I think we need to get some of these in real life.:)
One of the things I inherited from the last president of WSU Anime Club was a paper copy of that. I still have it kicking around somewhere. Every word of it is true.
I decided to save Yukora's "reward" for the next thread. I've spent tonight rearranging and organizing my anime music on my computer and mp3 player.
The sucky part of this week is that I have to work every day from now till friday, but at least I get the whole weekend off. The Praxis is this Saturday, and I hope to get back from it in time to go to my local county fair. It would be the only day I could go, since I work every other day and the fair's closed Sunday.
Niiiice, KK! Anyways.. I need to get some sleep tonight.... Good night all.... tonight was a nice night... and Crimson, thanks for the geek talk earlier! I'm gonna be looking into that computer thing...
Good night all.. and I will probably do a new thread tomorrow night, most likely... but if i don't, don't kill me....
Really? I loved FFIV (though its the only FF game I have ever played) It took me a while to get to the paladin part though, I kept getting lost in the mountains before hand. I think I had about 24 hours on that game when I got to the final boss. Of course I don't care much to compleate it... My characters are all far to weak to beat that thing...I rushed though
EDIT
Favorite DS games
Metroid Hunters
Mario Kart
Wario Ware
New Super Mario Bros
Castlevania (amazing game!)
Mario 64X4 or whatever its called
Tetris Ds
Ah, FFIV... Josh's favorite FF game. I was playing Zemus in the Den's FFIV RP, but it sort of got derailed. People are trying to kickstart it right now, though.
I love and hate the FFIV GBA release, though. I love how you can swap out your party members after all these years, I love how Palom and Porom leave Rydia and Rosa in the dust, and I love that Edward is playable. However, I hate the bugs and arbitrary change in difficulty.

[16:23] Alacar Leoricar: maybe if you do it'll make the porn more meaningful
I was flipping through stuff in animesuki, and I found another series to add to my "when I get broadband again" list. It goes by the admittedly stupid sounding name of Coyote Ragtime Show. The description from anidb is:
The war on the planet Graceland has continued for too long. Because the Earth Federation Governent is afraid the war might spread to other planets, they decided to destroy Graceland with photon bombs. There are only 7 days left until the time limit. However, there is an inheritance of Pirate King Blues, somewhere in this planet.
The great thing is it looks fairly serious and action-oriented from the artwork.
Omna: Hey it was nuttin speakin with ya yesterday. I quite enjoyed it!
And with all the anime fans around here I'm kinda surprised we don't have an anime of the week or something... well excepting the fact its all very hard to find and download (especially legally).
I'm glad, Crimson, and hope we can do it again sometime.. btw, I need that site's link again.. The one w/ the CTRL+ALT+DEL books...
Anyway... Truly going to work now.... Janus sent me a PM this morning, and he has left for a while... Let's all wish him and KK good luck and fun in their trips wherever their time leads them!!
Now I'm off.. Have a great day all!
Omna
EDIT: hehehhehehhe... now I get to beat KK on post count.. *evil grin*
EDIT 2: OOOOOOH 2 more posts til Archmage!!! *excited**
@Crimson: An anime of the week? That would be extremely hard, considering for me it takes 5-6 hours to successfully dowload/upload anime from sites. It trakes a day on my old laptop We should do an AMV of the week or something, though.
Anime of the week? And an AMV as well? Does anyone remember when I said that us people should make our own AMV Hell 4? That must've been a while ago, because it was Sapph I recommended it to. I doubt he still remembers.
My anime of the week: Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
I just finished downloading all of it today. I'm pretty excited to be honest. The show is awesome.
@Alacar: Thanks, buddy. Now can you add me into your banner?
And if you ever do get a chance to watch some animes, I have a few recommendations:
Air, aka Air TV (great drama anime, and slightly funny)
Tsubasa Chronicles (much like Air)
Naruto (subbed version, not dubbed version)
One Piece (again, subbed, not dubbed)
Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (good storyline while funny at the same time)
Azumanga Daioh (if you ever watch it, you'll know why I recommended it)
There are others, but ya gotta start out small and work your way up to the ones you feel that YOU would like. That's how it was for me, and look at me now! :D..........................>.>
And with all the anime fans around here I'm kinda surprised we don't have an anime of the week or something... well excepting the fact its all very hard to find and download (especially legally).
You shouldn't give me good ideas like that, because I might actually follow through on them.
I'll cover Anime/AMV of the week, starting now. As for downloading, YouTube is tech.

It's monday, which means it's time for: ANIME OF THE WEEK
This week's anime: Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo
Yep, it's the same old classic tale, retold using a daring new art style and updated for the modern era. Edmond Dantes was betrayed and left for dead by a former friend, a friend who then married Edmond's love. Now Edmond has returned, and nothing will stand between him and the terrible revenge he plans.
This is The Count of Monte Cristo like you've never seen it before. Future setting? Check. Space travel and aliens? Check. Vampires? Check. Complimented by one of the most gorgeous art styles ever used in animation, this one is definitely worth checking out.
Gankutsuou Ending Theme: Here Gankutsuou Trailer: Here
Mr. Stuff, if ya need any help with that, I'm here, as I do get quite a few animes that I think are noteworthy. As for the Count of Monte Cristo, I might just have to go watch that.
But later, as now I have to go to the orthodontist. I'll be back, dudes and dudettes.
Hey all just checking in, as I will probably reading this on and off for the rest of the day. Im a bit tired, as going to bed at 5am and waking up at 8am due to a new roof next door really is annoying... Other then that I have just been messing around , i might get out my SNES or N64 today, theres quite a few games i havent played in a few years and sort of want to.
Mario Kart DS...hmm..i need to find my DS, i think i left it at my cousin's house on 4th of July. I also play a good amount of that online in some free time, the game is pretty addicting. Nice to see a few others here play it as well.
Anime of the Week...that would be nice to have, but like said above, its a few large downloads...so that would be out of the question.
I havent watched a good anime in a while, im trying to find a new series. I might try Azumanga Daioh though..ill see what i can find.
Edit: Well I see Mr. Stuff has beaten me to an idea for Anime of The Week..and Its an Anime i have never heard of before...i might go find an episode or 2 now...
But seriously, it seems that it wasn't that bad an idea after all. I do suppose ya have to have broadband if ya wanna find stuff but I just realized with all the torrents out there you should be able to find most of the stuff with a simple google search then buy it if you're truely interested! Yay for internets!
Good afternoon. Waiting for medical records to open up after lunch so I can start building a chart fort! (My desk job is really quite dull, and every little bit of imagination helps.)
Other than that, it's hot hot hot today, and will be hotter as the week goes on.
:/
Maybe I'll take a bit of work home with me so I can work from the comfort of my dank hovel, and spare my pallid gamer skin the scourge of burning, blisters and freckles that pass as a suntan for me.

Dropping in to say hi, and to say I'm not dead and I haven't left, yet. I just took a vacation from the house. And first off, let me say;
My brotha, Yukora......I heard that you're done with the trials. Great job, dude. I'm proud of ya.
Hope everyone's life is goin' alright. I know mine is, and I'm thankful for that.
