I hate dresses. In fact, I hate most everything typical girls wear. I will say, though, that bras are a good thing.
Dresses are supposed to be cooler and less "restricting". I don't think they're cooler at all, they make me feel much warmer than if i was wearing shorts. And i don't like the fact that there's no leg holes, and such.
If you opened my closet/dresser...you'd find "girl" jeans, "boy" shorts, a mess of t-shirts [men sizes, of course], and tank tops that look like they're from the mens' department.
The only actual "female" clothes I own...underthings, jeans, and a few nice shirts for formal thingers. I don't even have homecoming dresses anymore. As soon as I could, i got rid of them.
This frustrates the two female friends I have to no end, when we have "formal" dinner parties.
Mikey came home yesterday....We both realized we missed each other more than we thought. I got to see the DVD his aunt made for him...there were pictures from when he was really, REALLY sick back in 8th grade, and it made me cry a little. He looked nothing like he does now. And he was so skinny and pale...[[shudder]] Anyway. Yeah. I'm so glad he's home.

I've worn a dress. I find them more comfortable than pants, but I really have no strict preference either way.
Though, I find it sort of unfair that there are female-specific clothes but no male-specific ones anymore. It's silly.
Mmm, I really like dresses. In fact, I'd probably wear them if I also had a gun and a concealed weapon's license.
And I agree that it sucks for us guys that women have no specific clothes (and can easily wear "guys'" clothes without even being considered lesbians), while guys must wear guys' clothes. That's a sexist standard.

I can see why. The grass is greener on the other side?
Actually, I have a challenge. Why are bras a good thing? I wouldn't mind a woman not wearing a bra.
Oddly enough, I hate many women's clothes. For example, high-heel shoes and nylons. Nylons are especially awful. I have no idea what the f**k they're for. Besides, they get in the way of how beatiful a woman's leg can be. As for heels, they make women walk insanely stupidly. If we're gonna go that way, let's have the Chinese footbinding. (With emphasis on "that was hyperbole, and I'm just kidding, but you can get my point.")

Could you imagine getting a boner in a dress?!
Actually, I can. And yes, it would be awkward. Then again, I cannot think of a single time in which I got a boner unless I was thinking about sex, so the problem would be minimal.
Besides, people (generally) look good in dresses. Hence, if women can look sharp in a dress, so can a guy.
In fact, I'd go so far as to say that it would be good, because as clothes are right now, the majority of guys wear baggy pants. And what the f**k to they look like underneath the pants?
So, while you can tell how hot girls are (since the pants they wear are tight as all hell), you can't with guys. Another sexist standard.
Help has come in the form of a bit of basic algebra. I feel that it'll shed some light on your problem here.
Basically:
S + T = W
...S in this case stands for 'spam' and the T stands for 'light trolling'. And the W? That stands for 'Warning'. I love math. -- {mikeyG}

But that's the thing. Clothing is made for the straight population, for the most part. It's a genetic fact that men are more visually turned on, whereas women tend to be both physically and emotionally turned on, so they wold theoretically not need to see a guy in tight jeans. It's biological
I saw a guy in tight jeans on the train yesterday. It looked unnatural, but at the same time, kinda hot

You've .... met ... a girl before right? Pretty much every girl I know would read what you just wrote and chuckle, then go back to being sad that more guys don't wear tight pants.
I've never held much stock in the men = more visually oriented and women = more emotionally oriented. It's just not a scientific 'fact' I've seen play out in reality often enough for me to agree with it.

Really, because most of the girls I talk to (with a couple exceptions) find it creepy when guys wear tight jeans.

What kind of tight are we talking here? Snug, properly-fitted and comfortable (thus displaying shape but not being odd-looking, tight where they should not be tight or fugly), or a guy in girls' jeans? Cuz I was talking about the first, which is greatly desired by most who admire the male form.
No worries. It isn't about how the ass looks, it's about who looks at the ass.
Haha, so true, my friend.
I wear well cut jeans, but I dont think I could wear genuinely tight anything. Also, no matter how crazy I am, I oculd never wear women's clothing. I guess I'm too close ot the stereotypical guy to do that kinda thing. I'm odd like that. Stereotypical guy, yet not.
Bras are like...really nice to be wearing when you have to run up a couple flights of stairs in a hurry, or play DDR, or do anything that involves running or jumping...to be quite frank, it really hurts when your boobs bounce around when you do things like that. Bras hug them closer to your ribcage and keep that from happening.
Bras also are a good way to tease guys while doing things. Some guys think it's a simple take-off-the-shirt-and-go, but then when they find something else before just skin...ah, man, the look on their face is "AW HELL NO'. I think it's kind of funny. :tongue2:
Yeah...I got nothin' else for that one.
Haha, some transformer blew up on the fairgrounds of our local music festival. And I guess they had two lines running, so if one went out the other would kick in...whoever the person was who installed that is probably kicking themselves now, because the line went out and the other didn't kick in.

