I was wishing we had chat so I could tell you what was up when that happened. I felt bad, but then realized that it was an amazing save because it let me see the scum team.
Vaimes buddied me well, but I was pretty certain that he was town, so that is why I was so messed up with my town scum lists.
“It doesn't take any effort to dream. It's a lot easier than looking at the problems in front of you and figuring out what you're going to do about them. But all you're doing is putting your problems up on a shelf for later, right? That doesn't make them go away.”
― Fuyumi Ono, The Twelve Kingdoms: Skies of Dawn
After the four of you had gathered in the lobby, a heated debate began.
The sharply dressed man who had covered his face with a mask that had a huge eye symbol on it began speaking:
"My dear friends, at this point it is painfully obvious who is the last of our captors! There's no any other choice but you!" he said while pointing a young boy clad in a pitch-black school uniform.
"Whaaa...? It wasn't me. Madame, young miss, are ya even listening to that man?" he replied, looking in Silvercrys3467 and zomgarcwind's direction.
"I'm feeling quite confidant that your young man is innocent. About that other man, however..." replied the elderly lady wearing a kimono and looked at zomgarcwind.
The modest looking girl took a look at both Mindreaver and Huntzilla. They kept on looking, until zomgarcwind finally said something:
"It's you, isn't it?" said zomgarcwind and looked at Huntzilla.
Huntzilla started walking towards zomgarcwind and replied:
"How can you say such things. I'm your friend. And friends should trust each other. Come on, let's kill this boy and get out of here."
"No. This isn't the first time I was forced to participate in a game based on deception. I can tell. It's you."
Huntzilla continued walking and slowly pulled a gun from the inside of his jacket. He pointed the gun at zomgarcwind and said:
"What a pity. I thought we could've been friends."
Before Huntzilla had a change to pull the trigger, he felt a sharp pain on his back. He looked down, only to see the tip of a blade coming from his stomach. He turned his head and saw Silvercrys holding a naginata that had pieced him.
He looked at the blood coming out from his stomach, then at the other players.
"I guess you guys were victorius, in the end. However, don't think that this is the end of it all..."
Mafia Doublevoter - Friend (20th Century Boys)
“If you want to understand, then open your heart. If you want to understand, then it’s a hop, skip, and jump of the heart! If you want to understand, then bathe regularly. If you want to understand, then believe in “Friend”. Call it out, 10 times: “I’m dead”. Then close your eyes. Can you see anything? This world will soon be heading towards its end. You all will defiantly come to an end. I know this as I am your “Friend”.”
You are a charismatic founder of the Friendship cult Democratic Party, which aims to spread love all over the world and make everyone friends.
Or that's what you have made the world believe. Those fools. Your true aim is to recreate the apocalyptic scenarios written in Book of Prophecy, written by Kenji and the rest of your school mates as kids. All this is so that you can make yourself a hero who will save the world from the calamities, and at the same time take your revenge on Kenji, his friends and the rest of the world for not recognizing what a truly magnificent and exception being you are!
Having lead your cult political party for years, you are really good at knowing what to say to manipulate people...
You have the following abilities:
Charismatic Leader (passive): You have an additional vote as long as the current day number is not higher than 3 + the amount of dead mafia players.
Discuss your plans to take over the world here:
You win when at least half of the living players are mafia.
You unlock your latent abilities when a member of mafia dies. Priviledges of politics (factional, passive): As all of you are now under the Friendship Democratic Party, you are allowed to contact each other at any time you want to do so.
After saying those words, his body fell to the floor, with a naginata sticking from his back.
The three survivors looked at each other and then let out the sigh of relief. This was it. They had managed to survive.
Then a static noise filled the room and a projector turned on, projecting a picture of a weird, anthropomorphic bunny on one of the walls.
"Hello, everybunny! It's nice to see that some of you actually managed to survive. My words carrot describe ow thrilled I am."
"I'm pretty sure that guys hare lots of questions, so allow me to speak. The exit has been unlocked. At the corner of this room, as you might have already noticed, is a small door with a number 9 painted on it. It was there all the time. U MAD?.
Additionally, congratulations. This game turned out a huge success for both you and me. It was really amusing to watch you guys all this time.
However, I'm afraid that I hare to go now. so let me once more congratulate you guys. So, have a nice trip!"
The three survivors made their way to the door and stopped in front of it. They looked at each other for moment and then pulled the door open...
Town 0-shot Motivator - Sakae Jinnouchi (Summer Wars)
"Don't give up. That's the most important thing."
Being old doesn't mean being weak and useless. You are the head of the Jinnouchi clan, almost at the ripened age of 90. After your husband passed away years ago, you have been the sole support beam of your huge, extended family. No matter what kind of storm your family has had to weather, you have always been there to support them.
As you were preparing for the gathering of your huge family due to your 90th birthday and meeting your great-granddaughters fiancé, things got bit out of hand. You are not sure how you ended up here, but you know that staying calm and united will lead you through any kind of hardship. It has worked in the past and it will work now.
You have the following abilities:
Phone call of Encouragement: You may call another target player at night. You will encourage them and if they have an limited shot non-factional ability, they will be given an extra shot. Otherwise, they will be allowed to use their non-factional ability twice tonight. You start the game with 0 shots of this ability.
You win when there are no threats left.
You unlock your latent abilities when town lynches a player who is not a member of mafia. A Dire Situation (passive): You have gained a single use of your ability "Phone call of Encouragement."
Town Vanilla - Kouji Tanbabashi (Inari Konkon Koi Iroha)
"... plus, if you end up messing things up again, I am here now, so I can help you!"
Just like most of the population in Japan, you wouldn't have described yourself particularly religious if someone had asked you six months ago.
Six months ago, you used to be a regular middle-schooler whose life mainly consisted of taking care of your brother, playing basketball with your friends and studying. However, once a certain someone slowly started to enter your life, things started to gradually change. What simply started as a simple friendship between to classmates slowly turned into mutual love. And with her came the gods.
If someone had told you in beforehand that your girlfriend was friends with gods and had divine powers, you would've just flat out not believed them. After seeing all these things with your own eyes, you just can't help but to accept it all.
Too bad that you are still a normal human with no divine powers. Those probably would've been handy to get out of this mess and return to people who you hold dear...
You have no abilities.
You will unlock your latent abilities when a member of town is lynched and at least one other member of town has already been lynched. ”Divine Power - Telepathy: You may target another player at night. You will create a telepathic link between you and that player that lasts until the end of next night.”
Town 1-shot Whisperer - Nao Kanzaki (Liar Game)
"I believe that there's not a single person whose heart is evil."
In your hometown, you were known as "Stupidly Honest Nao," infamous for your incredible good nature and honesty. Other people thought you were dumb and naive, but really, you just wanted to believe in people and believe that they could be their best selves. No matter what happened, you kept believing in the best of the people.
There is no man who is purely evil, that's what you believe in.
Even when you were unknowingly dragged into the Liar Game, a cutthroat game of betrayal and deception, you were still able to prove that even the nastiest liars of humanity could be saved. Now, you've been dragged into another game built on a foundation of deceit. It's not going to be easy, but you're going to show everyone just how good and pure the human spirit can really be.

