Intensified Critical [Epic] Prerequisites: Str 25, Cleave, Devastating Critical (chosen weapon), Great Cleave, Improved Critical (chosen weapon), Overwhelming Critical (chosen weapon), Power Attack, Weapon Focus (chosen weapon). Benefit: When wielding a weapon of the chosen type, its critical hit multiplier increases by 1, and its threat range increases by 2.
You can use this in the [AotC] campaign.
I may be inventing new exalted feats, so I'll put them here too.
Mastery of Metamagic [Epic]
Prerequisites: Spellcraft 30 ranks, any six different metamagic feats, one of which must be epic, ability to cast 9th level spells in any spellcasting class
Benefit: You gain a +1 cumulative bonus to the save DC of spells modified with metamagic feats. For example, if you prepare a twinned, maximized, and empowered fireball, its save DC is increased by 3.
This feat has no effect with Heighten Spell or Improved Heighten Spell.
Twin Blade Mastery [Epic]
Prerequisites: Dex 25, the entire two-weapon fighting chain up to Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting, Twin Sword Style or Two-Weapon Defense (if Twin Sword Style is unavailable), Combat Expertise
Benefit: When you wield a weapon in each hand that you are proficient with, you gain the following benefits:
+2 shield bonus to AC (this, unlike other bonuses, stacks with the bonuses granted by the Two-Weapon Defense chain of feats)
+2 on melee attack rolls and +2 on melee damage rolls
+4 bonus on opposed checks such as sunder, disarm, or anything else that would relieve you of your weapon
Additionally, you may, at the start of your turn, sacrifice any number of your normal attacks. In exchange, you gain the ability to parry a melee attack made towards you. You make your attack roll normally, using the bonus of the attack sacrificed. If your result meets or exceeds the attack roll directed at you, the attack is nullified.
And yes, no incantatrix for you. Or anyone. That class makes puppies cry. Mostly because they are the former Big Bads who have been Baleful Polymorphed into said puppies. By you. Because you're an incantatrix.

So...epic exalted feats...I'll get on it.

Vow of Truth [Exalted]
Prerequisites: Sacred Vow, Vow of Obedience.
Benefit: You emanate a continual zone of truth effect, centered on yourself with a 10' radius. Its caster level is equal to half your character level, rounded down. The save DC for this effect is 10+ 1/2 your Hit Dice + your Charisma modifier (if positive). If dispelled, this effect returns 1d4 rounds later. This is a supernatural ability.
Special: To fulfill your vow, you must never tell a lie, whether it be by words, sign, the written word, telepathic projection, or any other way around this that you can possibly think of. The usual penalties apply if you break your vow.
And yes, no incantatrix for you. Or anyone. That class makes puppies cry. Mostly because they are the former Big Bads who have been Baleful Polymorphed into said puppies. By you. Because you're an incantatrix.

I'd add the misleading part to the Vow of Truth, it is possible to not lie but to tell things in such a fashion that while they all are truth, you are intentionally leaving out the certain parts to make it sound different from what it actually is. Not an important tibdit, but worth mentioning anyway.
The demand is more for non-epic ones, though, getting epic charisma a million times is not a bad way to spend your feats. The pre-epic ones are.. Inefficient, and only fit a few certain classes well. (Monk.. And even then they are really hard to qualify for if you multiclass to any of the monk-PrCs.)

...Something tells me that even should all arcane casters in the world unite, that the Grease spell would NOT be sufficient.
So could someone take a look at my epic Dervish progression. I have the table worked out and it's pretty much self-explanatory from there. The question (which is in the note at the bottom) is whether to make the initiative bonus from Improved Reaction increase by +2 every six levels and have a bonus feat every four levels, or leave the Improved Reaction at +2 and have a bonus feat at every 3 levels (or even make it go up by +2 at every 10 levels (as in 16, 26, etc) and have the feat every 3 levels).
Increase it by +2 every six and give an every three level bonus feat progression.
Why, you ask?
I compare all epic progressions of prestige classes to each other. There are several that increase in abilities and still gain bonus feats every third level. That's no huge issue.
@Scout epic bonus feat list: Check out the Ranger and Rogue lists for ideas.

