It should be fine. Let us know when you get back/get back in the mood.
Although presented with no other choice, staying in the house was frightfully boring. Slow minutes passed, and turned into gruelling hours. The words of the man on the phone tormented Avaritia.
Roughly two hours after the phone call to Luxuria's mobile phone, there came a quick knock at the door.
Outside the door stands a short and stocky woman, garbed in what seems to be an ill-fitting suit. She speaks with a heavy southern-American accent, slightly slurring her words.
"Avaritia? You'll have to come with us right now sir. My name is Carmen, and you will get in this van right now unless you wish to die."
Carmen held out a length of cloth and offered it to Avaritia.
"Wear this around your eyes as a blindfold so we can get out of here, wouldja'?"
Tapping her foot, Carmen seemed to be getting tenser by the second. Typical sounds such as a bird's call or a passing car seemed to make her flinch. She waved the cloth angrily in Avaritia's face.
Once Avaritia's eyes were safely covered by the blindfold, his hands were bound by lengths of ropes. Car doors slam, and Avaritia is led into the insides of a van.
"Your wife? What does she have to do with this? We want you."
Avaritia felt a rush of air followed by a sharp, stinging sensation on his right cheek. His attacker pulled their arm back for another stroke, but Carmen shook her head silently, stopping him mid-swing. She whispered in his ear while stroking his hair.
"It'll be alright. Just don't speak any more sweety, I wouldn't want Diago to be breaking your cute little face. Got it?"
The van swerved unexpectantly, though Avaritia was clamped down to his seat by two large, muscular arms. Something was odd however, the arms did not display the height of confidence to be expected within muscles of that magnitude. In fact, the arms were shaking, likely with fear.
The van screeched to a stop, the door creaking open before the tires stopped moving. Avaritia was thrown outside onto the pavement. He hit the ground hard.
*Avaritia feels blood all over his arms. He tries to stand up but can't, his arms are in to much pain.*
"Are you still here or are you leaving me to die?"

Please stay put!
