KoolKoal: Feel free to take this with a grain of salt since self meta isn't particularly helpful, but I think I get scumread mostly for style over substance, but also for a certain lack of substance over style. It's not so much what I AM posting most of the time (though sometimes that can seem bad) but what I'm NOT posting. I've been told I come to non-obvious conclusions a lot, so when I post, quite a bit of the time there's jumps in logic that people can't follow and they think that's scummy. I get that accusation about a lot of questions I ask specifically. People call them "busy work" when the questions are legit etc.
As far as things to ignore, I can't think of anything. I would suggest you focus less on what I'm doing and more on how I'm doing it. That's probably more likely to be accurate. Like I've just said, what I do tends to come off a little weird, but if you look for how I do it, mindset comes into play and maybe you figure out something useful.

I like this wagon. I do pity Whispy who seems genuinely confused and annoyed by the growing stack of unexplained votes, so here I go:
— Whispy, why did you assume Axel was calling out lurkers seriously, rather than facetiously?
— Generally speaking, why do you have no sense of humour?
— Do you enjoy playing as scum?
— Do you have an opinion on Axelrod?
— Do you have opinions on the players voting you?

I didn't think he was calling out lurkers?
Regardless of what his intentions with that post, I didnt like it
and his next post felt like an appeal
I have a sense of humor, I don't like RVS
I will say that jokes and sarcasm tend to go over my head a lot of the time
I like being a wolf, because I don't have to question if posts are just stupid or malicious
I still have a problem with TMI, and actually pushing towns though when I do roll wolf though
vote: Axelrod
thats my opinion on Axelrod right now
Tom's vote is NAI
Vaimes is being Vaimes, and I don't want to butt heads with him like I did in previous games
Rhand's vote also doesnt really say much, I would like him to tell me why though
ZDS' vote doesnt feel like he actually thinks I am a wolf, questions are ok I guess
No Tom, you were right before, keep this going. Vote Last
Fun story time. As it is Easter, and I needed to get out of bed, I turned my music on and hit play, and the song “Everybody dance now” started. And my wife turns to me and says “Yeah, I could definitely see Jesus coming out of the tomb to this song.

Rhand, it's just so ridiculous--how did this play-style develop? Like when you were first starting did you change your town game so it would be harder to figure out if you're scum or did you just naturally have this absurd level of confidence out of the gate as town and it's just easy to throw out a name with no explanation and have people buy into it?

What did I miss? What's happening with Whisp that's so obvious?
In retrospect, that may have come off as harsh--I was going for a more jokey tone, though I am puzzled by the confidence with which he throws out random names
I find myself questioning your sense of humor, Last.

Ambush Krotiq makes me laugh so much. I keep rereading the card and it keeps not having Flash. In what sense is this an ambush again? I just have visions of this huge Krotiq poorly concealed in some bushes, feeling slightly sad that his carefully planned ambushes never seem to work.

voting me is like a meme at this point
and I don;t think my alignment actually affects how I would read Axel's opening
or overlooking a joke, that I still dont get

Well, see, I was calling out the lurkers less than a hour into the game when only 3 people had posted. And that's silly, because, of course, you can't be a lurker less than an hour into the game.
See, it's funny.
Ha ha.

Possibly. It can be annoying and confusing to be caught so early, when it happens.

I was 50/50 on Whispy but now Umami really rings like scum who can't figure out why a townie is being scumread (and doesn't take much risk in opposing the wagon). See 73 and 75, mostly (the hypocrisy in 72+73 is a nice bonus).

Unvote Vote: Umami
Interesting take, but I don't get that impression at all. The "shade" at Rhand was about him, not Whispy, and Umami's response to shadow's vote there makes a lot of sense coming from Umami as either alignment considering the Rhand thing practically just happened.
Whispy -> Why didn't you vote Axelrod before I asked you about him?
I wasn't really planning on voting him
it was more of a meme
I am going to agree with Tom and believe I just awkwardly misread the intention of that post

But you said you didn't like the post. What does Regardless of what his intentions with that post, I didnt like it even mean, if you don't know what the intention is?
this is silly, nothing meaningful has happened
just like the votes on me
they mean nothing
anyways back to ff7
nice to meet you btw
that's not as fun, because there isn't any world where that is ever thing, so there isnt anything to gain
as either alignment
you too!
This is just logic
How much mafia have you played?
Any thoughts on the current gamestate?
For now.

@Jackrito
I've never seen you vote this early, is there a particular reason for that vote?
This wagon will die once real content comes up

@Rhand
Also have blank votes, but I don't think I'm gunna get a decent response from either of them

Sometimes I think he forgets that we play with our words here, not our psychic wavelengths.
lol that is a pretty great mental image given our relative experience in the game

It has been brought to my attention that some information is missing from the OP, so, here it is.
The factional night kill is assigned to a single member of the Mafia team.
This will be edited in to the OP eventually.
