Grats Shinobi, you also seem to have hit 500 posts this week too. Your getting more popular and moving up in your style? (I have no idea what im saying, i usually just babble and ramble on and on until everyone stop listensing to me, its a good idea to just ignore me, especially when its late)] Edit: Welcome Eledin. Im not sure who you are, but i hope you enjoy it here.
Welcome Eledin! I haven't met you yet, so I guess I'll say hello.
Congrats, Shinobi on RotW. I too was disappointed that I couldn't study Japanese, even in college, though I did have a female friend in one of my classes offer to have her Japanese husband give me lessons in Japanese. That only lasted for a couple of months, though, and was only one hour, once a week. 90% of the Japanese I know I've learned from watching anime. I actually find it's a much more natural way to learn the language than from a textbook, since you'll know all the correct pronunciations and little quirks that a textbook wouldn't tell you.
Congrats Kraj on having a custom title. I've still got a ways to go, but I'll get there eventually.
Right now I'm enjoying some ice-cream cake, so for my birthday, I'll share a piece with you all.
I agree with you KoolKoal... this CoffeeHouse was started for so many more reasons than for Card Creation... I see no reason to steal R&D clan's thunder and lightning.... helix! *smirks* Sorry, I had to... y'all know its my fave...
and again, welcome Eledin!
Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR. STUFF!!!!! I'm sorry I didn't say anything earlier.. things have been a little insane:)
Hey Eledin. Good to see you around. Hehe, good times back on the original Trench. I'd say that was my very first cool thing I did on Salvation. I think that officially made me somebody... in a small sorta way
And Hello, rest of Coffehouse. Long time no see. It's too bad that I'm not on the comp very often, so it's really difficult to keep up with you guys.
I sure do miss Saph's glompings
Oh, and Alacar, Thank's for including me in your game thingermabober
Yea, ive been looking at the list of people online lately. Its been fluctating, but many times its been up, and in the last hour the lowest ive seen is 6 people reading this thread...though they may be all not paying attention like i do, having this thread open and refreshing whenever i get a chance to view.
I keep the thread open as well, as long as I'm online. Sigh - I miss the broadband days. Dialup is not my friend. It took two and a half hours just to upload my final project to my webspace so my professor could download it. Plus, I tie up the phone line whenever I'm on so we can't recieve calls. Plus, I can't download anime anymore. That last one really blows. Sigh. Again.
Eh, I can't complain too much today. No worries except work tomorrow and the Praxis in the vague, way-off distance.
