I still believe DV should be a town read and you should be reading HR as scum it makes no sense for you to think hes town when he seems so sure your scum. You should be pushing a world where hes scum instead of trying to make him look more town. His meta reads hold as much weight as your read on rodemy which means it holds very little. I disagree that pushing a large case on someone makes them scum becauses its no different than you cosantly pushing that rodemy is town why cant you see that?
I think your wrong about rodemy.
I find the bold section much more alarming. That feels like something you'd say in scum chat to a buddy.
@Shin please explain why Wisp should be basing his read on HR entirely on HR's read on him?
Naturally, mafia will have to weigh the potential risks of their kill bouncing or being tracked/watched if they go after a really towny player in a closed setup.
Can someone please explain to me why Grapefruit is the leading wagon?
Can you explain why he shouldn't be?
What an incredibly unhelpful post!
No, seriously, what is the reason for the Grapefruit wagon? You, for example, jumped on it with no explanation.
Regarding the Iron Throne: If the mafia have daychat, that means one of them is likely to start out with 4 votes just right off the bat. Even without daychat, we are still very likely to be at a disadvantage from the get-go. A mafia on the throne would be bad news for any town. We should work to avoid that.
Personally, I think the vote would best go to either Vaimes or myself. Vaimes because I agree that we're dealing with TownVaimes, and myself because I think pretty much everyone who's played with me in a previous game has said, "Yeah, Highroller's in keeping with his past behavior."
@HR, explain to me why you think A) GF is towny or B) GF isn't scummy.
And even if you were town, I wouldn't trust you to use the double vote as well as other players.
My strongest opinion on DV right now is he's not with rod.
He could be with shin or last. Less likely last tbh but neither super unlikely DV can definitely mix it up with partners.
I dont think he can interact with two other people about a read on a buddy without showing any agenda about it
@LnG I have no reason to suspect you other than being a factionless player with a redacted secondary win con. I don't think you are scum, but I don't believe you are benign either. Both of the things you have claimed are red flags. For others the fact that you were willing to claim them outweighs the scary aspects of your claim and puts you in town territory. That is not the case for me. But given that you're unlikely to be scum I'm more interested in pushing others for now.

I'm confused by this.
Can you show any game that I interact with my scum mates really?
The mighty dragon Rodemy roars at Shinichi, flames in his throat. Shinichi cowers, and the dragon closes his mouth and flies away, leaving his would be prey to contemplate life just a while longer.
I feel like you were way easier to townread a long time ago. What's happened to you?
I stopped caring if I appeared townie till I was near dying. People have started scum read me regardless so I just say what I think. Back then my main game plan was to just project townie because I was useless otherwise.
Do you agree with the conventional wisdom that my push on LnG was scummy?
What made mine the least townie? I disagree with that assesment but I want to know how you reached it. I personally think my push (and just the push) obviously townier than DV, LW, or HR's.
Could just be because I personally have an easier time townreading them? And you literally just said you don't care about projecting town, so I don't know how I'm supposed to Get There on you?
Granted I have seen literally none of their scumgames, shrugmoji.
This is an unproductive discussion. HR has real reasons based on meta to scum read Wisp. I disagree with him and think Wisp is basically at the rand point. Wisp in asserting those reasons are wrong is sucking literally all the air out of the thread and away from real content like the fact that Rhand and Vaimes are town. To my latest reread Wisp isn't even making an alignment argument about HR.
Wisp ignoring HR what do you make of Shin, Rhand, and DV. And can you answer my question about RE from earlier?
So that pretty much was the Grape wagon up until page 10 when Vaimes votes Grape for disagreeing with the following Grape post:
ehhh, Feels like TMI, ill argue its more so because they agree that the case is bad (at least that's how anyone reading his case should see it), not that I'm obvious town, and I would very much like to not die night 1 again...
Whatever. I have no idea what you're calling TMI (well I do, my defense of you, but that doesn't make a ton of sense in context) but this is a pointless waste of space at this stage.
Vote: RE
The DV exchange feels like attempted appeasement and the read feels premature even for a gut read.
So then D_V votes Grape, citing the recent comments of Vaimes and tomsloger as his reasons for doing so, and then you vote him with no explanation given whatsoever.
RE and Vaimes later vote other people, then on page 14, LastWhisper votes Grape:
if I am wrong on Vaimes, its most likely that Grape is scum, since his town read on Vaimes feels forced
So yeah. That's the Grape wagon.
Now, I haven't really paid much attention to Grape today, my focus has been on others, so I fully acknowledge I could have missed something. But, you know, it'd be great if someone could point it out.
Also, I'm going to definitely FOS you here for what is openly bandwagoning.

