Rianalnn that was a great chocotog! I don't much get the joke about civilization attacking or whatever, but I love the art... made of candies and chocolate. Where'd you get it? It really looks like a tog.
Gavin's at the dentist for the first time, today. He's 3 1/2. My wife felt the best plan was to tell him it's a great fun adventure, with prizes and "rides" in a chair. It worked - he's very happy as he goes. But what's going to happen when he realizes it's really a bunch of bad tastes, bad buzzing sounds, pokes in your mouth, and the prize at the end is actually just another toothbrush? Will he ever go back?
Maybe this is why we all hate the dentist. We were all tricked the first time we went.
He'll go back to due lack of options, but, it's a bad decision, IMO. You should respect your children enough to be honest with them about this kind of stuff. You just have to explain how important it is to take care of your teeth, and that it's just like going to the doctor..except..for your teeth.
And I agree, that Chocotog art was sweet...pun intended.
Chelsea has too much homework to film with me today Then again, she did miss 2 weeks of school due to the strike so it isn't surprising.... She appologized anyways and I forgave her.

So I watched a bunch of counter-strike video's last night, and am really wanting to get amazing again. I've been slacking a bit, playing casually, but I have the drive to own noobs again. Owning noobs is where it is at.

For me, Obv. counter-strike is no.1, but I also love playing warcraft3 and dungeon keeper! I find there's a bit too much micro in war3 for me to really enjoy it. CS has a lot of hackers though so it can get really stressfull trying to beat them. Dungeon Keeper was my first love, and it has never disapointed me. It's the perfect game!
I do however still want to try WOW. I have a 10 day game trial, but you need a VISA to register >.<
XBOX 360 comes out in about a month and that's gunna make me want to play console games again. If I get that job at Electronic Boutique, i'll probably end up buying one. I get 15% of software, but nothing off hardware
Maybe i'll just buy one of the pre-owned Xbox's and stick to older games
I like all computer/video games, really. Except FPS, I have never enjoyed them at all. I agree about War3 also, too much hot-keys etc to really be able to do well at it..for me...but it's a great game outside of that.
I'm looking forward to Oblivion for the PC on Nov 21st.
I hope that non-Clan don't vote in the Poll and mess it up. Stupid bastards.
Kristina, which PO did you use? The one on University and Euclid is really good. Not too busy, amazing customer service. If you didn't go there, I suggest you do so next time.
Oh, the Daily Wildcat (school newspaper) had an article about the Flying Speghetti Monster today. It made linear algebra never so exciting as it was today.

Kristina, you should have known better than to use that post office. It's just silly. My fondest memory was when I had to by a post card stamp. Turns out that the stamp selling machine only takes credit cards, so they put a 17 cent charge on the card. Didn't even give me the option of paying with change! As I said, silly.

I just told why I've CLEARLY lost my mind.....I have spent nearly 40 hours at work since Monday. I'm still there now! I don't think I can make it on my own. You take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have the Facts of Life! My Fact of Life is that if I don't get this thing out the door by Nov. 4th I will no longer be employed!! Well, maybe not that severe...but I will lose my bosses trust big time!

I can't say I like people taking pictures I posted here (in good faith) and making fun of me, but that doesn't mean I'll showing pictures of myself and my family here. Besides, I made a poor attempt at making a joke out of that Chelsea pic that time, so I guess I can't say anything.
We just went to the pumpkin patch. We picked out a couple nice ones... one little round one and a bigger tall one. The little one has a stem handle which for my wife equals "a good one". Not sure why but oh well. Both boys had a blast. Everett was toddling around behind Gavin, looking at the animals in pens, and of course getting dirty.
Then I ate a McChicken and some fries. Mmmmm, good.
Thanks for posting so fast K! Which reminds me. . . Cyan, did you play in States? Where is my tourney report? Are you going to offer me something for some of my cards or just send them back to me?

I played chess between classes today. It's the first time I've done that in over a year, and I'm very happy about it. Unfortunately I got my ass handed to me, but if I just kick myself back into chess playing shape I'm fairly certain I used to be better than the guy who was beating me.

I was told today that this kid on my team called 911 twice this morning and hung up both times. They called back and his dad answered. The reason the kid called 911? He got an erection and didn't know what to do. I wish I was making this up.
