The kind of answer I'm looking for is, well, an honest one. I've made you aware that you're being widely townread. Where does your head go? What are you currently thinking?
KoolKoal: Feel free to take this with a grain of salt since self meta isn't particularly helpful, but I think I get scumread mostly for style over substance, but also for a certain lack of substance over style. It's not so much what I AM posting most of the time (though sometimes that can seem bad) but what I'm NOT posting. I've been told I come to non-obvious conclusions a lot, so when I post, quite a bit of the time there's jumps in logic that people can't follow and they think that's scummy. I get that accusation about a lot of questions I ask specifically. People call them "busy work" when the questions are legit etc.
As far as things to ignore, I can't think of anything. I would suggest you focus less on what I'm doing and more on how I'm doing it. That's probably more likely to be accurate. Like I've just said, what I do tends to come off a little weird, but if you look for how I do it, mindset comes into play and maybe you figure out something useful.

I don't follow your line of questioning.
I don't think differently if I am town read. My alignment makes me think some way not how the people are reading me.

I tend to get paranoid. Like. I'm aware that half this game is townreading me and I'm wondering if one of them knows.

Proposal 1.1 by vezokpiraka
vezokpiraka, Emcee_Mikey It is now Voting Phase 1.1.
The deadline for voting is 03:30 AM Eastern time on July 3rd. If all votes are received before midnight Eastern time tonight, the next phase will begin at that time.
All players should submit accept/reject votes, including the mission leader.

Okay, I feel pretty good after that post from Vezok. He's confident and going with his gut, which is town Vezok to a tee.
How familiar are you with vezok as a player again?
(Other questions when I get off work.)
I can answer for him. We played in Arkham and token mafia together, but we also played a ton of games from before my hiatus. He knows my meta pretty well.

Ok so the first "I'm town, here's what I think" post was good. This one when added to that one feels a bit excessive.
As a naturally scummy player, it's not out of the realm of possibility that he might overcompensate as scum. Idk if he actually does this as scum since I never reread prison block to check. Maybe I'll do that after work.

I don't know if vez was thinking of this, but vez-Mikey is clever, because if we add people in player order it reduces the pool of failures. We only change at a failure. If Vez and/or Mikey are scum, that's less reliable, but lack of chat helps.
* vez-Mikey pass
* Vez-mikey-osie replace one of them with Killjoy
* V/m-killjoy-osie pass or replace v/m with opposite for:
* V/m-killjoy-osie-??? Passes or we eliminate new player and the v/m assuming Killjoy still seems townie.
* Solve the game by now.

Hey Vaimes. Earlier you said you see Some Things from grape and vezok. Can you explain what they are?
And can you explain your read on vezok? What do you see here?
Read on Grape was different. He didn't seem nearly as excited or enthusiastic as I perceived him to be in the sign-up thread. I'd expect him to be more like you were, i.e. "why is no one posting sadface"
vezok seems like a clueless rebel, is the best way I can describe it.

I feel like Mikey is TMI'ing him, and I liked that he was willing to move past my -EV posting instead of calling me a spy and being done with it, but that's about it.
I don't really plan on following osie's proposal. IME trying to form a towncore and adding/subtracting as necessary is something that is never actually foolproof, bar newbie players or people who just project obvious town. Spies slip in through the cracks more often than not, and I feel like it'd be harder in a text-based game.
With that in mind, I have no real plan to proceed, and probably won't until mechanics start whirring a bit.
actually, that sounds stupid, given the whole point of the game is to find a towncore and add/subtract as necessary
I meant it more in a "pre-determining who gets to go before even the first round of voting is bad" kind of way, because it discourages scumhunting. People just wait their turn and cry "I'm a rebel!" if their mission fails.
I was more asking about Osie from an alignment perspective. I find it a weird suggestion, and am equating it to saying "lets just lynch down the playerlist" from a mafia perspective. Because it's kinda that.

Players are reminded that all voting should take place via MTGS PM or Discord DM to the game host. Replying to your role PM with your vote so I don't have a ton of extra PM threads is encouraged, but not required.
You may continue posting.
edit: emcee_mikey has been prodded.
note: players in the vote count are listed in player list order rather than the order in which their votes arrived.

The lacking excitment read on me is usually a good read on me. But this whole week has been busy for me and the next one is going to be too. Just haven't been able to throw myself into these games.
Anyway I think Mikey is greater than random to be a spy, but voted yes anyway. I have a solid rebel/town read on KJ and not much on anyone else. I had a really bad tinfoil that the spy team is exactly Vez/Vaimes/Mikey but it wasn't really based on anything except what would be overt over the yop signalling to each other. And they're not actually bad at the game so I don't really believe it.
Osie's follow the proposal order feels like a leadership bid. Not outting it past scum Osie to try and center the game on himself but think it's more likely from town Osie even if the propsal wasn't something I'd agree with at all.

Okay glad that still passed. Was worried Mikey outed and yolo fail it.
That said I don't love Vaimes just dropping a no vote and peacing out when he'd delayed comment on voting no. I'd like an answer as to why he voted no.

I think soon the same basic lines as mafia and power roles here: let them choose their own targets and justify them.

I might have something later vis-a-vis vezok.