I mean that's fair. I'm not really sure how to read me either. I guess push me and see if I crack? Anyway HR is pretty easy to town read at this stage. I'm at a place where I'm happy to lock him as town till he proves me wrong.
I just am confused when that's the evidence being used against me but my action there was seemingly townier than other people's, who have been independently townie elsewhere.
What made mine the least townie? I disagree with that assesment but I want to know how you reached it. I personally think my push (and just the push) obviously townier than DV, LW, or HR's.
well its definitely different as in it's against the grain?
On the LW/Shinichi debate that has taken over the thread. Wisp not understanding the catch and at one point seeming to call it meta is NAI. It's a thing that should be AI and would be for most players but it's not for him. Shin I'm not sure on. At various times it looks like he's using it to explain his LW read despite it being written in a way that's obviously a Rod read. I unfortunately think this whole thing might be a case of sloppiness. That said LW's reaction to suspicion over this and evasion feels wrong and I'm going to dive back in.
@Shin just a gentle reminder but this forum has multiposting rules. You're not allowed to make more than 3 posts in a row unbroken without significant time passing.
#LumpForVaimes #PandaJustice
Your better off not dealing with me lol, as for the debate its meaningless ecause its T v T at best.
Elect vaimes

so I feel like Grapefruit is in his own bubble... very detached
Five minutes ago working on that wall I felt LW. Now I have them at about even with gut saying Wisp. Who do you think?
@Wisp that's probably because I'm coming back to thread after roughly 36 hours away.
What does my detached feeling say about my alignment?
1. W/V, with him being the wolf and me the villager
2. V/V, with us being both villagers...
There is only one option for my alignment.
1. V
There is only two options for you scum reading me.
1. You're scum trying to push me.
2. You're wrong.
See how helpful that sort of reply is...
@HR, explain to me why you think A) GF is towny or B) GF isn't scummy.

Dracaris: Shinichi
Problem hopefully solved
Don't toy with me.
Be real.

When have I ever pushed a scum buddy. Like Ever?
Glares at DV
Anyway hope it's real. I think Shin is town by gut and just wildly inconsistent but idk, he's so inconsistent.
Yeah cause mafia said to themselves.
"Lets use our daykill Day one on the easiest mislynch target in the game".
Give me a break Grape.
Nothing happens
vote Shinichi
Was that supposed to be a kill?
This is my favorite version of DV ever.
Odds of mafia having a Daykill are extremely low, and the odds of them using it on Day 1 on Shinichi are lower still.
(But vote for me, I'm digging the attention.)
Dragons should have better than 50% odds to kill.

I mean if I think you are scum i’ll Probably shoot you. So like. L... I guess worry about that?
Even dragons bow before me.

FFS, I'm not asking what the argument against him is to be rhetorical, I legitimately don't know why people would find him the most suspicious one.
As far as I can tell, the bandwagon was RE and KamikazeArchon. RE voted for him for, his words, "a hunch."
Kamikaze voted Grape because he felt this post rang false:
So that pretty much was the Grape wagon up until page 10 when Vaimes votes Grape for disagreeing with the following Grape post:
