Well i find it takes away the Heirarch advantage. Does the 4 damage right back to them so they start at square one. Other then that its something you do against Timmy players who play huge creatures say....Dijinn or maybe 1 of the 5 dragons in Kamigawa or 1 of the 4 hunteds in Ravnica (actually dont count Hunted Horror) . Kodamas as well could be victim to this seeing as Kodama of North Tree is played heavy. 6 Damage to them by 1 spell for 4cc is good anyway you slice it in a control or burn deck. Funny thing is late game, you can feedback a big spell and if you play control...remand it to thier hands harhararhar. Thats just too funny.
Its really a sideboarder. Other then that its not usefull main deck.

^True, it isnt that good, it would do better as an uncommon. I consider it a nice sidboard card if you were playing either gruul or izzet colored decks
@bweebwee it is my draw/control version of Izzet.deck. Its changed a little after certain problems that crept up during my actuall 1v1 playtesting. Char is gone in favor of more control/delay. Its either gonna be replaced by Convolute or my Drift of Phantasams. It's gonna hurt either way I slice it. But considering what I am doing with the deck I think its neccessary.
You can basically say this. Wuffles deck is 'red team' mine is 'blue team'.
As for mirror, yes vortexes hurt against the type of deck I run, not neccesarily true for Wuffles. Since his does not run tons of draw, like mine does, he dosent really have to worry about it.
Edit: I'll probably refresh the deck thread later.

My ongoing war with Apprentice is not going well...I think I'm going to have to blow something up if this doesn't end up working by a week or so from now. I want my playtest goodness, and I want it NOW!
About the Feedback...can it target a permanant that's in play, or does it need to target soemthing that has yet to resolve? If it can hit something that's already in play, then it just became as usefull to me in a deck as Induce Paranoia in a Milling deck. I could find use for that...sooo many fools play the big spells.
Parallel feed back is way too situational to see any real competitive play. albeit it may be fun it can reall waterdown and slow up a deck... i say SB atbest. even then it can be replaced with something a bit more stable.

Well, one of my friends is a huge timmy, so parrlewhatever feedback is going to be my huge anti-him card. I think it can target pretty much anything, otherwise it would really suck. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Oh God, I love electrolyze (and wee dragonauts, and gelectrode). I tested it (them) recently, and it (they) KILLS (KILL) EVERYTHING! The only bad thing is that now all of my friends are going Izzet, so there is going to be a lot of competition for the cards.
Hey, if you think you have it bad, I can't get anything on the internet to work at all.
Edit: Thanks Wuffles II (I think it was you. If not, sorry.). I just saw your post on/about the Orzhov. Now I won't get my decklist! It's not like I disagree with it (actually I agree with you) but you could've at least waited untill I got a general idea of what an Orzhov deck is supposed to do. Although, considering what goes on in that thread (or doesn't, for that matter) I might have not gotten that decklist anyway. Whatever.
Why won't you ge tthe decklist? It 's not like they are angry at us or anything. Bluebeetle came and apologized, and even PM'd me and wuffles. We're on fine terms with them, there's no reason for them not to give you a general orzhov deck. And it's not like they would all automaticcally be orzhov deck experts anyway, just ebcause they're in the clan. You'd be better off just going to the t2 or block constructed forums.
Oh yeah, on the subject of parallectric feedback. I think it's a little too costly to be effective. If it had cost 1R or even 2R, It would be decent, but now it's not really worth it. Also, outside of casual, what deck would you side it in against? Ghaziglare? It's biggest cc is 6 for yosei, and i'd rather play flames of the blood hand to hose hierarch. Any zoo variant? Once again, biggest would be 6, maybe 5 if they dont run dragons. Most decks don't go beyond six, and if you are playing blue in addition to red, i'd rather counter it any day for less mana and more effect.
parellectric would rock agaisnt re-animator. i also this its only a side board card. NEPHILIMS ROCK!!!!!! i have a deck w/ them, and its actually almost undefeated (control rules yet again, over anything). ask if u want the list
I'm not entirely sure that Parallectric would work against re-animator. I could be wrong on this, but I think of Parallectric as a counter, but instead of countering the spell it deals damage. So in the care of re-animator the person is playing the spell used to bring back a huge creature, not casting the creature itself. Now it would be awesome to have Parallectric if someone went and played an Entwined Tooth and Nail though.
Edit: I think the funniest time to play it would be when you have the same life amount as your opponent or they had a little less then you and they are playing Heartbeat/Maga or Tron. They tap huge amounts to Blaze/Maga you for the win --> spell goes on stack --> parallectric feedback goes onto stack -->para hits gg (or am I wrong and blaze would resolve too?)
I'm pretty sure it would "only" do 7 damage, as opposed to 9, since i don't think the entwine adds to the cmc. But i wouldn't think of it as a coutner, since that makes you think of it as an answer, which it isnt, since the spell still resolves. BTW, i just made this really weird legen deck with honor-worn shaku, erayo, reki, the history of kamigawa, cloudstone curio, knetaro the smiling cat, mirror gallery, and isamaru, and its kind of crazy. it takes a bit to get it going, but i had 31 cards in my hand at one point, insanity.
I, for one, would LOVE to see the Nephilim decklist. To me, they all seem fairly unplayable, in a Spike sense, and I would love to see a Johnny's take on it. As I said some time ago, I'm all the way for a good rogue deck.
Edit: Since it's almost undefeated, would you mind posting your match-ups and win/loss records, if you have them?