Quite the paradox lol.
Girls will make passes at guys with hot a.... you know the rest.
Speaking of guys with hot A-ellipses! Just saw superman. It's not the greatest movie in the world and it's highly predictable... but Superman is gorgeous. As was about 45% of the sold out audience! Many many hot hot guys. And Superman's package kept changing sizes the entire time. I guess it WAS true that they digitally edited it cuz it was too big. That does not make me unhappy ^^. My friends didn't like the movie at all and had no recourse as I did with hot hot superman.
And emotion v physical woman v man.... everyone is visually stimulated. The way I see it, women USED to be more sexually repressed than men, they had to appear more chaste. Maybe before the women's lib movement they were physically stimulated but stifled. The second thing I thought was, maybe before hand, when women couldn't provide for themselves they needed to look for a man they thought would be able to provide for them and give them a family. Now that women are more independant they're free to make their own living and go after what they're attracted to physically more than necessity. Course I'm not a woman and I didn't live way back when. But, could be
Alls I know is the women I know are hornier than the guys I know... unfortunately...
Hey does anyone near the Vancouver Area... or that's been to the Vancouver area,.... have any of you heard of a "Spirit Bear" lemme know.
I got back form the Outer Banks, North Carolina last night. Two weeks of sun and surfing <3 Actually, the second week was mostly rain and I didn't get to surf Hatteras this year, either
It was a mostly fun vacation, but the other family that usually goes with us couldn't all make it, so it was basically just my family there. Sucked a little bit.
In a few days I'm going down to Florida to help my brother move in to his apartment. Aside from the 18 hour car drive, that should be fun, too. Warm water, at least.

I think it is an interesting commentary, gerg, on the abstinence "education" is that we care so much about being "pro-life" that we aren't interested in emphasizing safe-sex, the tool of survival. After all, we can tell the youth that it is best not to have sex, but if they must, then this is how they can do it safely. But the ultra-rightists don't see it that way. Hence, they are not pro-life; rather, they are "pro-death" by HIV, Hepatitis, et al. STI's.
Though, I gather you're not being exposed to "abstinence-only" "education." Too bad that the class doesn't take a more mature sex-positive approach, but I must say that you Brits have it good.

Another possibility for HGOTW or for a series of them: the cast from "So You Think You Can Dance?"
Dmitry Chaplin (Hot as all holy God could ever create)
Benji Schwimmer (Cutie! Sexy as hell when he dances)
Jaymz Tuaileva (Meh. Hot body, but...)
Ivan Koumaev (For you youngin's)
Musa Cooper (Hot cholcolate)
Travis Wall (Little bit punk, completely hot)

He was indeed. Though mostly for you guys. Personally, he bugs me. Yes, you've got perfectly pouty lips, very pretty blue eyes and fantastic hair, Ryan. Not to mention a nice body. Now, stop making the same exact face in every damn picture you're in. If I see "stern, with a pout" one more time, I might freak.
The HGOTATPs (Arbitrary Time Period, since I'm hardly keeping up the once-a-week timetable) are setup well in advance, I just swap the order for requests and nominations and such. Ryan Phillippe was slated for week 15 and this week is eleven. But I can sub him in and do a little rearranging, if Tall, Stern & Pouty is being requested.
That's "Udderly Creme". Ice cream without flavoring and it actually tastes really good. It's basically just frozen milk with 45% milkfat. I heart it Well.. used to.
Ryan is hot. I don't take him for his work. I guess I take him as seriously as an actor as straight guys take Anna Kornikova as a tennis player.
And Kraj I totally agree with SYTYCD. I love that show. I was sorry that Ben got kicked off but I guess he had to :(. I like Jaymz but something's weird about his face. Dunno. I like Travis but he says one thing then takes it back. I like Dmitri but he's sooo arrogant lol. Benji's very hot as well but he's what... mormon? Ivan at first wasn't that cute to me but as he dances he grows on me. I really like all the talent but I feel like the girls have this competiton at the moment.
Yeah, Jaymz definitely has face funk going on. Dunno what you mean about Travis, I just think he's hot. I always though Dmitri seemed rather humble, it's the judges who suck his dick each week. I think Benji's just Christian, btu I;d bet money he's a virgin (or at least was before the show started. Have you seen how he looks at his dance partner???). I'd like Ivan more if he could dance anything other than hip hop, but he's still a cutie.
