MTG Salvation

Id love to play a mtg tournament, but how do people afford $3000-$8000 decks? I mean, ill probably never have any of the moxes or a tropical island or gaeas cradle. All competetive decks have all those cards. And without a proxy, ill never have any of them therefore never be able to play. More players and some really good players can never play tournaments because of this. If you want more people to play and join sanctioned tournaments eithet allow proxies of those insanely expensive cards or dont allow use of them. You could have so many new players joining competetive tournaments if it were affordable somehow