Well, as a matter of fact, quicken has NO targets! It's just there as a cheap cantrip to activate witch-maw and get another card to replace it. I think i will replace ste with farseek, thanks, and probably wood elves with BoP.
4 farseek

Okay, I'm looking at the decklist, and I sorta see where you're going with this one. But first, a few questions:
1. Why Ink-Treader? I would usually use that only in a deck that has really nice cards with effects that benefit with copying spells. Withstand and Wildsize are ones that come to mind, as you get a nice cantrip effect.
2. Getting the right land at the right time would seem to be difficult. How easy has it been to draw the right lands?
3. Do you have any testing results? I'd be most interested to see these.

Sorry, but i really don't think that sensei's top belongs in this deck - as we are unable to shuffle the deck, we cut its efficiency a lot. And quicken is good. However, I am loathe to remove the electrolyze, they are really efficient burn spells.
Charlie, do you know what your banner actually means in japanese? the answer: NOTHING. It's total gibberish. I couldn't translate it at all.
If you're trying to make it actually mean something, I suggest you change it to mean that thing. And if you've just gone and put random characters into your name, then...that's kinda stupid - you can make it look just as cool and at the same time have it actually mean something.
I like pie. And Japanese.
EDIT: But the avatar you have more than makes up for your banner, i have to say. That fox is awesome.

You know, that's a good question. And it seems that people I meet enjoy off-hand tribal decks. It's very unusual watching a Dragon tribal deck without Cryptic Gateway stomp a Volver (yes, Volver) tribal deck. The joys of big bro schooling little. But a Nephilim deck would truly be something to see. Maybe I'll try it out on the cursed Apprentice should it ever accept the patch.
Well, i really don't see the use of having more than one nephilim in a deck, they dont really compliment each other (except yore tiller and glint eye, and even that is still hard to do). I think the better thing to do is build a decka roudn one of them. And also,
@speedy, why don't you just tell us your own test results rather than tell us to test it ourselves, and then if we still are skeptical we'll test it ourselves. It just seems like a waste of time to test it ourselves if you already have results. May we see them please?

1. im thinkin of takin ink treader out and puttin in 2 genju and something else
2. usually its easy to get the right lands, once u get 1 green then just use farseek or a tribe elder. top is used to get lands too.
3. ive beaten A LOT. only things ive lost to so far are ld, magnivore, and a w/b flying weenie deck. otherwise ive beaten most of the major decks in the format and some rouge decks. milling is easy to beat, r/w weenie wasnt much of a problem when i got my dune nephilim out. ink treaders kill rock(putrefy and last gasp target everything). gahzi glare is a small problem, but i usually can deal with it (2-1 for that match up). only thing im scared of is if someone pulls out a blood moon....
