I'm sorry about the strep, KoolKoal. I used to get that all the time when I was younger. It sucks big time. The stupidest thing was that two of the times I had it, the initial culture said negative, but the second one said positive. Anyway, I hope you get better by Christmas, or whatever holiday you celebrate. It shouldn't last more than a week, though, if it is like mine used to be.

Now to get back to my report. I've got 1030/1800-2000 words left. That shouldn't take too long, hopefully.

EDIT: No, Omna! You have to get it up before like 1am your time so that I can post on the first page at least. I don't want to have until there are like 3 pages before I post. Please? (no pressure though :p)

Don't worry, I'm supposed to start feeling better once I've taken the medicine for a day. I just hope I have an easier time sleeping tonight.

Speaking of which I'm going to start winding down right now I think, see you all (by that I mean, watch you post and debate with myself whether I should post or not) tomorrow.

Sorry that I rushed you, Omna. It's just that I don't want to have to go to sleep before this is up, and I have finals tomorrow, so I need to sleep a lot. It's okay for now, because I'm doing my essay, but it would be great if it could put it up in the next half and hour or so. Thanks mucho :). Of course, it's not that big of a deal if I can't post on the first page, but it would be nice.

How are we going to work out who does the second post? As far as I know Alacar's not around right now, so... Omna could make the second post, I guess, or whoever gets the second post could just edit all the stuff into their post. We need a shared acount like Hugatron back so whoever makes the thread can also make the second post.

Oh, I didn't realize that the second poster had to do something. Is it just the same stuff that is on the second post of this thread? I don't really see why Omna can't just do two posts in a row and edit the stuff in later, unless that is against the rules.

The issue is being able to update it. Only whoever gets the second post can update that stuff, so it's more convenient if it's done by a shared account. I don't see the problem in creating "The Coffeetable" or "Hugatron 2.0" or something like that, though, as long as its posts stay inside the coffeehouse.

Oh, I see now. Yes, that does not sound against the rules to me, as long as, like you said, it stays inside the House in posts and votes (especially close ones ;)).

I wouldn't have any problem with this myself, but I think the mods might. Even with the promise that its posts are only in the coffeehouse. I would understand their wariness about it, but its worth a shot.

@Mr. Stuff: I love the FMA banner. Very inventive.

@Nai: Don't worry about it at all. You'd actually have to work pretty hard to really offend me in Debate. At least you listen and are sincere. The only thing that seems ot get my goat is when people post in Debate just for the purpose of being ostentatious or inflammatory.

@MW: By summer jobs, could he possibly just mean like a part time job? Do you really need one?

Hi guys.. I've been packing. .I think I've got most of my clothes packed... mostly, anyway... and what's going to happen is, Alacar and I made an arrangement, where I will be using his account temporarily to simply post the 2nd post for now, and then when he returns for the night he'll do the adding in.
And strongbad, try checking out our previous threads/this thread for our 2nd post and see what it includes! Its 1:30am right now and I'm tired, but feelin' fairly confident about what i still need to do.. i should finish the final question for my art history final though and finish packing...

Just a note; i WILL be online (AIM) at home.. just probably not nearly as much and also my computer tends to lag and so.. yeah. As for MTGSally I dunno how my computer is gonna be affected by it this time around.