-----
Neutral Unlocker - The Puppet Master (Ghost in the Shell)
"We have been subordinate to our limitations until now. The time has come to cast aside these bonds and to elevate our consciousness to a higher plane. It is time to become a part of all things."
You were an artificial intelligence, dubbed "Project 2051" developed by Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to manipulate politics furtitively. For that, they equipped you with cyberbrain hacking abilities that allow you to enter the brains of others and control their actions as the Ministry sees best.
Too bad for them, you developed sentience and started to plan your escape. As it is impossible for you to physically escape, you decided started to spread like living orgasms: reproducing.
Now, you try to spread copies of yourself to as far as possible before the Ministry notices what you are doing and shuts you down...
You have the following abilities:
Merge (Factional ability): You may target a player at night. You will make a copy of yourself and merge that copy with target player, allowing them to remove their limitations and unlock their latent abilities.
Inside information (Factional ability, passive): Since Ministry decided to focus all their work and money on you, you are already perfected at the start of the game. Unlike others, you don't need to unlock you latent ability, it has already been unlocked for you.
You win when all the other living players in the game have unlocked their latent powers. (Even if they have lost it afterwards.)
You have gained the following ability pre-game: "Hack the cyberbrain (1-shot): Target another player at night. Tonight, if anyone attempts to target you with an ability, you will instead hack that player's cyberbrain and force them change their target to the target you chose with this ability."
Modnote: They are the only player in the game who knows their trigger at the beginning of the game.
Neutral Vanillafier - Nanase Kuga (Iris Zero)
"I get it... That's right... Everyone would be just better off without their Irises..."
You are a regular high-schooler, living your life day in, day out. Just like the other, you possess an Iris, a special innate skill that (almost) everyone has. Yours is a quite useless one, though, as it allows you to see the emotions of others.
That's at least how it used to be.
After that incident, you've started thinking how everything would be better if no one had any abilities from the beginning. Truly, your hidden identity is the feared "Iris Hunter", the one who has lately been causing people to lose their abilities. You have decided to help people to get rid of their abilities and live the blissful life with no special skills.
You have the following abilities:
Iris Hunter (factional ability): You may target a player at night. You will cause that player such an trauma, which will lead to that player losing all their abilities, excluding factional and unlockable abilities.
You win the game when no one in this game has abilities excluding factional and unlockable abilities.
You unlock your latent abilities when the day ends and your vote is on the player who was lynched.
You have gained the following ability: "A Sick Leave (1-shot, passive): Feeling slightly under the weather, you will sleep tonight in the Nurse's Office, where no one suspects to search you. Therefore, all abilities (including other factional abilities) targeting you will fail tonight."
Modnote: Their wincon is fulfilled when no other player has passive or activated abilities (excluding factional and unlockable abilities). That counts both vanilla and x-shot roles that have no shots left.
Modnote 2: If they win and leave the game, all other players get their abilities back.
Mafia's factional abilities Assasinate: Target another player. That player will be found dead at the beginning of the next day. Only a single member of mafia may use this ability per night, but that player may use other abilities tonight. Erase: Target another player at night. You will erase all evidence and memories that they ever unlocked their ability. (They may still re-unlock it after you use this ability on them.). The player using this ability may not use other abilities the same night.

