Well, Calvin suggested I start my own quest, so here I go. As far as I can tell, here are the rules: You post your character, and I give you your location, and we go from there. This isn't simply fight whatever you come across (although you will be doing a lot of that), you may garner allies, explore, and so on.
Setting:
You will find yourself somewhere in The Labyrinth. You will have just appeared there, you do not know where you are or why. Your goal is to escape The Labyrinth, because then you can return to your home. The Labyrinth is made up of many 'rooms', which are many miles wide and long, although they are not necessarily rectangular. They also have an invisible force preventing you from flying above the walls. The actual rooms may contain anything; they could be a system of caves, or full of fire and brimstone, or a jungle, or enormous cities. Once you reach the other side of the room, you enter a ‘door’ (which could also be anything vaguely door- like, but it will be obvious what it is), which takes you to the next room. After passing a series of rooms, you may make it out of The Labyrinth, having won your freedom. You may encounter traps, monsters, towns, other players; and you may handle them in any manner you like.
Characters:
Anything is a legal character, but lets say that the strongest your character can be is on par with a T-rex. I don’t have a way to measure your character’s power absolutely, so just be reasonable, ok?
Oh, and also:
Black text means I (me) am talking.
Green text means that it has to do with what Solace does.
Blue text means that I am describing what happens to someone else.
IMPORTANT: I will tell you a place thay you will have to go to (the 'door'). You will not get there in one post. It will take a while; you have to conqure the obsticles that are in the 'room' first.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Solace finds himself on a rocky outcropping, overlooking a large primordial forest. Large reptiles fly around in the air, and larger ones can be seen on the ground. Waterfalls shoot spray far into the air, shrouding the entire lower valley in mist. What...? How’d I get here? Solace wonders. I just fell asleep, and now I’m in this weird place... Solace’s arrival isn’t the most unusual thing; enormous mountains with sheer cliffs raise around the entire valley, almost coming to an angle at the sides. At the far side of the boxed off valley, Solace can barely make out what appears to be some sort of gate, and although at this distance it is hard to judge it’s size, it must be enormous. Well... it seems I should go over that way... Solace picks himself up and starts to climb into the valley below.
That's ok, I think I might have seen you around... ^^ Just link it eventually in case other people show up.
Blademaster finds himself in a desert canyon, almost devoid of life. A few small lizards crawl on the rocks, and small bushes claw at the fallow earth for purchace. Birds can be seen circling far overhead. The sides of the canyon are almost entirely vertical, and pillars of rock jut upward all across the canyon. Behind Blademaster, the walls come togther, and far in front of him he can see two of the pillars come togther into an enormous arch across most of the canyon.

Blademaster goes thourgh the arch. [is this WP style? if not, ill edit]
Err... actually, I ment to imply that it's far away (sorry, I'm new at this)... you've got to face some obsticles beforehand. The arch is your current goal (for this 'room'), like the gate that Solace is going to. Pretty much... I just wanted you to describe Blademaster's reaction to being in the new area, and describe how he walkes toward it... if he checks around, or runs foward, or whatever, then I'll tell you what happens next, and so on.

Um... like I said, I haven't done this before, but I think I say, for example, that a giant scorpion climbs onto a rock in front of you, and decides to attack you. You then get pretty much free reign for how the scorpion acts, and how you handle this threat. After that, you've chosen to run away, or kill it or whatever, I'll say that you're getting closer to the arch, but are still a ways away, and 3 more of the scorpions show up, and describe where they are, and you decide what happens then, and so on.
Blademaster stabs at the scorpion with his katana, cutting off one of my legs. The scorpion stings him. "!@%%&%*$#q)($**@&(*^*&^*$W75)(#*^#&%" he yells. He stabs the scorpion again, and the comes off.
*blinks in confusion* You cut one of your own legs off, and later 'the comes off'?

Anyway... you're sorta supposed to say what you did to the entre threat... I assume you mean that one scorpion... so, did you kill it, or run away...

Might as well join in :p. This board needs more active threads.
Fenrir began to stir, his muscles tensing and straining as the effects of what felt like a stampede of Rhoxes came rushing to him as he regained consciousness. And if that wasn't enough, his damned fur was standing on end, and having learned long ago to trust his base instincts, that was never a good sign.
Fenrir - "Grrr..."
The werewolf slowly pushed himself to his feet, and tried to see where the hell he'd ended up this time...
Uh, no Character profile. Just think of him as much stronger and faster than a human.
Captain Crunch
Pirate of the Seven Milks (Whole, 2 percent, 1 percent, and Skim, Half and Half, Cream, and Egg Nog) Height: 4 feet tall Weight: borderline husky Age: 50-ish Apparel: Blue Commodore's Hat and Blue Naval Coat with White Pants Laced with Red Silk Stripes. Appearance: Short, comical looking with white hair and long white facial hair. Weapons: Giant Spoon- acts just like a metal club on steroids.
Telescope- Useful to bash people over the head with, and look at stuff really far away. Armor: -None! Special Abilities: Great Strength- Able to swing around a hundred pound spoon and make it look easy! He's that strong!
Great Fortitude- Can eat an endless supply of cereal! Build like a dwarf. Special Powers: Crunch Swarm- can summon a geyser of Crunch Berries from either his hands or a random place. Very powerful blast.
Children Cohorts- can summon up to three children by his side to use as fodder. They have no special abilities, and since they are addicted to Crunch Berries, will do anything the captain says.
Summon Ship- can fabricate a ship at will up to once per day. It crashes through a random wall and services the captain with animated sails, steering, and four cannons that shoot concentrated balls of Crunch Berries at people. Ship can carry up to ten people and last for an entire battle.
Dusk- The point of having a profile is so that other people have a clue what your character is... at least give us a proper species. (The turns from human to wolf werewolf, or the human/wolf cross werewolf?) Pretty much... what do you think it would be improtant for us to know? (height, weight, clothes, ect.) I think you're in, but... a profile really would help.
Fenrir finds himself in the middle of a sandstorm. Sand is blasted into his fur, and he finds it difficult to breathe, or keep his eyes open. He is in a dip between some enormous dunes... they rise up on either side of him, and there is one behind him as well. He can't see very far ahead of him, but the path ahead seems to be clear.
WarOne- Also, thanks for proper form.
The captian finds himself lying in the middle of the street. He slowly stands up, not knowing how he had gotten there. He is in the middle of an abandoned city slowly crumbling under the inescapeable pressures of time. The city stood on a raised island, surrounded by cliffs. Bridges used to connect it to the mainland, but they had long ago fallen. Every building was in ruins... except for a single skyscraper on the other side of the city, which stood in pristine condition.

