sig and amazing avvy.
I always got stuck in the groups where I was the only one doing the work, which sucked. At one point in my Sociology class, I walked out of the room because I, a sophomore, was the only one doing the work in a group whose remainder was comprised entirely of frickin' seniors. That right pissed me off >_<;;
*Waves a Good Eats flag* That's right, Svogthir! If I had any olive oil I'd be trying to get a panini down right now, but unfortunately no. I just want a panini press to be all official about it...and to smack people with, heh.

@Photon: So that bad news is that you'll have to work on Christmas? That's uber suck.
I need a nap, but I need to do my paper too... such a tough choice...
Also I don't recall ever using more than one emoticon in one post before like I have here. And I hope I'll be around for the 3000th post.
Anyways, I don't quite know what a Panini is, but what Nemcon said seems about right, and, also quite delicious
