I see we have the old "possibly miller but maybe not I'm not really sure but thought I should probably say something" gambit going on here.
I do so love the classics.

Ambush Krotiq makes me laugh so much. I keep rereading the card and it keeps not having Flash. In what sense is this an ambush again? I just have visions of this huge Krotiq poorly concealed in some bushes, feeling slightly sad that his carefully planned ambushes never seem to work.
What? Millers are just not investigated period because the result is a foregone conclusion. Why would a godfather masquerade as a miller? Furthermore, why do you consider the possibility of Cyan being a town non-miller being as likely as Cyan being scum? Why would a townie ever falsely claim to be a miller?
...hence "but that makes little sense." That was the only thing to come to mind and even it's illogical, even accounting for the fact that the doubt in his claim leaves the possibility of an investigation on him turning up a town result.
And since Cyan is claiming that he's only "pretty sure," there's the chance that's he not lying but wrong. Making a player a miller and only hinting at it through flavor seems...unfair, in a word, if not bastardly.
Why are you going about this like Cyan is definitely a miller?
I'm going to start vigging people who say ____ is ____. This is ridiculous.
kpaca's Cyan vote is not indicative of his alignment. As town, it's how he responded to Guardman's first-post vanilla/miller claim in Steins;Gate and I've read him place similar votes as scum early on D1.
Are you saying you still expect Zionite to make a "horrible gambit play" if he's scum?
Yes.
So to scumhunt a player, you're relying on that player doing something specific that you've preemptively called out.
I also still don't understand why you specifically used waiting for a Zionite gambit as justification for voting kpaca over Zionite. Especially when kpaca has done stuff like post #16 as both town and scum before.
Absolutely. Just not early on if the vig can help it. Let him scumhunt, help the town out. Something Kpaca doesn't want to happen.
So either Cyan is scum, in which case kpaca is right to want him dead on D1 and his flip reveals that all of his "scumhunting" was filled to the brim with wine; or Cyan is town, in which case you want to vig town.
Nothing in this line of thinking adds up to both you being right and kpaca being wrong -- with your kpaca vote, you're the opportunistic one.

Hi guys, so, fun fact: We have a second lynch once while I'm alive.
I'll accept votes for Megiddo, Seppel, and Guardman, so everyone should choose the one of those three they want to die the most. (I might end up making it Megiddo regardless of how it turns out but all the same, I'd like to see where the reticle sits.)
Don't make them actual votes, just express your interest in bold somehow.

@Iso: I don't see how anyone can be suspicious of Megiddo right now. He hasn't said anything that should give anyone a read on him on way or the other.
Seppel seems fine.
Guardman is still the most likely to be scum. And it's not particularly close.
I don't really understand TMCT's vote on AE. Calling for Millers to be vigged is completely normal practice. AE is posting a ton though, which isn't particularly normal for him. I'm not sure what to make of that.

I think it's too early to jump to any conclusions there. Especially given that Guardman has exhibited content that is inherently scummy on it's own, whereas with Megiddo you're just commenting on a lack of content period.
I lol'ed at Kpaca trying to tell Iso what to do with his role. GL with that one.
I'm pretty sure that I'm a Miller. My role PM has some flavor clues that made me feel like this might be the case, and when I asked DYH, he said that he can't confirm or deny whether or not it's true.
Why are you claiming if you're not sure?
Why are you claiming that you're not sure?
Why are you asking busy questions?
@Guardman - in post #18 (sorry on a phone) you vote AE for his questioning/vote. What do you think of TMCT's questions quoted above?
@TMCT - your post #38 doesn't make any sense re:cyan as AI pointed out. What is your read on both cyan and AI right now? I don't see where you've said concretely. You just hint that you aren't buying Cyan's claim.

It was a joke
My "official stance" is I have no idea. I think you are perfectly capable of faking a miller claim as scum, but I'm also fairly certain that you would claim miller as Town, so this would be perfectly consistent with that. I don't feel strongly about it one way or the other.
I guess I feel it's slightly less likely this is a gambit than that you're simply telling the truth.

First of all, I find it weird that you had to use Guardman as an example to respond to my point. In a certain light, that's deflection.
Second, lack of content is as characteristic of mindset as content, particularly when the player isn't commenting on a very pressing issue. Megiddo isn't the type to normally ignore the end of RVS or the presentation of a major point of discussion, but he's repeatedly done that in this case.
That's important, because it keys into what his mindset might be. We don't know that he doesn't have an opinion on the issue, but if he didn't have an opinion, I'd expect him to at least acknowledge there was discussion going on, as Axelrod has done. But he's going on as though you don't matter, and the type of mindset that thinks that a suggestion of a miller doesn't matter is the type that's unconcerned with investigations on other players to begin with.

My point is when you say "second lynch", I think "the town gets two lynches (chosen by majority vote) instead of one", not "I pick a person to kill and then we get a lynch". The former is a town ability, the second could go either way. The fact that you called it the former when it's apparently the latter bothers me.

TownCyan would falsely claim to be a miller because...... he doesn't know if he is one or not.
You're trying to apply the general case to mudsling on TMCT while ignoring that his line of thought makes sense in this specific case.
A role that is hinted to be a miller but isn't one makes absolutely no sense.
A role that is hinted to be a miller and actually is one makes perfect sense.
I am going to assume that Cyan is a miller and everyone else should as well. He's not scum trying to bait an investigation (especially not as a godfather) because that is just terrible on so many levels and Cyan is not a terrible player. Full stop.

My point is when you say "second lynch", I think "the town gets two lynches (chosen by majority vote) instead of one", not "I pick a person to kill and then we get a lynch". The former is a town ability, the second could go either way. The fact that you called it the former when it's apparently the latter bothers me.

Iso, do what you gotta do.
Doesn't make sense to claim it out of the gate.
They hate us cause they ain't us.
Oh well your compassion knows no bounds.

if he's trying to make me sweat, it's not going to work.
I find Zionite is far more laissez faire as town, he adopts a sort of "wait and see" approach. He is also imo, more apt to relax his vote and think, as he did after fades comment.
Good man.
I like your style.
Then we are worlds apart in this game.
They hate us cause they ain't us.

With 16 alive, it is 9 to lynch!

Full stop.
I did (Survival Horror Mafia). Your turn.

Don't see any risk in it what so ever. Odds are sooner or later he's dead.
