@KJ: Except Last asked me what I thought, and then you responded my shading me even though I wasn’t on the mission. So no, nice try but I’m town here and I really don’t think you are at all.
@Last: 386 tells a narrative that conveniently ignores some key details (see about).
I'm pretty sure I responded by saying that your perceived context of the question he was asking was wrong. But yeah I did forget you weren't on the mission. 6ish times out of 10 that tell that I pointed out comes from the spy on the mission. That's what I was thinking when I saw that response.
KoolKoal: Feel free to take this with a grain of salt since self meta isn't particularly helpful, but I think I get scumread mostly for style over substance, but also for a certain lack of substance over style. It's not so much what I AM posting most of the time (though sometimes that can seem bad) but what I'm NOT posting. I've been told I come to non-obvious conclusions a lot, so when I post, quite a bit of the time there's jumps in logic that people can't follow and they think that's scummy. I get that accusation about a lot of questions I ask specifically. People call them "busy work" when the questions are legit etc.
As far as things to ignore, I can't think of anything. I would suggest you focus less on what I'm doing and more on how I'm doing it. That's probably more likely to be accurate. Like I've just said, what I do tends to come off a little weird, but if you look for how I do it, mindset comes into play and maybe you figure out something useful.
Ok, I don't really have a huge dog in this fight, but let's put it this way.
Rhand, KJ, Grrr and Cantrip
Kj you know you are good. I would hope you think I am good too. I think it would be quite strange if Rhand dummied either of us.
So he pretty much has to dummy Cantrip. Meaning if this mission fails, he puts himself. But if he is an informant he HAS to fail it or we win.
If the mission fails, then Rhand is pretty much assured to be an informant, and LW is pretty much assured to be a robber.
Ok, there are probably some holes in my theory/idea, feel free to poke.
I mean, we win more if we just reject, let me put me, wisp, you, [cantrip/riku] and then dummy cantrip/riku. Two of us have passed all missions so far, and I think Wisp is a robber. It's the three people who passed the last one, and that's it. If it fails then there was two FBI on the last mission and now we know that. If there's FBI in [Me, you, last] we need to figure that out before the last mission or we will lose this game. If there's not, we all just win.

If you're definitely sending the fourth on the dummy mission, then I don't care who the last one is. If you have any doubts about Last or LnG, I'd rather you sent me over Riku.

text me? Nani.
I'm not sure about you killjoy. You kinda ignored some of my posts and used those at arguments, then said I never made them. that's kinda annoying, as I definitely told you guys which way I would have voted. You also made the argument that judgement couldn't be made because a vote by me wasn't made, but that's obviously false. Can you explain these discrepancies in your attitude, please?
@Shadow: Can you explain your reaction to wisps question? Cause that was a weird adamancy towards wisp choosing killjoy.
@Cantrip: As usual, discussing dummy missions is problematic as it changes what people may vote. Why did you feel the need to mention this?

... But you literally argued that I should have given you that exact data when I already had. How do you not understand that that seems like you weren't actively reading the thread, and thus didn't actually feel the need to participate?
Better yet, why does me not doing so mean you can't make judgements off the other peoples votes? It doesn't. Once again, you're dodging the question.
Votes are hard data. So, why doesn't that hard data matter when only one person didn't vote? hmmm? explain that, huh? If you're focusing on that, ******* focus on that. don't argue that it's irrelevant if not everyone votes which is a scummy argument to begin with.
I'm trying to determine your role here Killjoy. There's no point on asking me if I think there's an informant on your role if I'm not even sure you're not an informant.
Especially given your recent ignorance on the previous posts I made (News flash: It's not that hard to read through them). Explain to me why I should trust you, when you've already proven to not actually care about any of the previous posts made.

Well for starters I'm still not sure what you're saying I did. What am I supposed to arguing that you did or didn't do?
I AM making judgements in others votes? But the votes were a tie so the fact that you didn't vote is A Whole Thing. But it's also in the past and you can't change it so.
Do you not see what I'm going for here?
And if you think I'm bad, did I coordinate Rhand failing and me not in the last mission somehow? I feel like you haven't thought about those things at all.
I don't want to tell you why you should trust me. I want to hear from you why you don't. I want to know what you're looking for and I want to see you looking for that.

... "1.1 doesn't really tell us anything due to Riku not voting. Cantrip obviously approved becasue it was his mission, but we don't know Riku's thoughts on it."
You don't know my thoughts on it? So you didn't read anything? Even though I was drilled for saying how I would have voted if I could? Which was 'I was gonna reject it' and 'I didn't really understand the game'? So, you weren't paying attention? Is this something I can confirm you admit to saying or not saying? Cause pretending like you never said this is ******* disingenuous.
"I AM making judgements in others votes? But the votes were a tie so the fact that you didn't vote is A Whole Thing. But it's also in the past and you can't change it so."
But 1.1 doesn't matter? That's something you said you suss fish.
"Do you not see what I'm going for here? "
Do you not see why I find your statements appalling?
And if you think I'm bad, did I coordinate Rhand failing and me not in the last mission somehow? I feel like you haven't thought about those things at all.
... I don't even feel the need to explain why this line of argument is going to end up in circular logic.
"I don't want to tell you why you should trust me. I want to hear from you why you don't. I want to know what you're looking for and I want to see you looking for that"
So admitting you haven't read the thread isn't something that should seem suss? Is that what you're trying to argue? Cause no. That's not acceptable.
"I'll ISO you later to see if I missed something."
I wonder...