Uh...when did I say that he was human? He looks like the Diablo II werewolf, average height...uh, yeah. Nothing else that needs knowing.
Fenrir would have growled again, except that enough sand was seeping into his mouth as it was without him opening it. Cursing whatever gods he could think of - which were few, and of no specific faith - he crawled forward, keeping his head as low as possible.
Well.... I haven't played Diablo II, for starters. I assume you mean a hollywood Werewolf that does not shapeshift and is ~ 6ft tall and is decently muscled... but that's the reason to make a profile, so I'll know. For starters... does he wear clothes? Does something special happen when he bites someone? You said he had learned to trust his base instincts... I assume that means that he is sentient, but how much do his base instincts control him? What color is his fur? Does he have wolflike feet or humanlike feet? What society did he grow up in? Does he regen health like most werewolves?
Fenrir slowly makes his way through the sandstorm. Suddenly, one step forward does not give him as much purchase as the others; his leg slips up to the knee into sand. A funnel- shaped depression about seven feet in diameter opens in the sand in front of him, he is standing in the very edge of it.
[Im sorry, meant to type "and the head comes off" and forgot to put head.]
Blademaster sheathes the katana, and draws the chakrams. He does a bladed spin, neatly bisecting another scorpion, nd slashes t the other ones, which die. However, if he doesn't get the antidote, the sting will kill him soon.
Well, I'm an "Old School 'News RPGer", and we never bothered doing the whole Character Profile thing because it was pointless unless anyone was a detail nazi. And equipment/spell lists were fairly useless unless they were for WP's or "continuous" Quest lines. But when in Rome...
Name: Fenrir
Race: Werewolf
Height: 6'
Appearance: See Solace's link above
Abilities:
Enhanced Strength
Enhanced Speed
Wolf senses (Smell, sight, instincts)
Weapons: Claws and Teeth
Anything not mentioned above, he can be assumed not to have, including Werewolf cursing, Silver bullet death, Torn off Limb regeneration, Human revertion, Pack calling, Pack leading, Weakness to Dog Whistles, Thrown stick Fetish, Attraction to Leashes, and a Sensitive spot between his ears.
As shocking as finding a giant hole in the middle of a desert could be, Fenrir was far too fed up with the sandstorm to care. Plus he'd already taken another step before realizing what had happened.
Captain Crunch, known for his amazing abilities to produce children and crunch berries at will, begins summoning both.
He shoots the crunch berries into the water, where they stay afloat, and has the 3 children hold them together by climing aboard them. Then he gets on his human raft...
d24478667- antidote? Erm... sorry, but if you can't make one, you're stuck. The Labyrinth doesn't really care if you live or die... um... I'll let you take that back if you want...
Fenrir falls face forward into the hole. He struggles to get out, and makes fair progress, considering that the sand gives him almost no purchase. Suddenly, something sharp grabs his leg.
The captian jumps from the cliff onto the raft, but as he toutches it, everything goes blurry. When he can see again, he is standing in the same spot of the street he started out on.

Ok, it took me a bit, but here's G_G's character: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showpost.php?p=205338&postcount=66
although... if he's not gonna reply for ten days, I'm not sure why he told us now, and not then... =p Anyway, well... if being decended from someone that is viewed as a god means that he would be too, then he's too strong. Still... I guess overall he's like Blademaster, except with + strength and - skill. If so, he's in.
Miles finds himself on a large lilypad- looking thing floating in a large body of water. The entire area is surrounded in fog. The lilypads extend in a large clump mostly in front of him; he would have to swim to go in any other derection. He sees shadowey movement underwater.
When Fenrir flexed his leg, it felt as though he was being held by a pair of knives. He pulled part the head of some sort of large insect into view. It's mandibles where locked just above his ankle, and it had no eyes, but extra antenna. The sand around it started shifting around, as though the insect was thrashing it's legs for purchase to drag Fenrir under the ground. [It weighs about 100-150 lbs, and has no weapons other than it's mandibles. It's exoskeleton is quite tough, but cracking it would disable the part damaged. Cracking the chest or head would be leathal, but it's skull is designed to absorb such attacks.]
As the captian walks toward the tower, he hears strange sounds all around him. Some are the sounds of rocks falling, building crumbling. Some are less easly identifyable. He spots movement in the corner of his eye, but when he turns, nothing is there. He hears a screaching sound behind him. There is a humanoid rat... thing... leaping toward his back from the third story of the building behind him. (~ 5 ft. tall, feral)