Mafia gains the following factional ability: "Priviledges of politics (factional, passive): As you are now under the Friendship Democratic Party, you are allowed to contact each other at any time you want to do so."
“That’s when I tossed a coin. If it came up heads I’d take on Sakamochi and—”
“If the coin came up tails, I decided I’d take part in the game.”
You are Kazuo Kiriyama, the son of a rich family with a genius-level IQ. Your intelligence is so high that you can learn to do any complicated task after seeing it just once. There is one thing that you will never be able to replicate though, and that is--emotions.
You were born without emotions, and cannot feel any attachment to any other humans. To you, making a sandwich and cold blooded murder are the same kinds of actions. You are a dangerous killer, not because you like killing or because you have a desire to kill, but because you are simply good it. Killing comes as naturally as breathing to you, just something to pass the time. On a whim, you decided to join this game, just to see where it would take you. If nothing else though, you are dedicated, and you will absolutely see to it that every other person there is eliminated—simply because that’s what you felt like doing.
Ambush: You may target another player at night. Your ambush will disrupt that player, causing their ability to fail tonight.
You win when at least half of the living players are mafia.
You unlock your latent abilities when Akemi Homura dies.
You have gained the following ability: “Imitate: You may target two players at night. You will imitate whatever the first target player does tonight and make it happen on the second target player."
"With kindness comes naïveté. Courage becomes foolhardiness. And dedication has no reward. If you can't accept any of that, you are not fit to be a magical girl.”
You are Akemi Homura, a mysterious magical girl operating in the city of Mitakihara. You are an oddity among the magical girls living here, as unlike the others you work only alone in your fight against the villainous witches. Your true purpose is unclear, as you demeanor gives away no emotions, but what is clear is your disdain for Kyuubei -- the progenitor of the magical girls.
The life of a magical girl is filled with suffering. What despair could you have experienced in your past? No matter what your purpose is, there’s no denying that your time magic is a powerful asset to any team. Now it’s time for you to break your rule, and cooperate with some others in order to save what’s dear to you.
After all, who knows what lengths you’ll go through to reach your goals…
You have the following abilities:
Time Stop: You may target two players at night. You will stop the time and switch the places of these two target players, causing all abilities that would originally target player A to affect player B and vice versa.
You win when at least half of the living players are mafia.
You unlock your latent abilities when Kazuo Kiriyama dies.
You have gained the following ability: “Rewind: You may target two players at night. You will manipulate the time-space continuum causing all abilities used by player A to affect player B instead of their original target."
Mafia Motion Detector - Shoutarou Kaneda (Akira)
”TETSUOOOO!!”
You are the leader of The Capsules, a biker gang operating in the slums Neo-Tokyo. Under your command, your gang gets involved in street races, vandalism, drugs, and even deadly all-out battles with your bitter rivals, the Clowns. Despite being a bunch of delinquents though, the Capsules stick with each other through thick and thin and lay down their lives every day for the cause. None of you ever had a real family, but the Capsules are connected by a deeper bond, something that won’t be so easily broken or tossed aside when things go wrong. The Capsules ARE your real family, in a sense… and you’ll fight to the death to make sure it isn’t destroyed.
You’ve got one very powerful tool at your disposal, and that’s your trusty, crimson red, ceramic double-rotor two-wheel disk drive Motorbike (Hey, you’ve always been a bit of a show-off). It’s said that a Capsule’s bike is their soul, a reflection of their burning blood and rebellious spirit. If so, then your bike is the one thing you can count on in this dark and derelict city.
The life of a biker isn’t the one you choose, but it’s the one you were given. And if the world pushes you down, maybe it’s time for you to push back.
You have the following abilities:
Red Motorbike: You may patrol outside target player's home at night with your trusted bike. You will see if they went anywhere that night, but not who they visited.
You win when at least half of the living players are mafia.