Interesting. That feels more powerful than most base class epic progressions, but I suppose prestige class epic progressions can be slightly more powerful. Also, getting bonus feats every 3rd level instead of every 4th level isn't really all that powerful.
Rule #1 when going by epic prestige class progression: Thou shalt not look at what is presented in the ELH. If thou doest, ye will be disappointed until the end of your days.
Okay, end REALLY icky wording.
What I generally go by are those presented in the Player's Guide to Faerun and the newer books that have epic progressions in them.

An idea I was toying with. Kind of linear, but the commitment of feats pays off and I don't think it's too breakable (unlike divine metamagic and such).
Mystic Lore [Mystic] Benefit: The character gains 3 mystic points per day.
Special: This feat may be taken any number of times. Its effects stack.
Mystic Drain [Mystic]
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. He may recover 2 mystic points by dealing 1 point of ability damage to himself.
Greater Mystic Drain [Mystic]
Prerequisite: Mystic Drain
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. He may recover 1 per spell level mystic points by using up a spell slot or prepared spell and taking 1 point of ability damage to an ability score.
Note: The ability damage is important because this becomes broken combined with mystical recall and improved mysticism otherwise.
Mystical Potency[Mystic]
Prerequisite: Mystic Lore, Spell Focus in two different schools of magic, Spell Penetration
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. As a free action, he may expend any number of mystic points to gain a +2 bonus to his caster level and a +2 bonus to the DC of a spell he is casting for each mystic point he spends in this way.
Critical Mysticism [Mystic]
Prerequisite: Mystic Lore, Mystical Potency, Weapon Focus (Ray)
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. When making a melee or ranged touch attack with a spell, the character may expend any number of mystic points. He gains a +2 point to his attack roll for each mystic point expended in this way. Additionally, if he rolls a natural 20 on his roll, he may treat the spell as twinned, as the metamagic feat, except that he duplicates the spell 1 time for every mystic point that he spent.
Mystical Recall[Mystic]
Prerequisite: Mystic Lore, Mystical Potency, Critical Mysticism
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. He may expend 1 mystic point per spell level as a standard action to regain a used spell slot or prepared spell.
Mystical Conversion[Mystic]
Prerequisite: Mystic Lore, Mystical Potency, Mystical Recall, able to prepare spells
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. He may expend 1 mystic point per spell level as a free action to spontaneously convert one spell into another of the same level.
Mystical Metamagic[Mystic]
Prerequisite: Mystical Potency, Mystical Recall, At least three metamagic feats
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. As a free action, by expending 1 mystic point per spell slot level increase from a metamagic feat he has access to, the character may apply that metamagic feat to a spell without increasing its spell slot.
Mystical Channel[Mystic]
Prerequisite: Mystical Potency, Mystical Recall
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. As a swift action, the character may expend any number of mystic points and a spell slot to make a ranged touch attack with long range that deals 1d6 points of damage per level of the spell used plus 1d6 points of damage per mystic point expended.
Mystical Epiphany [Mystic]
Prerequisite: Able to cast spells spontaneously, 4 or more other mystic feats
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. He may expend one mystic point per spell level to use an available spell slot to cast a spell he does not know from his spell list of that spell slot's level.
Greater Mystical Ephiphany [Mystic]
Prerequisite: Mystical Epiphany, Able to cast spells spontaneously
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. He may expend one mystic point per spell level to use an available spell slot to cast a spell he does not know that is not on his spell list of that spell slot's level.
Improved Mysticism [Mystic, Epic]
Benefit: The character gains 1 mystic points per day. He may spend 1 fewer mystic points to use abilities from mystic feats, to a minimum of 1 mystic point expended.
Special: This feat may be selected multiple times. Its effects stack.
ASA theres a very fun way to break this actually, its incredibly cheesey but theres a way to get infinite Mystic Points without ever suffering any Ability Damage all it takes is a Feat and A race or Template