Ya I'm quite sure KJ is scum after this switch because, he can't keep Rhand because if the mission fails we know he is scum, and this mission has to fail or we win... So like ya, no I'm not accepting this mission, and anyone that accepts this mission is admitting to be scum
Like mission 3 is never passing at this point because now I'm quite sure that both killjoy and Rhand are scum, but I still want mission 2.2 to be the mission that fails, rather than this, which allows scum to blame Riku for the fail

The only reason I can think of why LW would not accept this mission is that there’s too many scum on it and has the possibility to out 2 or even 3.
I’m still convinced Lngr is town.
That makes Riku scum with LW: no matter what KJ’s alignment is, LW would accept this mission if Riku was town.
I think I’m back at LW/Riku/Shadow.
I’m going to reject this mission because I’m sure it will fail.
Except I don't know riku's alignment, and this has nothing to do with him, there is no point from my perspective to change what worked, obviously ur obligations are different since you are scum, it's my word against yours, but like it what world do I not just fail it, just for some FPS play...

That vote in 3.1 is unusual. At least one informant rejected. Maybe more.
Worlds are: if Rhand is bad, wisp is probably not. If Wisp is bad, Rhand probably isn't.
Shadow is my strongest scum read. His reaction to Wisp along who he thought it was that failed is pretty textbook. Lngrrr isn't pushing nearly hard enough to really be scum. Actually neither is Cantrip? But he did suggest sending him over Riku If either of them are in the verge of losing, it's not obvious. Riku is focused on things that don't matter all that much.
All worlds include one of Wisp or Rhand.
So it's either Rhand, Shadow, Riku or Wisp Shadow Riku. If Cantrip is bad, Cantrip Wisp Riku is the most likely, but then Shadow wouldn't be scum.
Between Rhand and Wisp, I'm leaning Wisp atm for that bs call about my changing the mission despite literally being one of the two I said I was gonna propose.
Rhand may have called it... Which sucks because after this we have two informants proposing. And if we have two informants on this mission, I can't stop them both.
If I reject this, I'm gonna have to reject the next two proposals as well to get to Cantrip, and that'll be 3.5 and we don't vote on that at all... It just gets accepted.
Gah.
I think there's two in this mission actually. I think I reject here and judge Shadow based on his proposal.

Mountains out of molehills? In a game where specific attitudes and quirks can clearly indicate someones intent? Those molehills? Cause no, I refuse to accept that's an actual belief, rather than you simply downplaying me trying to find information.
Proposal 3.2: KJ, LnGrrrR, Wisp, Riku
I trust Wisp, I'm unsure about you, I suspect I am awry on Lngrr and I know I am robber. o.o
The reason I'm unsure of this mission is you keep saying BS that makes no sense, thus meaning you shouldn't be a leader.

This really sounds like the best choice. LnG's plan has a lot of conditionals and requires trust that Rhand behaves as expected. For KJ to be an FBI agent he would have had to vote pass while his buddy Rhand voted fail...or Wisp would have to be an agent and passed a mission while framing Rhand, and KJ didn't know if he should vote fail or if Wisp was going to...or...something else that makes very little sense.
I plan to reject Rhand's proposal, and I will approve KJ's if he proposes as he says he plans to.
Makes me wonder if KJ/LW/Cantrip is a possibility.

It's now KJ's turn to propose. You have 72 hours.
Me, Lngrrr, cantrip, wisp. We've all only ever succeeded missions. We can text Riku later if need be but this probably wins.
We can't know for sure that what you say is honest though. Actions are hard data. Words are not. That's my point.
Votes are hard data. Succeeds and fails are hard data. That's what I'm focusing on here.
Do you think there's an informant on my mission? Who?
I'll ISO you later to see if I missed something.
This game specifically moves slow enough that it won't be a problem.
I wonder...
Proposal 3.2: KJ, LnGrrrR, Wisp, Riku
After this exchange, I think I want Riku on the mission. I think this is correct.
As far as Riku goes. I wanna see how that goes.
But I guess if u wanna test Riku... Which is what I'm assuming you are doing?
It's weird that you're not on board with this.,
I’m still convinced Lngr is town.
That makes Riku scum with LW: no matter what KJ’s alignment is, LW would accept this mission if Riku was town.
I think I’m back at LW/Riku/Shadow.
I’m going to reject this mission because I’m sure it will fail.
Why though?
Because KJ as town does what he says and sends you on dummy and LW can fail.
KJ as scum sends LW on dummy and fails himself.
However, with an extra scum in the mix, there would be an extra fail, and that would wreck endgame for scum. So the mission can’t run.
Is the fail not worth it if it exposes an informant? (Assuming you trust KJ to be a robber.)
Club Flamingo Wins: 1!
Lngrrr did you already give an opinion on if you're gonna approve or reject and why? I'm on mobile and it's hard to look.
Everything matters, killjoy. Don't talk these things down.
You are making mountains out of molehills. What do you think of the proposal? Hope many scum are in it?
Proposal 3.2: KJ, LnGrrrR, Wisp, Riku
I trust Wisp, I'm unsure about you, I suspect I am awry on Lngrr and I know I am robber. o.o
The reason I'm unsure of this mission is you keep saying BS that makes no sense, thus meaning you shouldn't be a leader.
KJ has submitted proposal 3.2. Please vote yes/no on the following via PM.
Proposal 3.2: KJ, LnGrrrR, Wisp, Riku
Thank you. You have ~24 hours.
the funny thing is that I'm at the point where like, even if this mission gets approved and then fails, I'm more so going to believe it was caused by you, rather than by Riku...
anyways I am not approving this
