“Zaldrīzes buzdari iksos daor.”
“A dragon is not a slave.”
(Not the same Dragon, I know)
Taking a dragon down is never an easy task; and this instance is no different.
In the end, not even any of you struck the killing blow, but wounded and unable to fly any longer, the animal instinct takes over, and the fearsome Drogon left off the cliffs of Dragonstone, and without his wings to carry him, crashed upon the rocks below; bleeding out slowly as you here the painful screams of his dying roars.
XequalsY has died! He was:
Abilities: The Will of a Dragon (Day use, Active) - Each day you may publicly choose a player using the syntax "Dracarys: [Playername]" in bold orange font. That player will have a 50% chance of being killed. If this successfully kills a player, it cannot be used the following day. If you kill two players through the course of the game, this skill becomes inactive and cannot be used again. Your kill will always fail if targeting Daenerys Targaryen.
Factional Win Conditions: Birthright - [redacted until end game]
-or- Fire and Blood - [redacted until end game]
You are the largest and fiercest of your siblings, and you know it. If you want something, you take it, often by way of fire. You are a dragon, and no one will forget that.
It is now Night 5. Please submit all actions by June 12th, 1200 MST.
”Never forget what you are. The rest of the world will not. Wear it like armor, and it can never be used to hurt you.”
Life is a funny thing. Death less so, and yet death seems to continue to visit every day.
This dawn is no different. Today at least you hope the dead found peace in his last, for he has a smirk on his face, and an overturned glass of wine in front of him.
Those that knew him will mourn. Or celebrate; but certainly not a single person is indifferent about the death of the infamous dwarf.
LnGrrrR has died! He was:
Character: Tyrion Lannister
Faction: None Targaryen
Abilities: Trial by Combat (Single Shot, Active) - Day use, you and the player that has voted you the longest each choose a player (you cannot choose each other). All players must vote between the chosen players as the lynch for that day. You cannot use this ability on day one, or after less than 50% of the starting players are left in the game.
Factional Win Conditions: [Redacted] Birthright - [redacted until end game]
-or- Fire and Blood - [redacted until end game]
Your favorite passtimes are drinking, sleeping with whores, and being the cleverest person you know. As a dwarf, your life was destined to be fraught with hardship, yet being born as a Lannister intervened on your life and gave you wealth and privalege to ensure that you had the freedom to do what you wanted. But nothing lasts forever, and you stand as an outcast to your own family, guilty of being hated for what you are, not respected for who you are. And yet, you're certain that not everyone is so blind that they only see with their eyes, you are convinced that there still exists some good in this world.
I thought it was understood that wolves would then shoot Vaimes, I'd leave the game, and we'd have an all-Stark f3 of Tom/KJ/Shinichi, where I got to gleefully eat popcorn in spec chat as Tom got to figure that out with me having to give no *****s about the outcome.
This personally affronts me, and if this was a case of wolves being stupid, going to pour effort into this to make sure town wins.
”It’s easy to confuse what is with what ought to be, especially when what is has worked out in your favor.”
Not Voting (5): Shinichi, tomsloger, Killjoy, Thousand_Winds, Vaimes
With 5 alive it takes 3 to lynch. Deadline is June 19th at 1400 MST.
A reminder about Iron Throne support: All support must be done via PM (either MTGS or discord), and can be changed as many times as you wish up until twilight is announced. I strongly recommend queuing it up sooner than later.
Player: Gentleman Johnny
Character: Maester Aemon (Targaryen)
Faction: Nights Watch
Abilities: Maester (Active) - Each night you may protect a player from dying. If they would die, they are roleblocked, and if you get killed, that player is roleblocked and not protected that night.
Thing: Shinichi is confirmed to be a rolecop, or at least have one rolecop shot, right?
There's the occam's razor situation where Vaimes is actually the last wolf somehow, and holstered his shot or double tapped LnG with me, but think he just 100% shoots me last night anyways I'd imagine.
Once per game when at least 50% of the starting players are alive, I could "slay" the current king and whoever got the second highest number of votes would get the crown. The first place elected king doesn't actually die.
I like the way Tom approaches/thinks about Chris on D1.
Don't think that's super likely to be w/w, Tom usually isn't the type to TMI like that.
Like the sequence of:
>Kinda wanna vote chris rn tbh but there's no chance im actually lynching him d1 so don't think theres much point.
>Hunger why is chris town?
>There's, like, nothing wrong with Chris' initial reasoning for pushing shin.
But at this point there's a bunch of people telling him "no that's not meaningful for shin" and he's just sticking his fingers in his ears going "nope town doesn't do that" and I'm really missing the curiosity/nimbleness to his reads/etc
I'm not even sure if shins alignment matters to this
>no, town chris has read movement.
It's still early he doesn't need to have changed anything yet but, like i expect some indication of thought
In a like 5 post sequence feels pretty solid to me.