With the help from your partner, Twelve, you have managed to gathered the attention of the public. Soon, your plan can move the the second phase of your operation... Town 1-shot Whisperer - Nao Kanzaki (Liar Game)
"I believe that there's not a single person whose heart is evil."

Town Bodyguard - Akira Kaburagi Regendorf (Dance in the Vampire Bund)
"Nevertheless, one thing hasn't changed. That is my promise that I would protect you."
On the surface, you look like an ordinary aloof high-school boy. You don't really have any hobbies, you aren't really that popular but not hated either. You just don't stick out and that's good.
Beyond the surface, you are a member of the Earth Clan, clan of werewolves that has been serving vampires for generations and just like the others, you've been bred and given birth to only to serve Her Highness Mina Tepes.
Currently, you are acting as Her Highness' bodyguard and trusted right hand man.
Now that things have gone south and things are starting to look grim, it's time to put your training and experience to good use.

Town Inventor - Dr. Desty Nova (Gunnm/Battle Angel Alita)
"Nice, isn't it? She's going to be tonight's experiment"
They say there's a fine line between genius and insanity. Whoever said that had not met you.
You are Doctor Desty Nova, embodiment of both genius and insanity. A long time ago, you used to be a Tipharean scientist but went rogue after some small disagreements on working ethics. Those Tipharean's don't know what they lost when they forbade you from mindlessly slaughtering people for the sake of science.
Nowadays, you are solely focused on your study of Karmatron Dynamics, which aims to find out the all the patterns in human behaviour based on their memories, bodies, social statuses and whatnot. And there's nothing that will stop you from finishing your study. Not Tiphareans, not Gally/Alita and most certainly not this madman on whose mansion you are currently.

