Blademaster leaps up, hacking and slashing at the vines...

Solace trys to have the other vines catch those ones, and infuses them with energy to help them if they do. Solace jumps to a clump of the less agressive vines, and trys to see wether the vines that attacked him are moving on their own, or are part of a larger creature. [BTW, Solace is fast too.] "Look out, guys!" Solace charges two palm sized buzz-saw like blades. [Not very strong, but they should be enough to cut vines.]

I windwalk up to the vines and take a large swing at all three of the vines attempting to cleave them.
"Finally some excitement"

I put up my sword and spin it in a protective fashion

The vines are succesfully eradicated by the witering onslaght of attaks, blasts, and burninations, and for a few minutes evrything grows quiet. In fact maybe a little too quiet. No bird song or fly wing buzz flutters throgh the air, no leaves stir on their branches. Simply put, it apears that anything capable of moving has fled from the area.

Without warrning a grouping of vines shaped like a giant grasping hand thrusts out of the left side of the path at the airborn Tat', another descends from the right toward Saito, and a third for Solace. Five more razor edged thorn bedeck'ed vines strike towards Blademaster and G13.

Saito spins and fires his hellish bullets at the vines as his eyes glare. His muscles tense and he whips out the sword, and leaps in the air to defend the currently prone and in middair Tat.

"Heh. Let me show you a scroll I stole." Blademaster sticks his arms and legs out. Fire shoots from his hands, at the thorns and at the vines.

In midair I notice the vines coming towards me. i try to turn my body to face the onslaught but I can't gain control. My muscles tense and there is suddenly a shield of energy protecting the leaping saito and myself.The shield is not thick but is aenough to stop any fatal damage from the vines.

I cast fire on a few vines comeing at me and blade

Solace falls into the group of vines he is standing on, and has them try to greb the vines attacking him.

I cast more fire and I jump over to shocky and saito to help them break their fall
