The man in gray walks back out of the alley, hails a taxi. "To the airport, I'll tip double if you can make it in 15" he instructs the driver. His phone beeps and he smiles. He glances back and sees a plume of smoke rising behind him. "Always feels good to head home after a productive meeting."

I think that asking me rather than shadow makes for bad practice. I do know why and how he's reached his current stance, but the one who should be answering the second question is shadow. I don't think it's early enough to have solid reads, but it's early enough to make assumptions about people based on their style yes.

It depends. You can give townreads to someone you think could easily 'turn lynchable' at any point and it could turn out good for you. But if it's someone who will consistently act like they are, it's probably best to leave them as neutral. Thinking about it, that means town reading me means ***** all.

Without a doubt, this is probably the most fun page 1 I've been part of in a long time. I am freakin' stoked for this game, and we haven't even gotten into secret agent mode yet!