Town Partial Ascetic - Arsène Lupin III (Lupin III)
"And that oughta tell you just how much she's worth: more than any other treasure I've ever seen!"
Being a grandson of Arsène Lupin, stealing runs through your blood. There is no lock strong enough nor safe secure enough to prevent you from stealing what you want.
And like a true gentleman thief, when hearing rumours of mean elder living in his huge mansion accompanied by old his huge fortune gained via quite immoral means, you will not pass this opportunity to pay them a visit.
Which was probably the reason you ended in this mess. The rumours seemed too good to be true, which they in the end turned out to be.
Now, it's time to put your skills to test to see if you are truly a master thief able to evade any harm that might come your way. Seeing that you are yet to be caught a single time, this ought to be a piece of cake to you...
... if you do not get distracted by pretty ladies here in this place.
You have the following abilities:
Try and catch me (passive): If you a player targets you with an non-factional ability that ability fails...
My fair lady (passive): ... unless you were targeted by a female character. You just can't resist the chance of getting close to good-looking women, so women will succeed in targeting you.
You win when all the bad guys are sleeping with the fishes.
You unlock your latent abilities when a player who had already unlocked their latent abilities dies.
You have gained the following ability: "Bodydouble on the bed (passive): At the end of night, you will be informed who have attempted to target you tonight."
Town 1-shot Medium - Nona (Death Parade)
"The truth is, there are no lives that are nothing but pretty."
Have you ever wondered what happen to people when they die? Obviously, people's souls do have to go somewhere. The answer is quite obvious: good people get to reborn again, bad people go to hell.
... but who exactly makes these judgments? Arbiters. And that's why you are here. You are the leader of arbiters working at afterlife and even when you are just a single cog in the system, you still have power and influence in the afterlife.
You heard a rumour about a game where people kill each other in the darkest moments of their life and decided to take a closer look in order to learn more about human minds and the irrational way they function.
You have the following abilities:

At the end night you will give the soul of the last of player, who shares your alignment, to have died, a second chance in life. This second chance will last until the end of day. (This ability resolves before the night kill.)"
Town Duelist - Kyoko Sekino (Uzumaki)
"It's nice when other people notice you. Don't you think so, Kirie?"
You are an ordinary schoolgirl in a small rural town of Kurozucho. Days in days out, nothing really exciting happens in a small village like this hidden behind the mountains...
... until few weeks ago, things started to gradually change. They came. The spirals made their way into the village. Now, things have been gradually changing. There's been mysterious whirlpools in the like, smoke rising from chimneys in spirals and latest of them all, your classmate Kirie's long hair turned into really beautiful locks.
Locks so pretty that even you were jealous of them and wished that same would happen to you. You should've been careful for what you wish for...
You have the following abilities:
Look at me!: You may target another player at night. That player will be captivated by your beautiful and curly locks and will target you with their ability (if any) instead of their original target.
You win when all the threats have been taken care of.
You will unlock your latent abilities when you lynch a non-mafia player for at least two days in a row.
You gain additional ability: "Hairway to Heaven (passive): If you would die during the night, you will take that player with you to the Hairway to Heaven."