That is not dead which can eternal lie. And with strange eons even death may die.
Soul Strength: The constant use of incarnum has made you so adept at its manipulation that you can now add effect that would mimic magical forces to your Incarnum Weapon, [insert wording for Kensai's weapon enhancement here], however this bonuses can only be used to mimic magical effects not to enhance the damage or attack rolls. At Level 1 You may only enhance your weapon to a total bonus equal to half your meldshaper Level. At 5th Level the Bonus cap is equal to your Meldshaper level.
Epic Essentia Pool: Your Essentia Pool Continues to increase in increments of 4 for each meldshaper level beyond 20 you posses
Expanded Soulmeld Capacity: At level 3 your maximun essentia capacity increases by another point.
Increased Chakra Bind: Your Chakra Binds continue to increase at the same rate as they did before epic.
Special: A Soul Warrior may never use another weapon other than his Incarnate Weapon, if he uses a magical or masterwork weapon his incarnate weapon looses the abilities bestowed, he must reinvest XP to regain the abilities lost or to gain new abilities.
Enhancement Table: The Soul Warrior
Level Enhancement XP Cost
1 +1* 40
2 +2* 160
3 +3* 360
4 +4* 640
5 +5* 1000
6 +6* 1440
7 +7* 1960
8 +8* 2560
9 +9* 3240
10 +10* 4000
11 +11* 4800
12 +12* 5600
13 +13* 6400
14 +14* 7200
15 +15* 8000
16 +16* 8800
17 +17* 9600
18 +18* 10400
19 +19* 11200
20 +20* 12000
*: This is in reference to the enhancement Equivalent of Magical effects.
Special: From 21 to level 30 Costs are in increments of 8.000 XP. From Level 31 onwards all costs are in increments of 10.000XP
What do you guys think? I think it fixes the mayor issues of the Incarnum Based Character... the lack of magical effects in Incarnum Weapon and the fact the essentia and Binds dont progress at epic....I need the table the kensai uses so I can expand on it....:p
well the biggest problem they would have would be soul strength but i think its balanced since it can only mimic magical effects it cant enhance the damage rolls.... so no +20 hammer.... just a hammer with lots of magical effects.... which really isnt much to look at since the others have weapons and equipment that do even sillier things

its a table, I meditate for a few hours... abut 4 i think and spend an amount of XP to allow my weapon to gain a certain kind of benefit, at level one its 400 xp i think for a +1 effect, and the price increases with your level, until you get to +10... this ability would basically continue to escalate the already given table to account for my meldshaper level
edit:well since its two hammers i think the xp amount doubles... but thats fair still havent found the right bonuses but it should be fun.... dont have the MIC right now, its in my desktop
yay! its actually 11 points of bonuses because my meldshaper level would be 22 by then.... of course the XP increases exponentially... I will post and updated XP cost as soon as i can review the one from the Kensai

however it balances because of two factors 1) it can only be used for effects only, not for enhancers 2) it has an XP cost which is significantly more balancing than a gold cost since it is dependant upon how much XP the DM wants to grant me...
edit: Also to more balancing factors, I am using VoP as such I would never use or own anything this means this is my one mean to have versatility other than my attacks being good aligned. the other balancer is that if i wasnt using VoP I would be asked to not use a magic weapon or loose my invested XP... which in this case would mean i would have to spend double the amount of XP since i can craft two Incarnum Warhammers
Added the Enhancement table with what I think is a reasonable progression and cost demand... from what I have noticed prices dont really become Incremental in epic and in uber epic (30+)

What do you guys think? I think it fixes the mayor issues of the Incarnum Based Character... the lack of magical effects in Incarnum Weapon and the fact the essentia and Binds dont progress at epic....I need the table the kensai uses so I can expand on it....:p

2110 points of enhancement bonus to allocate to magical properties, yes?I'd like to know what properties you plan on adding to your hammers.
edit:well since its two hammers i think the xp amount doubles... but thats fair still havent found the right bonuses but it should be fun.... dont have the MIC right now, its in my desktop
edit: Also to more balancing factors, I am using VoP as such I would never use or own anything this means this is my one mean to have versatility other than my attacks being good aligned. the other balancer is that if i wasnt using VoP I would be asked to not use a magic weapon or loose my invested XP... which in this case would mean i would have to spend double the amount of XP since i can craft two Incarnum Warhammers