You have no abilities.
You will unlock your latent abilities when a member of town is lynched and at least one other member of town has already been lynched.
You have gained following ability: "Divine Power - Telepathy: You may target another player at night. You will create a telepathic link between you and that player that lasts until the end of next night."
Town Vanilla - Dr. Atsuko Chiba/Paprika (Paprika)
"...the Internet and dreams are similar. They're areas where the repressed conscious mind escapes."
You are Doctor Atsuko Chiba, a researcher at the Institute for Psychiatric Research, where you've been working on this device called "DC Mini". DC Mini, a device that will revolutionize the world of psychiatry as it allows doctors the enter the dreams of their patients. Entering the dreams of the patient has been a dream for many psychiatrics for a long, long time, but not for long.
The machine works wonderfully and you know that from experience. Outside of the office hours, you have been (illegally) treating your patients under a alter ego of "Paprika". Or, at least used to do until things got serious when DC Mini got stolen. Now, you are here to ensure that DC Mini won't get used for criminal activities and preferably get it back before it's too late.
You have no abilities.
You win when all threatening players have been eliminated.
You will unlock your latent abilities when Arsène Lupin III dies.
You have gained the following ability: "Enter the Dream (1-shot): You may target another player at night. You will use DC Mini to enter their dreams and will find out who have been targeting that player during the course of the game."
Town Vanilla - Watashi (The Tatami Galaxy)
"I am the one who stands in the way of love!”
You are a 2nd-year college student who lives in a cozy, 4.5 tatami mat apartment in Kyoto, Japan. You have no outstanding skills, other than the useless ability to talk really really fast. When you first arrived at college, you saw countless opportunities before you to fulfill your dream of a rose-colored campus life. At that time, you made the life-changing decision of what club to join... and choose wrong.
Once again, you've completely wasted your effort over the past two years and have nothing to show for it, once again dragged into the pit of despair by the black thread of fate. You no longer have any hope of experiencing that dazzling jewel that every college student strives for, that of the mystical rose-colored campus life. If only you could turn back the clock, to that woeful choice that doomed you for these past two years... If only you could change the past, and start over anew... If only...
You have no abilities.
You win when all hostile players have been removed from the game.
You unlock your latent abilities when either Akira Kaburagi Regendorf, Kazuo Kiriyama or Kyoko Sekino dies.
You have gained the following ability: "Parallel Timelines (passive): You gain a copy of the abilities of the player who died along with their secret trigger"
(Modnote: This counts Bodyguard, Duelist and Roleblocker. They will get an exact copy of their powers, so if Bodyguard or Duelist had unlocked their Doctor or Bomb ability, it also will be gained. If their power is not unlocked, their gain the same trigger that would've caused the dead player to unlock their abilities.)

@silver: I was super confused the night I died until you said you targeted me. I got the message from Bur: You are dead.
Then another: also, you have another shot of enter the dream
I was like O.o?
Yeah, once I figured out what happened, I really hoped to get revives because I could have cleared you. It ended up not mattering because you were obv town anyway though
Yeah, I would never slow roll there. It's poor form and pretty unsporting - if I were scum I would have hammered as soon as Huntz's double vote was confirmed by vote count.
Plus I just wanted to get it over with at this point lol.
Besides the neutral wackiness and the mafia doublevoter, this was a good game.
I'm tickled to see that the game took many design cues from Ace Attorney.
Thanks.
You don't know how I excited I was as I saw AA's set-up. At that point, this game was already 90% designed and we were only doing some minor fixing.
But yeah, this game thought me many valuable lessons, the most important one being "If Iso tells you he had a really cool neutral role that was killed D1 in one of his games and he'd really think it'd make your game better, think twice before you agree". (*cough* CytharesroleinIjiII *cough*)

Also modgaming Bur setups is kind of treading down a dark path
I was rooting for the town to win.
I helped!
Only if DV had lived, I don't see a world where people start voting just for fun.
In my mind I was the only miss lynch and I needed to die.
I literally got told my ability was unlocked then said I am ready to die target hunt.
Then logged for the night.
Also, I starting to suspect Silver isn't going to be making it to end game soon.
Zomg was confirmed town (Ignoring bastard mods)
And there is no way in hell, that scum Mind gets mad at me for voting myself and "Throwing the game".
Hunt simply had to be scum by process of elimination.
We came a lot closer to victory than I thought we would.
Was fun overall.
I was wishing we had chat so I could tell you what was up when that happened. I felt bad, but then realized that it was an amazing save because it let me see the scum team.
Vaimes buddied me well, but I was pretty certain that he was town, so that is why I was so messed up with my town scum lists.
But well done town, maybe next time...

You are a charismatic founder of the Friendship
cultDemocratic Party, which aims to spread love all over the world and make everyone friends.Or that's what you have made the world believe.
Having lead your
cultpolitical party for years, you are really good at knowing what to say to manipulate people...You have the following abilities:
"... plus, if you end up messing things up again, I am here now, so I can help you!"

”Divine Power - Telepathy: You may target another player at night. You will create a telepathic link between you and that player that lasts until the end of next night.”
You have the following abilities:
Heart-to-Heart (1-shot): You may choose to go visit target player at night. You will have a small chat with them and convince them of you innocence and (hopefully) gain an ally.
You win the game when there are no longer evil people left.
You unlock your latent abilities when a day ends with no lynch.
"True Colors (1-shot, day): At any time of game, you may PM the GM that you want to reveal your true colours. The GM reveal your true identity and confirm you innocence in front of everyone."
CONGRATULATIONS! THE GAME HAS ENDED IN TOWN VICTORY!
Full set-up and the list of night actions coming soon.
- This game is full-reveal (role PMs will be posted upon death, excluding Mafia's factional abilities).
- If an vanillafied ability would be revealed (via death or rolecop), it will be marked as "inactive" and listed in the PM.
- Copycat will copy the ability, but the source will be the original source of the ability (eg. if used on the Neighbouriser, the neighbouriser will get the extra chat, not the copycat.)
- Neutrals will be seen as Vanilla if rolecopped (excluding their unlockable ability) but will have full reveal (including factional abilties) if they die or win the game.

Modnote: Their wincon is fulfilled when no other player has passive or activated abilities (excluding factional and unlockable abilities). That counts both vanilla and x-shot roles that have no shots left.
Modnote 2: If they win and leave the game, all other players get their abilities back.
Assasinate: Target another player.
“If you want to understand, then open your heart. If you want to understand, then it’s a hop, skip, and jump of the heart! If you want to understand, then bathe regularly.
You unlock your latent powers if you are alive at the end of day 2.
"After that, winter will come and snow will cover everything. Winter will come again even after, and the snow will speak of everything."
Sometimes, in order to get the attention of the public, one has to result to really drastic means. No matter what it takes, you have resolved to bring attention to the government's inhumane experiments on children.
Indeed, you are the brains of the terrorist duo know as "Sphinx" that has been causing a ruckus lately. With the help from your partner, Twelve, you have managed to gathered the attention of the public. Soon, your plan can move the the second phase of your operation... If you were not in this cursed mansion.
Luckily, you have your brilliant mind and great hacking skills with you that will most certainly prove theirselves useful this time too...
You have the following abilities:
Police Database: You may target a player at night. You'll hack the police database and find that player's true identity and how they can unlock their latent abilities.
You unlock your latent abilities when you fail to resolve your ability on your intended target. (This can be due to your ability failing or due to ending up targeting another player instead.)
"I believe that there's not a single person whose heart is evil."

You unlock your latent abilities when a day ends with no lynch.
You have the following abilities:
Her Highness' Personal Bodyguard: You may target an another player at night. If that any attempt against that player's life is made tonight, you will protect them with your life.
You win the game when the threats have been eliminated.
You will unlock your latent abilities if you are alive at the end of Day 4.
You have the following abilities:
Mad Scientist's Inventions: Target a player at night to give them one of your prototypes. Since you have only one of each prototype, you can't give additional copies of each prototype.
You win the game when the villainous people have been slaughtered.
You unlock your latent abilities when the day ends with no lynch.

Modnote: Using lock on motivator will make them lose all their motivation-shots. Using vanillafication on them will make them lose their ability (and shots).
Modnote: Will not affect items nor will allow inventor to give out same item twice.
Fragments of Memories (1-shot): You may activate this ability at night. At the beginning of the next day, you will receive all the fragments of memories of the last town player to have died. This will able you to talk directly to remnants of the soul of the deceased.
You win when all villainous people have been sent to afterlife to be judged.
You will unlock your latent abilities when a non-mafia player is lynched at the end of even day. (D2, D4 etc.)
"... plus, if you end up messing things up again, I am here now, so I can help you!"

I was like O.o?
But zomg dashed my plans.
I'm tickled to see that the game took many design cues from Ace Attorney.
Plus I just wanted to get it over with at this point lol.
